Chakra Balancing and Healing Energy Vortex,

Just lay comfortable now and uncross your legs and your arms and allow your eyes to comfortably close.
Come down into your breath,
Into your body.
Relax your belly and just soften your mind.
Feel the support beneath you connecting with the ground below.
Let it take your weight.
Become aware of the sounds around you and just let them be.
Notice the light and the shade,
The air gently making contact with your skin.
Expand to the sky above and the horizon stretching all the way around you,
Embracing you.
Notice the earth below pulling you down,
Grounding you and supporting you like roots supporting a tree.
Just allow your mind to empty what it no longer needs to hold on to.
Just let it go.
Let it flow out and away like feathers flowing into the wind.
Allow your body to release what it no longer needs to hold on to.
Just let it go.
Let it flow out and away like little bubbles floating high into the universe.
Just draw yourself back from where you've been in your day.
Draw your energies back home to your center and ground yourself in this moment right here,
Right now,
And just be.
Find your mind just letting go,
Letting go of any resistance as your mind and body expands and becomes wide open to receive balance and flow.
Now you can feel this expansion flooding throughout your body.
As you go deeper now,
You find that you're listening with your subconscious mind as your conscious mind just drifts away.
And as we enter three layers of healing,
Balancing and cleansing of your conscious mind,
Your subconscious and your energy systems,
You will drift to the deepest levels of your mind,
Body and soul to activate a new frequency for yourself.
As you expand into this new frequency,
You will activate higher energetic vibrations into your cells,
Your molecules and your DNA.
Right now,
You're embodying the truth of what your mind is telling you.
And this will allow you to feel in soul alignment as you embody a higher energetic vibration.
So I want you to inhale the highest vibrations of love,
Peace and joy.
And as you exhale,
Visualize yourself exhaling all of your limiting beliefs,
All of your anything that was holding you back from stepping into your authentic magnetic self.
And again,
Inhale and expand into your breath.
Feel every cell,
Every molecule of that breath just spreading love,
Light and healing throughout your entire body.
And now exhale any fears,
Worry and doubt.
Exhale anything that's been keeping you stuck and feeling out of alignment.
And as you heal your mind,
Body,
Heart and soul,
You will activate balance,
Inner peace and the confidence to be the authentic magnetic you.
Now I want you to imagine hovering just above your head is a vortex of energy,
A beautiful funnel of white light coming down from the universe,
Pure healing and cleansing energy.
This vortex of energy is just slightly wider than your body.
It's like a spiraling funnel or a gentle tornado hovering right above your head,
Spinning and moving side to side.
And as this vortex of energy gently enters the top of your head,
As this beautiful,
Warm,
Cleansing white light floods the first layer right into your conscious mind with its powerful healing energy.
It's spinning and cleansing your conscious mind of any thoughts or beliefs that no longer serve you.
Removing any feelings of worry,
Grief,
Doubt,
Anger.
Removing any fear of failure,
Fear of success,
Fear of rejection,
Vulnerability.
Removing any fears preventing you from being seen or heard as the amazing person you are.
All those thoughts and feelings are now being pushed ahead,
Moving right ahead of that energy vortex where they will be removed from your body.
And now this vortex of energy slowly enters the second layer into your subconscious.
Here the white light spins and removes any limiting beliefs,
Beliefs that were passed to you from generations before you.
Beliefs that were never yours from the beginning.
Beliefs carried with you from past lifetimes.
Beliefs you adopted from your parents.
And beliefs that you developed in this life as a young child.
Beliefs like you aren't good enough,
Not lovable enough,
Not worthy enough,
Not deserving enough,
Not safe enough.
All those beliefs that were limiting you in some way are now being pushed ahead,
Moving ahead of that energy vortex of light where they will be eradicated and removed from your body.
And now this cleansing,
Healing vortex of white light slowly spins and moves down through your forehead,
Down into your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your chin,
And enters your neck area,
Pushing all those thoughts,
All those feelings and beliefs that are not in alignment with you and no longer resonate with you,
Pushing it ahead of it,
Where they will be eliminated and removed from your body,
Your cells,
Your DNA.
And now that white light moves throughout your neck area,
Spins around to your shoulders,
Down both arms,
Into your hands,
Down into your fingers.
As it pushes to the tips of your fingertips,
It removes anything that's not in alignment,
Any residue of old stuff,
Toxicity,
And it pushes it out of your body,
Out of your mind,
Out of your life,
Right out through your fingertips and deep into the earth.
You may even feel your fingertips beginning to tingle now.
