Welcome to your gut health balance breath session.
I'm Kaylin,
And I'll be breathing with you today.
The gut is known as the soul of the stomach.
Every day we digest information,
Food,
And energy,
And it's either stored or released.
Our sacral chakra lives here and is connected to metamorphosis and regeneration.
So the question is,
Are we healing or hurting ourselves simply by digesting life?
Today we are releasing data that is holding us back from complete health.
We're going to breathe harmony into our gut and sacral center.
So get comfortable,
Find a seated position,
And just let the belly be able to expand and be free here.
We're going to practice the beautiful art of pranayama.
Take a deep breath and signal to the body that we're safe.
Breathing in through our nose,
Out through our mouth,
And into our diaphragm,
Right into our sacral chakra.
There will be some arm movements.
Feel free to do what you can.
Let's begin with a few centering deep breaths,
Our intention today to heal the gut that we are already in total health.
Inhale slowly and get settled,
And exhale slowly and release.
Take a deep breath in and wrap your arms around yourself like a hug.
Breathe out slowly,
Allowing release to happen naturally.
Sink into this pose for just a few minutes and breathe.
This is a centering breath,
A calming breath,
Signifying safety to our nervous system.
Breathe and feel your body relaxing,
Centering.
Feel the hug.
Feel the love.
Good.
Back to center and just let the hands drop.
Breathe in and affirm,
I am safe in my body.
Breathe out and just say a few kind words to your belly.
Breathing in and affirming,
I am safe in my body.
Gratitude for all the belly has done for you.
Good.
Let's place our hands on our belly now and breathe in love and awareness to our sacral chakra just below the navel.
Breathe into this chakra and release anything here that may be holding you back.
Breathe in and hold at the top in gratitude for this center.
It is your womb,
Your beginning,
Your life force.
Breathe out any stress or tension that is held here that may have been overlooked.
Breathe into this area that gave us life.
Good.
Back to center.
We're going to do some light arm twists,
Just opening up the gut area and allowing it to breathe in new energy.
Slowly moving the core from left to right,
Arms,
Left,
Right,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Slow and steady flowing with the breath.
Deep breath in,
Move to the left,
Deep breath out,
Move to the right,
Side to side.
Just moving the energy in the gut and breathing.
Good.
Take a few centering breaths,
Just come back to center and just listen.
Tune in to the sacral center and listen.
There may be messages coming through.
Be open to receive here.
Good.
We're going to form a healing energy circle with our hands placed on our belly,
Palm down.
We're going to do some slow circles clockwise and breathe into this swirl with our hands.
So breathe and swirl,
Circling,
Open,
Cleansing,
Clearing.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Imagine you are opening and clearing pathways inside,
Removing toxins.
Breathe and swirl.
Good.
Back to center,
Stay here and breathe.
And lastly,
We are going to transmute this energy with transformational breath.
This is the sigh exhale.
So we're going to take a deep breath in through our nose and a big sigh out,
Big release here.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it with intention and just release.
Big sigh.
Really let it go.
And another one,
Deep breath in and a big sigh out.
And one more,
Feeling the flush and cleanse.
