Flow Spells - Permission To Be Inspired

You know,

You are,

You decide,

You say that yes,

I am my own hero.

I will never abandon myself.

I will never turn away from my gifts and my challenges that were designed specifically and so purposely for me.

I was meant to experience this.

This was literally in my favor somehow,

You know,

Some way that this mission was made for me.

And the only thing that really will ever get in the way of that and of me being fully empowered and fully in my voice and in my truth and in myself is me.

That's it.

Am I ready to deliver?

Am I ready to show up for this life,

For myself,

For my loved ones and for the people that I'm here to connect with on a truly impactful level?

I'm going to turn up for this.

Like what would it even mean to like get out of my way so much that I was actually just able to pursue my passion and do and deliver and be in service of what it is,

You know,

That only I had access to when choosing this life.

The treasure that can only be accessed by me saying yes to myself.

You know what?

I did sign up for the Full Spectrum Experience.

I did sign my name on that dotted line.

You know,

I didn't know what I was getting myself into at the time,

But I was willing,

I was curious,

I was filled with wonder and awe and I chose to have a human experience.

I chose this to be empowered by that.

Not to be like,

Well,

If only I had known what would I mean?

What do you what are you going to say to your soul?

Actually,

Take this back.

I didn't want to find out what the human experience was like.

No,

Let's let's commit to remembering why,

Why we chose this.

No more explaining,

Feeling obligated,

Assuming what others need from you.

No more fear around asking for what you want.

No more guilt around getting what you deserve.

Radical self responsibility paired with radical openness and softness.

Speak your desires with conviction.

Lead in alignment.

Receive and relish the magic that you're pouring into others.

Don't set a timer on how much time you think you need.

Give generously,

Receive graciously.

Be quiet when you want to be quiet.

Speak up when you have something of substance to contribute.

No more excuses,

Just more love,

Deeper understanding.

No trying,

Only actualizing.

Be the beginner,

Keep learning and do the damn thing.

Don't wait to become an expert.

Practice your expertise in a playful way.

Transform with the natural evolution of your energy.

Don't resist your natural direction.

No more comparison,

Only celebration.

No more dishonoring your needs.

Feed yourself first.

There is enough for all of us.

There is no such thing as eating last anymore.

It's going to get messy.

You won't always be at your best.

People won't always like or understand you.

Feathers will be ruffled.

You may feel alone or scared at times.

Blaze your trail anyway.

Close your eyes.

Feel into your creative genius.

Don't try to have it produce something.

Just feel it and stay open.

Don't hurry it along.

Replace the urge to quicken with quietude.

Give it space to dance.

Give yourself space to dance.

No pressure,

Just play.

Take time to let it unfurl.

Warm up first.

Be patient,

But don't hold back.

Offer it nourishment through encouragement.

It is both soft and powerful.

You are both soft and powerful.

You have to know that you've been preparing for this.

You have to believe that you were chosen to be here now and to stand up for what is true and to be a part of the collective change moving forward.

It's not time to cover up the eyes and hide away and bury our heads.

That ship is sail.

You are here for this,

Literally.

You were chosen.

You must believe that.

Lean into that.

Take responsibility.

Feel proud.

Be energized.

Be excited about the infinite possibility of the new way forward and that self-knowing and that self-respect and that self-awareness.

And then we can align ourselves more so with the people who are willing to do and have been doing that internal work so that we can band together and create change for the greater good.

And the more that we are able to zoom in on our personal truth,

This is where we're going to build a solid foundation within sovereignty so that we contribute to the larger empire that we are creating and to move forward and for these systems to make genuine change.

That change needs to happen,

Needs to be cultivated,

Needs to be nourished from within ourselves first before we start going around pointing fingers,

Saying what's wrong and what's unjust and what's not right and what's this and that.

It's like can we align our systems within ourselves first?

Show up as you are.

Start with what you have.

Be proud of where you're at.

Practice your personal best.

Tap into your resources.

Dive into it.

Start right now.

No more waiting.

And what a radical thing it would be,

And that it is to actually choose love,

To invite more love in and actually to radiate more love out.

I think that's just about,

You know,

The most amazing as well as challenging thing that we could select for ourselves.

Where you came from and the home in which you came from is love.

So at a time where we feel like most seduced by fear,

You know,

We need to become more firm,

More unwavering and more unconditional with the love that we provide ourselves and the love that we are willing to share with others.

