Chapter 15 How Much Good Can You Hold? Affirmation for How Much Good Can You Hold? I hold goodness in my heart. I have the power of unlimited goodness in my heart and soul. I commit myself to serve the good that God is in life. I bring good into my life and share that goodness with others. Thank you, God, For the goodness that you are. And so it is. Prayer for How Much Goodness Can You Hold? God, I know your goodness, And I believe that there is a moment when I understand that God is with me and can work through me to serve a greater purpose than I may know. God's goodwill is alive in the goodwill, And it will enact in your life. And when you give up the individual struggle that works and fights for what you want in this life and release yourself to God's goodwill that is always there, It's then that there is an opening, A channel of pure energy that can flow to you and through you. The gift of pure love that God offers you is the way you can use God's love in your life, Not to wield as a force for your own gain, But to fulfill your purpose and destiny. And when you say yes to the source of all energy, You can let your life be guided by God's goodwill and then discover the power of goodwill. And you find that you can ask to let God use you and you can serve and aid in the work to be done, Then that energy of that pure force of love is there for you to share with a greater purpose, And you find the divine flow that exists in all of the ones who seek to bring light and love to humanity, And you are merged in the power, A stream of love and a network of light that serves the uniting of all as one. Thank you, God, For your goodness and goodwill, Always. Amen. A meditation on how much good can you hold. Breathe in God's light and love, And let's go into a state of meditation together. Allow yourself to feel the grace of how much good you really can hold. Let that goodness come with every breath. Breathe it in and feel that positive energy filling you. That energy is alive in every part of your body, In every part of your mind, In your heart, And you feel that goodness pouring down from your soul as a pure force of the energy of God's love. Let yourself feel how good you can hold, And let that love that is present come into your heart and your soul. And now, In this force of goodness and positive love, Imagine how much you can bring into your life, And allow that fountain of light from the chalice of Spirit to pour forth from the Holy Spring, From that very source of everything. And feel that power of that beautiful spring of life pouring forth into you, Down into your soul, And from your soul to your crown chakra. And as it touches your crown chakra, Feel your whole head holding sparkling light, Spinning around in your head, Clearing out any thoughts coming down into your throat and pouring down into your heart, And magnifying the love that is there, So you can open your heart and your mind and feel how much good you can bring into your life. That goodness is a well, An infinite well of love that you can share with others in need to remove the negative forces that bring you down. Breathe in that goodness of Spirit from the very essence of the presence that you hold and that you are, So that you can find a way to embrace this life with goodwill. Feel it and let it fill your emotions. Remember, When you align with that source of all energy, God's will, You are aligning with goodwill. Now in the light of goodwill, Allow yourself to ponder on how kindness can be set to work in your life. Allow your intention to serve goodwill and kindness. And let love lead you and teach you your goodwill from the center of the core of who you really are there in your soul. You can trust that with goodwill, You can find compassion and kindness and see that good can be your teacher. And it can also help set your judgments free. Allow yourself to be free of any judgments and any negativity right now, And allow yourself to be cleansed with goodwill. Bathe in that pure light of goodness from God and see how much good you can hold in your life when you release it and set it free. Trust the good is really there to fill you with God's pure, Unconditional love and energy. And with that love of God, You can always show how much you care. Take a moment now before you come out of meditation and thank God for this wonderful force of goodness. And so it is. Amen. Goodwill in the world. Affirmation for goodwill in the world. I align with the will of God and the pure energy of goodwill. I set my intention to bring the power of right action into the world. I align with love and light. I am a part of the growing number of those who choose to act with goodwill and right attitude to make this life a positive, Uplifting, Joyful experience. Thank you, God. And so it is. Care for goodwill in the world. Lord, Let the pure energy of goodwill bring the power of right actions into the world. May every willing heart choose to act in the way that's aligned with love and light. May all those in leadership positions who play a role in the aid of the world engage in right action. I pray for the world. I pray for peace. I pray for growth