Horse Spirit Animal

This Spirit Animal Activation Meditation is releasing helplessness and bringing in the strength of HORSE.

Marianne Williamson said,

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

And so we begin this meditation with a message from Archangel Michael.

I am Michael.

My mission is connection between the energies of the earth and the spiritual realm.

In every case there is energy emanating from a being's presence.

In this case it is HORSE that is emanating strength.

This strength flows into and through every cell of its body,

Creating a solid foundation on four legs.

The heart center of the HORSE casts its energy out to all within range,

Without discriminating on who should receive it.

All the qualities of HORSE are here for your taking,

All of them in abundance.

Do not hesitate to fill each and every need that you have.

Source energy is limitless.

I am Michael.

And as you relax there now,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allow yourself to become aware of that breath that flows into your lungs and throughout your body,

Into every cell in your body and out into your aura.

And allow yourself to feel the energy in the room right now,

The vibration.

And with that vibration I am asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of every person that is listening to this,

The central core of their chakras.

And expanding that divine energy in each of our central cores so that the energy from Mother Earth down in the center of the Earth is flowing up into that root chakra and flowing all the way up to the top of your head and my head and flowing up into the heavens so that the energy of heaven and earth is flowing back and forth and back and forth.

And now I am asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura of everyone listening now and to clear my aura 40 feet above,

40 feet below,

40 feet in front and behind and to the sides and all the way around,

Cleaning and clearing that energy.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Feel that cleanness,

Feel that cleanness.

And I'm asking Archangel Raphael,

Come be with us now,

Come be with us now.

And put the energy of a protective bubble around each of us.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to put protection around those bubbles that Archangel Raphael has put in place.

And finally,

I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the energy,

The central core of this room that I am in and the room that you are in as you're listening.

And notice that your entire space and my entire space is connecting heaven to earth and earth to heaven.

And feel that energy through the central core of the room and notice it spreading out into the aura of the room 40 feet above,

40 feet below,

40 feet in front and behind and to the sides all the way around.

And as you rest and settle there now,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing your thoughts to become calm and relaxed as your thoughts are moving further and further apart now.

And as you breathe in,

You notice,

You notice the white light that the Archangel has brought in from the great central sun.

And that magnificent sun is shining into every cell of your body,

Noticing that the sunlight is flowing into the top of your head and it's purging any energies of separation from source,

Almost as though that great central sunlight is connecting every cell of your body to the divine.

And notice that energy moving from earth up to heaven and heaven down to earth,

Releasing any stagnant emotional energies.

That's right.

And as you rest and settle there now in this beautiful sunlight,

I'm asking that each and everyone here invite in your spiritual team of the highest light,

Opening your sacred space for the angels and the archangels,

For the ascended masters and the guides.

And each one that is specifically here for your individual journey.

And as you welcome that spiritual team,

We invite in now your spiritual work team,

The team of guides and angels that are with you every day,

Helping you fulfill your purpose,

Bringing you messages and synchronicities,

Guiding and directing you.

And that spiritual work team might be standing near to you,

Or they might be sitting at a table like a council chamber table.

And whatever it is for you is just right.

As your spiritual work team is opening up and enjoying this sacred space.

And Archangel Michael is reminding you that all you have to do is just think about them and it calls them in.

And it's just as easy to think about the Archangel Michael and that will call him in.

And as you're comfortable and relaxed now,

Greeting your team in whatever way that's right for you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you see yourself now in a wonderful place in nature,

A comfortable place in nature for you.

And Archangel Michael is showing a picture of a hillside that is grassy and green.

And that some people might want to sit on the hillside in the shade of a tree.

Or another person might want to walk down a gravel road in the country.

And still another person might want to be on a river.

Just allow yourself to be in a beautiful place in nature.

Because this beautiful place in nature is taking you to a brand new friend.

A friend that has been waiting to meet you.

And so you continue sitting on that hillside or strolling down that country road or floating down that beautiful river.

And you become aware that somewhere close to you,

The Archangel Michael is watching and directing you and noticing your own spiritual team walking with you and being with you.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Somewhere around you,

Whether it's on the shoreline or along the road or down at the bottom of the hill,

You see a horse.

And you take your time to look at this horse.

You notice that the horse is beautiful,

Absolutely beautiful.

And as you rest there aware of the horse,

You allow yourself to look at all of the details of this most magnificent animal.

And you begin looking at this horse at the top of its head.

And you notice the eyes in that head.

And with your eyes,

You notice that you look at the muscular build of this horse.

Realizing the vast strength that is within this animal friend.

And you notice the robust legs and the broad shoulders.

And you're aware of the deep chest of the horse.

And perhaps you can see the breathing in and the breathing out of the horse.

And you notice about horse that it has strength.

It has strength in its build.

And you now notice as you look at horse,

You notice the temperament of the horse,

The peacefulness and the tranquility that almost looks like the two strength and tranquility.

Almost look like they don't belong together.

There is such peacefulness within this.

And as you look at the strong neck of the animal,

You begin to understand that everything about this animal is built for magnificence.

The ears,

The tail.

And as you watch that horse now,

You get closer and closer to the fence.

And you begin to question,

Question the thought that is entering your mind.

