If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. Listening to this talk is meditation. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without being stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Let's look,

Learn,

And understand together about this living,

Which is very complicated to most people.

This living is full of all kinds of challenges on a daily basis.

The mind is so busy dealing with all kinds of things at each moment,

Busy solving issues and creating new issues.

To most of us,

Life is trapped.

The mind has been ensnared in all kinds of patterns.

When the mind is functioning according to a pattern,

The mind is not free.

Such living is full of all kinds of challenges,

Full of sorrow.

To inquire into ourselves is to see all the patterns clearly,

Consciously,

Unconsciously.

To see the light.

When the mind sees the light,

The mind is free of all the patterns.

Ayo's life is always trapped in the darkness,

Which is the sorrow brought about by numerous patterns.

And such living is disorder because the patterns create the disorder of living.

And trapped in disorder,

Life is full of sorrow.

Can one end the sorrow completely?

Can one eradicate the sorrow completely?

One mind is really serious about it,

Eager to find out whether it is possible for one to live a life without any sorrow.

Then one embarks on a journey that's turning inward,

To go deep into the self,

To see what is the source of the sorrow.