in the most positive ways. And may all of the ones who have a way to help, Help in every way they may. As the world works together for the good of the people of the world, We are a united force that can bring this precious planet and its people into harmony, Yes, Harmony, Into a united force for good, Where all can benefit and be filled with that love and light and the blessings of that power of love and light, Working with wisdom and serving God's will with goodwill for all. Amen. Meditation for goodwill in the world. Take some deep breaths. Feel the power of goodwill entering your mind and your heart and your soul. Breathe in that power of goodwill. Feel yourself being filled right now with that pure energy, That goodness that God is. Breathe it in and let it come into every single part of your body, Every cell of your body, Into your mind, Into every chakra. And leave a space here. Make yourself a chalice, An empty chalice, To see how much good you can bring into that chalice right now. Reach inside to the very source of all. Go deeper and deeper and deeper within to the place inside where you can find that soul's chalice and hold it up to the one source of all love and let yourself now be filled with that good, Positive energy. How much good can you bring into that chalice? How much good can you bring into your life? Allow the fountain of light from the chalice of Spirit to pour forth from the Holy Spring, From that very source, So you remember that you are filled with that goodness and that what you share in life is that goodness. Realize the light and dark forces have been used to create and destroy this dark thinking has caused the spiral of wars and pain and suffering. Right now it's time to understand and work for a new way to build and support success for all, A success built on others' happiness, Built on helping others to be filled with goodwill. See that a new day is here and the only way we can build a base to overcome destructive patterns of the past is to choose to work for the good of all, Aligning with God's will and receiving God's positive energy so that we indeed are servants of goodwill. Put yourself in that place right now as a servant of goodwill and send that goodwill out to the world. Send that goodwill and light of goodness out to all of those who are lightworkers, Who are servants of that good energy. See the entire world being lit by the power of goodwill and harmony and light and love circle the world and peace is sprouting forth and the Holy Dove encircles the entire planet and you now feel that you are part of that energy of goodwill always. Believe that this power is possible. Know that you can create and be a co-creator to God's created energy for a better world as you work with goodwill for the good of all. And so it is. Come out of meditation and feel how good you feel right now and say, Thank you, God, For your goodness. Goodness, Affirmation for goodness. I am in tune with all creation. I am aligned with God's goodness and grow into a mirror that reflects the one universal soul. I embrace God's goodness in me and in the world. God is love and I ask that God uses me to express that love through me. I am a part of the infinite goodness of God. I give thanks for God's goodness and so it is. A prayer for goodness. Lord, May I be in tune with my soul and feel my heart becoming healed and whole, Awakening as I awaken to find the shining light that I am inside. Lord, May I be in tune with the soul of the world and the infinite light of God that resides in harmony with creation's manifestation, Vibrating throughout the sounds of life where all the world's energy combines. This energy that is feeding all life ebbs and flows with every breath. It is a nightlight that shines through the darkness. It is the sun that gives us our daily bread. In my silence, My heart is listening. As I merge with the light of God's love, I feel it throughout my very being, The I am that I am of the world I know. I hold the feather given by the grace of the holy dove. I free the ties that bind me as I open my heart to love. Lord, May I be in tune with all creation. May I be aligned with God's goodness and grow into a mirror that reflects that one universal soul. Meditation on goodness. Let's go into a state of meditation taking in some wonderful deep breaths. Feel that breath bring you a clearing light and call in the light. Breathe in and breathe out. Breathe in gratitude and breathe out gratefulness. Call upon the grace of God's goodness right now. Breathe it in and feel the presence of goodness. Let it fill your whole being. Experience the power right now in you of God's goodness. Think of all the ways you do good by being good, By eating good, By believing in the goodness that is in you is the essence. In what you share, In the good that you are, And in what you say and do. You are a living being, A lighthouse of goodness. By being goodness, You can express God and share that living energy of God's goodness in your life. Be still and go into that quiet place inside, The house of goodness where you can reside. Feel the positive energy surrounding you. All of that goodness