The Tao is the natural way of things.
It's the natural flow of life that you're a part of.
And to flow with the Tao is to flow with the natural way of things.
And in doing so you become all powerful.
You become effortless because you are just a part of the natural flow.
But when you try to take control over the Tao,
Problems happen.
Life becomes full of effort.
It becomes rigid.
It becomes tense.
It becomes forced.
But at least it gives you a sense of control.
But that control makes you miss out on the natural flow of things,
On being in accord with the universe.
So how do you flow with the Tao?
Imagine you are drawing a line and you want to create a smooth line.
If you try to control it,
You will not be able to create a smooth line.
It will come out rigid.
It will come out at least slightly forced.
But if you press the pen on the paper and then let the action flow through you,
You will create smoothness,
Naturalness.
Press the pen on the paper and then sort of allow the arm to move,
Not totally in your control.
And you create a smooth line in a way you couldn't have predicted.
And this can be applied to your entire life.
The way you walk,
The way you talk,
The way you act,
Everything.
It can happen in the same way like drawing a smooth line somewhere on the axis between what's in your control and what isn't.
So take this visual with you in whatever you do to allow the Tao to happen through you in everything,
In all of your actions.
It will guide you through the day,
Through your life in a way you couldn't predict,
But in the best way,
In the most natural way,
The Wu way.
So let's flow together.
