Our topic is hydrating your internal self.

We come together for this meditation in collective thought with one another.

Close your eyes and know that they are closed.

Take a moment to listen to your breath.

Breathe in and let go by breathing out.

Breathe in deeper and let it go.

Breathe in slowly and deliberately.

With each inhale,

You welcome yourself right here.

Now listen to your inner voice.

What is it saying to you?

What are the words that come to mind?

Take a moment to bounce back and forth from your breath and then focus on your inner thought.

Water hydrates every cell,

Tissue,

And organ in our body and helps maintain our body's temperature,

Has a major effect on our energy level and brain function,

And lubricates our joints.

Water is needed for overall good health.

Now let's ask ourselves,

What hydrates my soul?

What hydrates or nourishes your soul?

What brings you joy and a deep sense of satisfaction?

Maybe it's spending time with people who make you happy,

Soaking up the sunlight,

Reading a good book,

Writing,

Spending time in nature,

Traveling,

Exercise,

Meditation,

Maybe music or a museum or an art gallery,

A movie,

Keeping a gratitude journal,

Volunteering,

Sleep.

Maybe those are some of the things that bring you joy and complete satisfaction.

Think of something that you truly want right now or in the future.

Listen to what is there and what truly would serve you.

You do have something special.

Listen inward to that intention.

What is calling you?

Whatever you hear,

Say it three times with full conviction that it will come to pass.

Take a deep breath and exhale.

Breathe in deeper and exhale and just relax.

Each of those moments adds to your day,

Your week,

Your month and your year.

Understanding your soul is following your heart because your heart is your essence.

When you feel confused,

Look within.

Take a deep breath and see what's there.

No more what ifs.

No more daydreams of what could have been,

But vision toward what will be.

When you follow your heart,

You know that you've done all you can to live your most authentic life.

What will nourish your soul?

Many of us wait for something else to make our life,

Make us happy,

Make us successful,

Make us fun.

And so it goes.

Things can happen to us.

Things can happen all around us.

But the only thing that really counts and the only thing that really matters is what happens within us.

What is the voice that's speaking to you right now?

Take a few moments to just relax.

You can slowly open your eyes to see what is around you.

You have arrived.