bringing you light. All of that goodness surrounding you, An aura of love. Breathe it in and see it vibrating, Shimmering all around you in a cloud of goodness. Feel the joy in the essence of your spirit. How would you express and hold this pure energy of goodness in you? How would you bring that joy into your life and how it would change you? Think of how it will bring joy and love to others as you express joy and goodness in your life. Now go to that place within your soul where there is the objective observer and allow that soul to communicate to you and say yes to that spirit of goodness. Yes to that spirit of joy. Yes to your life and how you live it. Yes to the way you live your life and what you have to give. Yes, Yes, Yes. Accept this goodness that you are and accept that God here is present right now and in this spirit of God is yes and the goodness that you are and when you feel the good you are part of love's essence. Take a moment to enjoy the gift of knowing God's goodness. Bringing that love into your experience in life, Into your actions with every breath you breathe is part of God's great energy. Breathe it in. Breathe it out. Bathe in it. Let it surround you. Go into your heart and feel the heart of God's great love. Right there in your heart there is a light that burns eternally. Allow that light to shine forth with goodness like a fuse and let it infuse your heart and soul with energy and let that light shine so bright in you and in all you say and do. Breathe it in. Become it. Be it. Believe it. And so it is as you come out of meditation. Now be aware of the power of God's goodness and say life is good all the time. Thank you God and so it is. God is good. Affirmation for God is good. I embrace the good of God's creation and I open my heart to believe that God is here right now in this moment just waiting for me to receive. I hear the words of the teacher as they whisper to my soul and I share the secrets of the masters for those who are ready to know. Thank you God and so it is. Prayer for God is good. I embrace the good of God's creation and I open my heart to believe that the beauty of heaven is here in this moment just waiting for me to be aware of it and receive. All is clear. All is present and in this magic I fully can see as I embrace the good of God's perfection I'm alive in the love of the heart's pure energy and I heard the Lord whisper to me hear the words of the teacher as they whisper into your soul and share the secrets of the masters for those who are ready to know. All of this light in life right now is present for you to use in this time of rebirth. All of the energy of the cosmos can be brought forth to transform this earth for all of this is God's creation and God is good bringing forth this goodness into your life. Embrace that good of God and bring forth the power of this transforming light. Amen. Meditation on God's goodness. Breathe in and go deep within going deeper and deeper into the stillness. Go into that still point within that place that is sacred and know you are there to welcome the clearness of that meditative state in your mind to be able to be attuned right now to God's energy. Breathe in that calling of light and open your heart to God's great love. Allow that love to give you strength so you can be in that center of your soul for your work to be done. Dwell in that soul and let there be a flow of energy from God that directs you to do your work with good intent. Set that intention and feel the connection right now. Be connected to God. Be connected to God's goodness. Be an instrument for God's goodness. See yourself working for goodwill allowing your work for goodwill to be done with ease and peace and understanding. Imagine yourself being in tune with that energy and know you can be guided by the light from the one source and that light will clear the way for the work to be done. It's a pure flowing energy of goodness, A river of light and love and you are in the middle of that beautiful flow of energy. Know that you can let God's will work with you for good. That you can let good be your teacher and you can let goodwill guide and protect you. You can let your goodwill work with God's will for good will illuminate your understanding so you may be free to let good guide your way. For the Lord is your true teacher and shepherd and the light of truth is your true teacher. And you learn from earth each day and from every encounter as you go along the path of life. You return always to the good and you thank God for the many blessings hidden in each and every lesson. Say thank you God right now for every lesson. For molding you as a servant of goodwill. Allow yourself right now to be infused and inspired by God's will for good and the power of goodwill and goodness is alive. Breathe it in, Absorb it, Be transformed by it. Allow it to be, Let it be, Let it be. And now come out of meditation and feel God's goodness and inspiration filling your heart and mind. And so it is. Chapter 15. Heart of goodness. Goodwill. An affirmation for goodwill. I breathe in the breath of spirit, The essence of the presence that I am. I find a way to