The most worthwhile pursuit in life is to come intimately close with,

Deepen in connection to and expand the infinite possibility of a soul's experience within a human embodiment,

You know.

So what,

You know,

Truly living from that way and leading and loving and expressing,

Creating in one's way and for that to fully fulfill itself does require a key ingredient and that ingredient is learning how to get out of one's way.

You know,

The most important and purposeful permission slips that are available are the ones that we are able to grant ourselves.

And then as a two-parter is like,

Okay,

So with this permission slip,

What do you dare to do?

What do you dare to create?

How will you follow through with this offering of permission?

The truth is that we are going to make it through this time,

You know.

This isn't an accident.

We didn't happen to be here and to be born into the era that,

You know,

Is playing out currently and that we have several more eras to build and to co-create together as well.

This is absolutely orchestrated,

You know.

So everyone that you've met in your life up until this point,

You know,

The people and the aspects of yourself that you've discovered and perhaps you've let go of and that,

You know,

That you're working on becoming more of,

Like this is all here for you and it's here for a reason and,

You know,

With that you are here for a reason.

I think the importance of providing ourselves with self-validation is so that we are kind of strengthening our frequency which,

You know,

Attracts the type of support that we're calling in and that we may need but we didn't know that we were actually looking for.

Right.

So don't hold back when it comes to finding your instrument that is going to connect you to your most divine alignment,

You know.

You don't need to mess around with something like that.

That is 100% the purpose and kind of the part of the fun,

You know,

A part of the experience of being human and concentration because if you're talking about yourself,

You want there to be celebration in the tone in which you're speaking.

You know,

You want to actually feel and be moved by the quality of love that you're able to keep for yourself,

Right.

You should be talking about yourself like it's the most,

You know,

You get to hang out with you,

You know.

And that's why we need each other.

We literally have the clues for each other and we're here as,

You know,

Reminders,

As pillars of like reflection to be in relation to one another and to really learn and recall so that we can reclaim our truth.

What we're here to pursue,

What our vocation is.

And so here's the question.

What is the one thing in your life that you couldn't be paid enough money not to do?

What could someone not pay?

It wouldn't matter any,

Give it any amount.

And this person was like,

I will pay you this much money not to do that thing.

What is that thing?

What is that thing you just couldn't not do for no matter the amount associated with it?

What is that thing?

That's what you're here to do.

To wonder if your true self is going to steer you in the wrong direction.

What if my true self is stepping on the toes of others?

What if my true self comes across as X,

Y or Z?

You know,

Your self,

No,

It's not possible.

Your true self won't go in the wrong direction.

It's not going to take you away,

You know,

From your natural gifts,

Your true heart centered being full embodied experience as a human.

It's going to take you to the path of limitless possibility.

So let's go ahead and give ourselves the permission today and give ourselves kind of a little spa and smother ourselves in self trust serum.

Your life isn't writing you.

It's not making a little bit of space for you and including you in some chapters and leaving you out.

You're the writer.

You are the creator of your life.

The pen is in your hands.

The power is in your hands.

Pick up that power pen.

You don't need to try to make sense of your creative or evolutionary process to others.

Please don't dilute it down or try to make it more bite sizable for the benefit or usability for others to understand.

Rather,

Accept this invitation to be in your full radiance and show up in full expression.

That's how the world needs you.

Your people need you.

But most of all,

It's how you need you.

Making it work for you should be the prerequisite for making meaningful work.

Everything you do,

Say,

Share,

Publish,

Create in this life should evoke meaning for you.

It should nourish your values,

Embody your truth,

Support your growth,

Elevate your soul.

You know what I'm saying?

Do the work that blows your own damn mind and it will always work for and with you.

While it's all well and good to develop your overall awareness,

The follow through actually involves making the choice to activate your awareness or have it remain passive.

And while there's nothing wrong with passivity,

If you're looking to create genuine change within your life,

You're going to need to initiate that growing awareness of yours.

You yourself must alchemize your awareness into action.

No one can do it for you.

You're the one that has to make that call time and time again.

And guess what?

That shit takes guts.

People will go to extreme lengths to fulfill their capitalistic values while disguising their offerings as empowered investments for the benefit of other people.

Don't buy into that shit.

The more space that they have in their life to judge and throw shade at others is indicative of the lack of space that they are taking up in their own lives.

Don't let the fear of criticism or rejection hold you back from shining in your sovereignty.

Turn your expression dial all the way up and stand confidently in your truth.

We need you in your fullness.
