Let's just take three deep breaths together.
Sometimes it can be nice to do it with somebody else or have permission to do it or just to have a reminder to do it when it can be so easy to forget.
The incredible impact of just taking three deep breaths.
You can make any adjustments to the body,
Maybe shake it out,
Maybe stretch,
Maybe release whatever might be holding on.
And if you like,
You can allow your eyes to be closed.
You don't have to,
But if it feels right,
You can allow the eyes to close.
Keep making any movements that feel right.
Maybe you find total stillness or maybe movement just kind of feels good right now.
And then on these breaths,
I'm gonna breathe in through the nostrils and breathe out through the mouth.
You can do that with me,
Or you can breathe however you want to.
And on the next inhale.
Let's begin.

You can allow them to open back up.