live life with goodwill's energy today. I let it fill my mind and emotions. I trust that with goodwill I can find the compassion and see that good can be my teacher. Goodwill is my creed. I find a way to live with more loving kindness each and every day. I know God is within me and is the real me. I am so grateful that God is good all the time and that I hold that goodness in me. And so it is. A prayer for goodwill. Lord, Show me what you would have me do to prepare the world for what is your truth, To open up that inner door that brings the love of God's light forth. May I see what I need to see to have the vision of a higher reality. May I live with the presence and be a vessel to share the blessings that I receive. Lord, Show me what you would have me do to help me to be motivated and renew the purpose for which I came to do to serve the world in Jesus Christ's name. May my intention be so clear and true that I can live with the joy and happiness here, That I can evolve and share so that my vision will be clear. I choose to truly believe that goodwill can be my creed. And may I find a way to live with a little more loving kindness each and every day. Meditation on goodwill. Breathe in and go into a state of meditation. Let's breathe deeply in. Breathe in goodness and release anything that is not good. Breathe in that light of goodwill and release anything that is of negative energy in you. Let it go, Let it go, Let it go. See a pure light of goodness surrounding the entire body, The entire mind. All of what you are is filled in that goodness, The goodness of light and positive energy. And now go to that place inside, That sacred place where you can be still and know that you are God. Find that place of goodness within you and take a moment to realize that there is this spirit living within you and it's there within every single soul. You can experience that spirit in your soul. Feel it right now alive in you. It is also alive in each and every grain of sand and every breeze and every drop of water. Every breath has a particle of spirit and mana and power within it and it is good. Feel that goodness of life in this spirit. It is the fire that is there within the soul. It is the light of the eternal song of the universe. Listen as it celebrates the sound of life in you. Feel that frequency within each breath that is there in every heart as it sings to every soul. And now feel yourself attuned in harmony with that energy in every living thing. Feel the goodness present. Send that goodness out to someone you love. Send that goodness out to situations in the world that may need more positive energy. Feel that goodness encircle the entire world, Bringing more light and positive energy to the world. And know that each life fulfills its true destiny and you are given hope. You are given dreams. You are given a path to follow. Everyone in life has a chance to step closer to that path, To that common goal of goodness and goodwill for all of humankind. Be a part of that goodness right now. Feel the power of goodwill and know that you can see that goodness of God and others. And as you see God and others, You then understand a love that brings everyone together as one. And that's the highest dream of creation, With a plan that becomes a reality eventually. And the one light of peace and goodwill is then found on earth. And with the greatest love we understand God's will that lives in the goodwill in all humankind. Resonate with that goodwill. Attune yourself to that goodwill and dedicate yourself to goodwill. And be grateful for all the goodness in God and the world. Be a force for good. Affirmation to be a force for good. I am a force for good. I have been given the secret key to awaken to my inner awareness, To my infinite possibilities. I hold an unlimited force for good. I am a beloved child of God and my dreams can become a reality. I embrace my true purpose and the goodness that I know have a place and purpose to fulfill in this life. Thank you God for your goodness and for the goodness in me that you give. And so it is. Prayer to be a force for good. Lord, Help me to be a force for good and to resist the forces of darkness and to resist those whose egos control. May I listen to my heart's true gift, The strength that I have to love. And I know that the Lord there is with me and I heard the whisperings. You are a force for good. You hold the secret key. Awaken to your inner awareness and all the infinite possibilities. Too long has it been hidden and you've been afraid to even try. It's time to lose the chains of fear and allow the soul to be revived. You hold the unlimited force for good. Open up your eyes and see. You are a beloved child of God and your dreams can become a reality. Resist the forces of darkness and all that negativity and let your love shine bright and embrace the truth of who you really are in this life. Stand naked in the morning sun and stretch your arms out high. Do not be afraid to embrace your true place in life and the goodness that is alive. Meditation on being a force for good. Be comfortable and go into that place, That sacred space within you where you