And now this vortex of healing white light travels down your upper back,
Spinning around to your chest,
Into your heart,
Pushing all the feelings,
The thoughts,
The beliefs that are no longer in alignment with you right ahead of it.
You might even start to feel tingling or warmth of this healing light as you expand into your beautiful heart space.
Just sit here in your heart space for a moment and enjoy this beautiful,
Peaceful feeling as you fill yourself up inside with the purest form of self-love.
And now the spinning vortex of healing white light is moving into your torso,
Down into your hips,
Around to your lower back,
Spinning down through your legs,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your ankles.
You can feel all the limiting beliefs,
The emotions,
The thoughts,
The imprints.
You can feel all the memories,
Negativity,
Fear,
Shame,
Guilt,
Worry,
And anything that no longer belongs in your mind,
Your body,
Your soul,
Your cells,
Your DNA.
It's all being swept ahead of that healing energy of vortex right into your feet.
Now imagine you're opening a valve in the soles of your feet and the healing vortex of energy pushes out everything that no longer belongs in your mind and body as it all pours out the bottom of your feet like sand pouring deep into the earth,
Residues of old stuff,
Toxicity,
Fear,
Limiting beliefs are all moving out of your body,
Out of your mind,
Out of your soul,
And out of your life from this moment on,
Pouring right out from the soles of your feet deep into the earth.
And while you feel the sand trickling,
Pouring,
And moving out of your body,
You are commanding,
Instructing,
Directing,
Programming your body to go back,
To go way,
Way back to its perfect coating,
Back to its original imprint and impression so that everything is working perfectly,
Naturally,
Beautifully,
Just as nature intended it to do.
You can feel all the heaviness of those negative thoughts,
Feelings,
Beliefs,
Imprints and memories leaving your body,
Mind,
And soul as it drains and pours out through the soles of your feet deep into Mother Earth.
And that tingling that you were feeling in your fingers is now being felt in the tips of your toes as your body is pure and completely cleansed.
You feel so much lighter.
Now this vortex of healing energy is going to move through the third layer,
Your body's energy system,
To balance,
Open,
And align all of the chakras.
Your chakras bridge your mind and your physical body.
And each of your chakras are linked to a specific organ in your body.
So when the chakras are balanced and free-flowing,
You can heal your body.
So now the vortex of healing energy will spin and clear any blocks,
Any negative or stuck energy in the chakras.
And then it will expand in your body to revitalize,
Energize,
And balance each chakra with healing light and energy.
So just sink into the space around you.
And exhale.
Become aware of the rise and fall of your breath.
It's coming,
It's going.
Now this vortex of energy is entering your root chakra at the base of your spine.
Take a long,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Just move your attention to the base of your spine.
Feel the weight of your body resting on your root chakra,
Your chakra of support and belonging.
Visualize the color red.
See your roots slowly becoming red,
Grounding you in the here and now.
And your roots are wrapping themselves around in the depths of the core of the earth.
Breathe into your roots and see them taking in the divine energy and nourishment from Mother Earth.
Feel her supporting your existence.
The root chakra is the foundation of your entire energy system.
It supports you unconditionally.
It grounds you,
Nourishes you.
Without a solid foundation,
Your temple will not be strong.
Without deep roots,
Your tree will not grow.
Without an anchor,
You will have no stability.
With a strong foundation,
You are supported to find your path in life and to stand on your own two feet and to nourish yourself physically and spiritually.
Now imagine this vortex of healing energy spinning and moving clockwise from right shoulder to the left shoulder,
Going down and around,
Spinning faster and faster,
Clearing any blocks in your root chakra.
As it moves and spins,
It's clearing,
Erasing and removing any feelings of being unsafe,
Any feelings of being ungrounded,
Any fears,
Any feelings of disconnect.
As these are being removed,
It's now filling that space up with a beautiful red light filled with positive energy,
Balancing,
Energizing and expanding your root chakra and allowing energy to flow freely in two directions,
Downward like a lightning rod,
And at the same time,
Drawing energy upwards from the earth.
This allows you to feel secure,
Safe,
Grounded and connected in your strength.
So just rest in the awareness and feel the expansion in your root,
Grounding you with who you are and what you're here to do.
And now move your attention to your lower abdomen,
About four fingers below your belly button to your sacral chakra,
The seat of your creative impulse,
Your emotional intelligence and pleasure.
And breathe into this space and see it gently expand like ripples on the surface of a lake.
See it flowing and moving freely like water and visualize the color orange bathing the ripples of your sacral chakra.
