Start Your Day (One Minute Of Gratitude)
by Caylin White
My mornings were once filled with so much anxiety, I forgot how to start my day. Now, each day is intentional. I do not rush. I do not worry. I wake up slow, give my mind and body a chance to recalibrate from the night. Starting my day right has been my priority and now my mind and body follow suit. I believe it is really about training, reprogramming. The mind wants to think, but we want to live. And so, we rise, with gratitude. It grounds us as our feet hit the floor. Even one minute can change a whole day. This one is for the overthinkers, the worriers, the ones who have to do do do - let's be be be today. Good morning, grand rising - let's go.