can meditate and commune with that inner force within. And let's journey there with each breath going deeper, Breathing in goodness, Breathing in goodwill, Releasing anything that hurts, Any tension, Any distractions, And any thoughts. Let them all go and breathe in deep and in this breath be grateful and trust that where spirit leads you to be there is that grace of God's true love. Dive into that place of love and feel that energy. Feel that power that is alive in God's light. The energy of positive energy is goodwill. Feel that goodness. Feel comfortable here and ask the presence of God to guide you to the best way you can serve as a force for good. Ask yourself, How can I act with goodwill today? How can I be positive? Allow that presence to be with you right now to help you have a strong foundation in your daily life. Let God's light come through you to be used for others in the best way you can to share more love in life, More goodness in life. And as you dwell here in this place of goodness and love, Find that place of balance of your heart and your mind and let the heart speak to your mind now. What would your heart say to your mind? To allow the perfect words to guide you and to find its purpose of love in ways that you can use. Allow that heart to speak. Embrace the love it is giving you. Feel it and be at peace in this core of your being and let love fill your heart and your mind and your body. Let that light that is love shine through you and eliminate any fear. And may the perfect presence of spirit come through to guide you and show you the way when you can't see. Trust. And when the burdens get heavy, Know God will lift the load and carry you to that place where you can find that strength there within and that peace there inside and that love so you can be of service for the good. And you can enjoy and be full of the life that is a keynote in your life always and you can be a servant of love and goodwill. Believe it. Accept it. Release that purpose into your life. Make it real and let God's love be alive in you always. And now slowly come out of meditation and recognize that energy of positive goodness there within you enough that you can be kind and share your goodwill with others. Thank you God for your goodness and so it is. Acts of kindness. Affirmation for acts of kindness. I share daily acts of kindness to serve as God's instrument of creative expression of that infinite light. I hold a sacred space of understanding of the oneness of all life in my mind. I lay the foundation of consciousness and compassion as I learn from life each day. Thank you God and so it is. Prayer for acts of kindness. Lord, Lead me and let me share just one act of kindness today for I know it can open up the way for more acts of kindness and help show others that way. Let kindness be a prayer I convey. By living goodwill I may bring God's goodness out and share love's amazing grace. Within my very soul is this cosmic compass to guide me and align me with the north star as I find the path to follow. And each day I set my intention to create a better world that I can make. Yes, I can meditate and pray and live with more loving kindness every day. Meditation on acts of kindness. Let's go deep into that place within that silence, That beautiful sacred place where you can be still and know that you are God. And let each breath solidify the beauty of this sacred place of silence. And ask for the Lord's words to resonate in your soul with any messages about how you can fulfill your purpose and be more kind. Allow the Holy Spirit to illuminate your path so that you can reflect the teachings that come while here. Breathe in that silence and the messages. Allow inspiration to come. See it as a shining light from the one source of all. Feel that energy coming and uplifting you, Enlightening you with the sacred space of understanding of the oneness of all life. Understand that this is the purpose, The foundation of kindness so you can learn from life each day. You are a student and you will learn lessons here and you can always see the goodness behind each lesson. Know that you have that power to understand God's compassion, God's goodness, And God's kindness. You are the instrument to bring love alive in your life to find ways to share daily acts of kindness. Open the door right now to a way you could share an act of kindness today. How would you be able to serve as an instrument as a creative expression of infinite light? What way would you love to do that? Let the sacred space of understanding of the oneness of all life lay the foundation right there inside you with goodwill, With compassion. Find that enlightenment you need right now. Right now you are in the light. Right now you are in the center of love. Right now you are a positive force for goodness. Be ever grateful for the many precious blessings that come from this one source, Mother Father God, So that you may serve that divine will in your life. Breathe it in. Allow it to be present in you right now. And slowly come out of meditation and feel that goodness from this time with God's love and light and goodness. So it is. Thank you, God.