Feel the water nourishing and satisfying all your needs and creativity.
The sacral chakras where you house your energy of creativity,
Inspiration,
Pleasure,
Dreams,
Fantasies and emotions.
Now this vortex of healing energy is spinning clockwise from your right shoulder to your left shoulder,
Going down and around,
Spinning faster and faster,
Clearing any blocks from your sacral chakra.
And as it spins down and around and around,
It's clearing and eliminating any blocks to your creativity,
Removing any guilt,
Frustration,
Removing any resistance,
Fears,
Doubt and shame.
And as they're being removed,
You now fill that space with beautiful orange light as it continues to spin down and around to open the chakra and fill it with positive energy.
Rebalancing,
Realigning and healing.
When the sacral chakra is open and balanced,
You blossom as a person like a beautiful flower in full bloom.
You're open to step into your own creativity to feel safe to birth new ideas,
Dreams and healthy desires.
You're adaptable,
Accept change,
Set healthy boundaries and enjoy the flow of life.
Your self-belief,
Self-worth and self-confidence are all expanding as you open yourself up to stepping in to trust your own intuition and your inner guidance.
Now move your awareness up to the center of your stomach area right underneath the breastbone to your solar plexus,
Your power chakra,
Where all change and personal growth begin.
Visualize the color yellow bathing your solar plexus space like bright sunshine,
Replenishing and nurturing it like the sun nourishes all life on our planet.
Feel your power getting stronger,
Power to serve,
To help and to nurture others in your environment.
So as you breathe into your solar plexus,
See it fill up with fiery flames.
Feel the transformational heat and the energy of fire.
The fire within your belly helps to put your thoughts and dreams into action.
Now imagine the vortex of healing energy spinning clockwise from right shoulder to left shoulder,
Down and around,
Spinning faster and faster,
Clearing any blocks in your solar plexus now.
And as it spins,
It's erasing and removing any feelings of low self-esteem,
Removing any lack of willpower,
Control,
Anxiety,
Doubt and fears.
And as it's removing all of those feelings and beliefs,
It's now filling that space with warm yellow light,
Filling it with positive energy,
Balancing,
Energizing and expanding your solar plexus.
Expanding your ability to set strong personal boundaries to make the right decisions with ease.
You feel valued,
Empowered,
Energetic.
You have now allowed yourself to let go of control,
Overworking,
Hustling and perfectionism.
You feel so grounded,
So confident.
You're able to set boundaries in all areas of your life and you are confident to step into your power and to not worry no longer about what other people think about you.
Now bring your awareness up to the center of your chest,
And into your heart chakra,
The chakra of love,
Compassion and empathy.
And breathe into your heart chakra.
See it soften and lighten with each breath.
Feel it expanding outward and gently caressing everything that it touches,
Like moving air.
And visualize the color green,
The rich sprouting color of spring.
Feel the fresh air renewing your heart space and the color green healing and providing new life to it.
See your heart expanding and sending loving kindness and compassion to all creation.
Your heart chakra is the bridge between your physical and spiritual realms.
Now this vortex of healing energy is spinning,
Spinning clockwise from right shoulder to the left shoulder,
Going down and around,
Spinning faster and faster,
Clearing any blocks from your heart chakra,
Removing the walls around your heart that were protecting you from heartache,
From pain,
Shame,
Rejection,
Grief,
Sorrow,
Removing feelings of abandonment or feeling unlovable.
And as all these are removed,
The healing energy spins and moves and fills that space with beautiful green light.
As your chakra opens and is being filled with positive energy,
Balancing,
Energizing and expanding your heart chakra,
Filling you up with unconditional self-love,
Self-acceptance,
Trust,
Filling you up with compassion,
Forgiveness and hope.
The walls protecting your heart are gone now.
You feel so free,
So calm.
And now you're open to receive more love,
More abundance,
And more success in all areas of your life.
Now this healing energy vortex is moving up into your throat chakra,
The energy center of communication,
Self-expression and personal truth.
So breathe in and visualize a beautiful color blue bathing your throat chakra.
You can feel your throat chakra opening,
Expanding,
Clearing,
Freeing your ability to express your truth.
As this healing vortex of energy moves in and around your throat chakra,
It's spinning clockwise,
Right shoulder to left shoulder,
Down and around,
Spinning faster and faster,
Clearing any blocks in your throat chakra now.
Clearing anything that was holding you back from expressing your feelings or speaking your truth.
It's all cleared now.
Your throat chakra is now open and free to reconnect to the space between your heart and your mind.
