The mantra 'Om Namo Narayanaya' means, "Let us bow to the Divine". As the beginning singing bowl sounds, you may prepare for the mantra chanting by inhaling on the syllable 'So' and exhaling on the syllable 'Ham'. Then enjoy the wash of sound from the tanpura and chant the mantra with me- or, just breathe and listen! Allow the vibrations to entrain your body to a deeper place of stillness. We bow to our divinity; We bow to the Divine. The tanpura in this track resides in my sound healing studio; it is a a drone instrument often used in classical Indian music, along with the sitar and tabla. Its high, whistling tones will entrain and refine the more subtle vibrations of your body-mind.
