Welcome to this five minute positivity meditation to bring some positivity into your morning and into your day.
Getting a little bit more comfortable in your space.
Closing over your eyes if you haven't already done so and take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose,
Slowly exhaling through your mouth.
And as you exhale each time allow your body to relax a little more.
Noticing your beautiful body in your space and now bringing your awareness and your attention to your heart area.
Placing a hand over your heart if it feels comfortable and imagine your breath flowing into and out from your heart.
With each inhale feel your heart filling up with warmth and positivity.
With each exhale allowing your body to relax a little more and become a little more present.
With your inhale feel your heart filling up with a beautiful feeling of positivity.
Notice with each inhale a beautiful light coming in through your heart.
And notice your body feel slightly more relaxed and present.
Each inhale notice the light spread through your body and feel the positive energy infuse every cell in your body.
Every breath bringing more joy,
More presence.
Each exhale relaxing your body more into this space,
Into this moment.
And on your next in-breath bring to mind a moment in your life when you felt truly happy and content.
It might be a special memory or a special place where you always feel at peace.
Let this sense of happiness or contentment expand through your body with each breath.
Noticing your body in your chair or on your bed.
Noticing your surroundings.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling grounded and positive,
Exhaling.
Coming back into this present moment feeling light and bright and positive and ready for your day.