Now this healing vortex of energy is slowing down in the area of your throat and it's spinning around,
Filling this space with healing blue light.
You're open and bathing with positive energy as it rebalances,
Realigns,
Repairs,
And revitalizes your throat chakra.
You're expanding your ability to heal all that needs to be healed.
So you can feel safe to have a voice,
Safe to express yourself and express your beliefs.
You're feeling so much confidence now to stand up for what you believe in and bring your dreams into fruition because you are worthy of being seen and worthy of being heard and you do so without fearing others' opinions.
Your words are able to flow freely out of your mouth because you know that others love to hear what you have to say and you speak confidently from your heart.
Now move your awareness to the center of your forehead,
Right in between your eyebrows,
To your third eye chakra,
Your Ajna,
The chakra of intuition and insight.
Visualize a deep indigo color bathing your third eye space,
Bringing clarity,
Insight,
Understanding,
And heightening your intuition.
This is the seed of wisdom where your mind's eye sees your dreams and desires and directs you towards them.
The third eye chakra is the seat of your judgment,
Your emotional intelligence,
And your notion of reality,
Rationality,
And wisdom.
Imagine now that the vortex of healing energy is spinning and clearing any blocks from your third eye chakra as it spins clockwise from right shoulder to the left shoulder and down and around,
Spinning faster and faster.
It's clearing any resistance from seeing your true capabilities,
Removing any resistance from trusting your intuition,
Removing any doubt,
Confusion,
Or fears of success.
And as it's removing that,
It's open and filling that space with a beautiful indigo color,
Filling it up with positive energy,
Balancing,
Energizing,
And expanding your third eye so you're able to witness the world without judgment.
You have so much clarity now.
You have an undeniable knowledge that everything is within your reach and everything you need is within you.
It's your source of intuition and psychic perception,
And it's a place where you can see and plan your future.
So now moving up to the top of your head to your crown chakra,
Visualize a violet light entering through the top of your head and breathe into the chakra and feel it opening up to the universe above,
Just like a flower opening up.
Just observe as this violet light softly bathes your crown chakra and gently harmonizing you with the rest of creation.
Feel your oneness with all there is.
This is your connection to the higher consciousness,
The divine spirit.
You have the ability to connect with your higher self,
Allowing you to have the clarity to understand your purpose and what you're here to do on this planet.
This is your place of infinite potential and your life force.
Now this vortex of healing energy is entering your crown chakra,
Spinning and moving clockwise from right to left,
Down and around,
Spinning faster and faster,
Clearing any blocks or feelings of low energy,
Self-centeredness,
Moving any feelings of difficulty connecting with others in the world or any feelings like you're living too much in your head.
As it's removing that,
Your chakra is open.
You're filling this space with the most beautiful healing violet light,
Filling it with positive energy,
Balancing,
Energizing and expanding your crown chakra.
Feel so warm,
So pure.
And as your crown opens,
You become more aware of your unlimited potential and unlimited possibilities.
This is the space where you feel joy in your everyday life.
You may also receive guidance from higher sources.
So just rest for a moment in this awareness.
Be aware of your breath in and out.
See your seven chakras all spinning.
See the colors.
Feel the support,
The nourishment,
The strength.
Feel the love,
The truth,
The insight,
And the connectedness of all of the chakras spinning in sync and working together in perfect harmony,
Spinning freely,
Open,
Aligned and balanced.
This is the space where you can manifest all of your dreams and desires.
You are open,
Aligned and balanced on all three levels,
The conscious,
The subconscious,
And energetically.
So bring your focus back to the rising and falling of your breath.
Bring yourself back to yourself as a whole.
Back to the ebb and flow of your breathing.
Back to your center.
Breathe into your core.
Say these words,
I am whole.
I am balanced.
I am aligned.
I am in flow.
And allow the energy of these words to bathe your body,
Your mind,
And your soul.
And in your own time,
Become aware of the air on the surfaces of your body,
The sounds around you,
Both near and far.
You are now embodying a higher energetic vibration with an open,
Balanced energy system,
A healthy mindset,
And a healed subconscious that's in the flow and aligned with who you are and what you desire.
So now just close your chakras down a little and just having the intention is enough.
Become aware of the support beneath you.
Notice how you feel.
Just hold yourself with loving kindness for the beautiful,
Amazing person you are.
On the count of five,
You can come back to your full awareness,
Feeling whole,
Feeling balanced,
Feeling connected and in flow.
And as you exhale,
You can come back to your full awareness.
