The Controller Is The Controlled, Control Brings Turbulence

If one looks closely at the mind,

One will notice that those are very easy to pop up as long as we think those are always there.

If we don't think,

Those are also there.

So naturally,

If we keep thinking,

If we follow the thinking,

Think in this way,

Think in that way,

More and more thoughts pop up.

To input thoughts,

If I think in this way,

I can input thoughts,

But actually,

Thoughts are only adding more and more.

Through the thinking,

We have this sense of control,

Control this,

Control that.

In this external world,

For a lot of technology and knowledge,

Control is needed.

Those things are needed to be controlled.

But why does this habit of controlling overflow into the psyche?

Why does this control become a psychological habit?

All things outside us control the fire,

Control the car,

Control the engine,

But immediately,

The more we control,

The more issues we are going through.

And we do this control through the thinking,

Don't we?

And this very thinking creates the self-centered activities.

Is the center of the control.

Controlling other thoughts.

But what is the controller?

Also a bunch of thoughts?

My health,

My money,

My prestige,

My fame,

My position,

My salary,

My house,

My car,

My building,

My heart,

My insult,

My praise,

My education,

My career,

My function,

My book,

My dream,

Endless me things,

All the things there.

So the controlled are thoughts.

The controller is also thoughts.

Thoughts control thoughts.

What's the result?

The turbulence,

The conflict.

This world is churning and churning.

Those thoughts divide the mind.

Thoughts create all kinds of fragments.

The me,

The self,

Is one fragment.

Other thoughts are other fragments.

One fragment controls other fragments.

And this dividing and this controlling only perpetuates the conflicts,

The turbulence.

And the mind is confused in face of so many fragments with the incense in the conflicts between them.

This is the life of most people in this civilization.