Why is this horse inside a fence?

And you have no fear of the horse.

It is completely gentle and yet strong.

And you get closer and closer.

And if you were on water,

You would be getting off onto land.

And as you get close to that fence,

The horse looks at you with a knowingness.

A knowingness that you are here for a deep and a profound reason.

And as you look at the horse,

Your eyes connect.

And it's almost as if the horse knows exactly why you are here.

It's almost as if the horse knows exactly how you are feeling.

And as the horse looks at you,

You begin to realize that that horse is looking inside of you.

That the horse is very well aware that there are limiting thoughts and perceptions that are going on inside of you.

And the horse knows that it can help you to release those thoughts so that inside of you,

If there is a feeling of not being good enough,

Horse is simply looking at you.

And that feeling is releasing.

Horse is looking at you and looking inside to see if there's any negative from others in our society.

Things that have been picked up from other people.

And the horse releases it.

As horse looks at you,

Something negative like criticism or blame or judgment or fear is releasing now from your body.

Any fear or separation from the divine is releasing from your body.

And as you feel better and stronger and much more capable,

You find yourself stepping through that fence into the pasture with the horse.

And it's just so easy to move closer and closer.

Feeling safe and comfortable.

And the horse simply stands there quietly and peacefully.

And as you get closer and closer,

Somehow you know that this is a journey for the two of you together.

And you begin to feel yourself changing almost as if the strength of that horse were helping you to recreate your life in any way that you choose.

And in the beautiful sunlight,

In the fresh air,

With your feet almost feeling like you're floating,

You're moving closer and closer.

Feeling better and better.

Releasing any judgment from yourself.

Self-judgment.

And the horse is watching you,

Knowing exactly what is releasing from you.

As you feel better and better.

And that horse is staring at you,

Allowing its gaze to release whatever has been holding you back.

And as you continue to move closer and closer,

You get right up to the horse and in a gentle and easy way,

You simply touch the animal as it is warm in the sun.

And what you feel is a love connection.

A connection of love.

And there is a feeling that is flowing into your hands and into your arms and into your body.

And it is a feeling of wisdom.

It is wisdom.

It is wisdom that the horse is giving to you.

And you realize that the horse knows exactly what it is doing.

Archangel Michael is standing right there beside you and the horse is completely calm,

Looking at the angel and looking back to you.

And without a moment's hesitation,

Archangel Michael lifts you up onto the horse in a gentle and easy way.

And now,

Now there is a communication between you and the horse and it is magic.

It's a telepathic communication and the horse is telling you,

Do not be afraid.

The horse is telling you that in just a moment,

You and the horse are going to jump over the fence to freedom.

The horse is telling you that what you are leaving behind is helplessness.

Archangel Michael is right beside you watching and Archangel Michael wants you to know that this meditation tonight is specifically designed to let go of helplessness.

And you are able to step into a new and a better chapter.

Of your life.

And as you rest there so gently and peacefully,

It's almost as if the horse that you are on is floating in the air and the horse and you and Archangel Michael simply float over the fence and land gently outside in the freedom of Mother Earth all around you.

Archangel Michael is now talking to each one of your spiritual teams and Archangel Michael is giving them the information that helplessness has been removed from your body and that helplessness has been removed from your mind and that helplessness has been removed from your spirit and you notice an exchange of energy and feelings between you and the horse.

Such deep deep gratitude.

Because what Archangel Michael is saying is that sometimes people don't realize when they've been locked into a mindset and horse is infusing you with strength.

Allow your body,

Mind and spirit to take and absorb as much strength as your body wants and needs.

Knowing that at any time you can come back to horse and take a moment to converse if you haven't already.

And ask for a name and perhaps you have other questions to ask the horse or questions to ask Archangel Michael and your spiritual team ask for what you need.

Archangel Michael's message tonight before you started this meditation was reminding you to ask for everything that you need.

Take a moment now for conversation while I sit quietly.

The horse that is here with you is taking you now to a place where there are flowers.

The horse is presenting you with flowers.

Breathe in that fragrance and as you touch the horse feel the hair,

The mane and the tail and the warmth of the sun and notice the sounds the sounds around you.

The sounds of horse and Archangel Michael is reminding you to look around and to notice the energy of the stones that are there and horse wants you to know that everything in nature gives energy.

The stones and the plants and the water and the earth and perhaps notice inside your mouth a taste and just let your entire body now.

You absorb the gift that horse has brought today as you breathe in and breathe out moving close to horse and perhaps breathing in some of the air now into your nostrils the air that's coming out of horse's nostrils almost as though you were breathing in strength and stability from this magnificent animal and Archangel Michael is thanking your spiritual teams each one of them for being here and Archangel Michael wants you to know that for each one of you there is a specific reason that you are here and simply allow that healing or that upgrade however it happens for you in your life to take place within your energy field knowing that you can come back to this place anytime that you choose now taking all the time that you want say thank you to your spiritual team and thank you to horse as you breathe in and breathe out and becoming aware now that Archangel Michael is bringing you back along the path that you first went on saying goodbye to horse and allowing Michael to be your guide back to the here and the now feeling your body clean and clear feeling the activation of that strength within your body and coming back gently and easily now and opening your eyes when you're ready
