If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. Listening to this talk is meditation. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without being stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. A life that is trapped in those verbal things is full of issues,

Sorrow.

To end sorrow,

We must end these verbal things,

Which does not mean that we don't speak,

But it's to be deeply aware of the traps of the verse,

To see clearly the relationship between the language and the body.

We are not a verse,

We are not slaves to verse.

Verbs are very mechanical,

And the life that is trapped by verse is mechanical.

And sorrow is out of this being mechanical,

All kinds of patterns,

Traps.

So to end these verbal things is not to stop speaking,

But to be deeply aware of what we see at each moment.

Whether it is possible for one to place the language in the right place,

Whether can one speak without the sense of me.

Whether it's me,

That's only the urge to express,

And trapped by that urge,

Language can't be used properly.

Only when we are able to observe that urge,

Be aware totally of the language,

The me,

The self-centered activities,

And the mind can really end the sorrow completely.

And all of this requires you to find out for yourself,

To really find the thing that is beyond any verse.
