So taking a moment to find a space where you can be as most comfortable as you can be.
Wherever that is and however much space that takes up,
Taking a few moments to notice your breath.
Noticing your inhalations and your exhalations.
Noticing where in your body your breath is moving.
Noticing any resistance or hesitation within your breath.
Taking one deep clearing breath.
Full deep breath in and a big sigh out.
Allowing your body to find a place of ease and to let go.
And control over your breath to go.
Allowing it to flow however it will.
Allowing your thoughts to wander.
Allowing you to take that step back and to move without engaging.
Allowing you to be aware,
Observant of all space around you.
Noticing your energy body.
Allowing in what you need.
Slowly coming back into your breath.
Back into your body.
Back into your thoughts.
And when you're ready,
Taking one full deep clearing breath.
Full breath in.
Big sigh out.
And finding a space that's right for you.
That's right for this moment.
