Aloha,
I'm Reverend Cindy Paulus and I want to talk about one of my favorite subjects,
Which is light.
I've always been a lover of the light and I talk about it a lot because my name is Cindy,
But it's also coming from Lucinda,
Which means light.
And I've experienced light in its highest form.
And we are all children of the light.
The mystery of light has always fascinated me.
And what's so important is to experience and be sensitive and to be able to receive the highest light and be transmitters,
Just like we're radio towers,
Transmitters of light.
In the Bible it says,
In the beginning there was God and God said,
Let there be light and from light all things came forth.
Now that's such a powerful statement.
And so whenever we go into meditation,
I try to call in the light and receive the light and be a channel for that light.
That sounds pretty simple,
But it's been a lifetime of working with light.
And over the years I've learned how well we can use light.
Any student of Reiki,
And there are so many,
Indeed are working with light and healing with light and sending light.
You can send and use light for everything in your life,
Not just healing.
I use light when I'm watering the plants,
I send light to them and I use the channel of water with light through it to send light to the plants.
I use light all the time.
Because light is so,
So very important in our life.
It can be used when we're eating to bless our water.
It can be used in so many different ways.
And through meditation and realization,
We have come to know that light is indeed a part of the energy and frequency from which all things come forth.
Now one of the most beautiful examples is the light that we see in a rainbow.
Seeing the beautiful light of a rainbow will in a moment remind us and connect us to that heavenly frequency that we indeed are.
All of our being,
Our aura is surrounded in light.
And every single sound we make is translated into light waves.
So the better we're receptive and learn how to use the tool of light,
The better we are at using one of the most powerful forces in the universe.
Light is such an amazing gift to learn to use to know.
I wrote a book called Put a Little Light in Your Life years ago.
And I start the book with about how to receive light.
Because a lot of us have called in light.
There are many practices that call upon light.
But if you don't have a vehicle that can receive and be open to receiving that light,
Then you can't transmit that light and use that light as you might want in your life.
You know,
We are all a reflection of the one great light of God.
We are.
We're a reflection.
We're connected to that amazing energy source and we're one with it.
And because of this,
We can call upon that light and use that creative force inherent in light.
The sound of light,
The speed of light,
All is combined within our own energy field.
And depending on how clear our reflection is determines the clarity of the light that we can use.
And sometimes we need to purify our energy fields.
In fact,
I like to every night do a light clarification to remove anything I might have accumulated during the day and negative energy.
But you can do that.
You can clear your energy field.
And the clearer you are,
The better alignment you can have of body and mind,
Feelings and soul.
And that is the way,
That power of that light of God can be coming through you to be used.
And the other factor is the intent.
The intent behind your calling in the light is extremely important.
Any healer will tell you that your intent is the portion of it that can make anything become manifest is your intent.
90% of healing is done by a healer with the right intent or your own strong intent.
And a clear mind can bring that light to be at work within you.
Now you just have to really believe you have that power to call upon light.
And you can do that in meditation.
The energy of light is really just there waiting for you to call upon it.
You are an energy frequency of light.
And the more calm,
Centered,
Relaxed and attuned you are,
The better channel of light you can be.
Let's go into a little meditation.
And I'm going to start this with a poem I just wrote about light.
Throughout the universe,
The forces of light do sound.
Speaking to the world at sunrise,
Whispering through the sunburst of rays that come to us each day.
The light dances upon the mountain streams like starbursts on the waters and the ocean's shores.
And we reflect light's energy in what we say,
In what we do and more.
In each and every smile and as we look into each other's eyes.
There's that spirit of precious light that's alive throughout the cosmos.
The sound of light is so very profound.
Alive in music and in words and the wonders of our energy,
It's always to be found.
We celebrate the creator of life from where this light has come.
We breathe in the energy that brings us to this precious sound.
Let's breathe in that light for about two minutes.
Let's breathe in that wonderful light,
Making sure we're relaxed and your spine's erect and that you're all aligned in that direct energy source within.
Breathing in light and letting that light come through you as you breathe out.
Breathing in that wonderful frequency of the highest light from the source and breathing that energy of light into every single part of your body and mind and soul.
Breathing that light in,
Holding that light and distributing that light throughout all of you into your head,
Circle that light around.
Breathing that light and let it come into your creative center and your throat chakra with that wonderful energy of clarifying creative blue.
Breathing that light in and let it come into your heart chakra and let that light now be the light of love.
Breathe in the light of love.
That powerful light of love fills your heart going deep,
Deep,
Deep into the heart of hearts and let that light of love be present there and feel it.
Let it be completely clear,
Heal anything that needs to be healed and with that clarity of light reveal anything that needs to be revealed.
Breathe it in and now move on down to your second and third chakra and allow that energy to go all through your different organs there through your kidneys,
Your liver,
Your spleen,
Your pancreas,
Under your stomach,
Letting that golden light swirl around,
Call that light in now into your second chakra where your emotions are and completely let that healing light come.
Clarifying anything that needs to be clear,
Releasing any emotions,
Letting that light balance any shadows out and darkness there and moving that light on down to our root chakra,
That base root chakra where the Kundalini energy is found and see that light stirring there,
Bringing that root chakra and the power of the Kundalini there to the highest light.
Breathe in that light and now allow that wonderful healing light to go on down your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet.
Until now your whole body is a living field of energy of light,
Extended out into your aura,
Far,
Far,
Far into your aura,
Six feet out at least,
Now out to 12 feet.
Feel the energy colors in your aura becoming lighter and lighter and more pastel,
Full of this highest vibration of light.
And now call in the light of the soul.
We each have a unique vibration energy in our soul.
Let's call in your own soul's energy into your very being.
Breathe in and be grateful.
Take two minutes to be grateful to your soul and connect with your soul in gratitude.
Breathing in the light of the soul,
Breathing out the light of the soul,
Breathing in the light of the soul into your body and mind so that all of your body is a very,
Very aware field of your light body.
Merge with your light body right now,
Breathing in that light body,
Purifying yourself and connecting with your soul's energy,
Going deeper and deeper and deeper into your soul and find there in your soul that stillness.
Be still and know that light that you are.
Be still and feel the presence of light right now.
Breathing it in,
Letting it completely change your vibration to a higher vibration energy field.
And now from your soul,
Let's bring in the light of the one source of all light.
Let's call in the light from the highest source of all,
The resource from the source.
Let's call in that love that God is.
And as we call it in,
Let's make a channel open to receive that heavenly light.
Let's make a beautiful field of energy coming down in two rays,
Like a big V from the highest point into your soul and from your soul on down into your body.
And now let it unify in your body the two rays becoming one completely vibrating that energy field there within all of your body.
And now as you feel that light body merging with the highest light,
See yourself enlightened.
Feel that power of enlightenment alive in you.
And now connect to that amazing network of lightworkers all around the universe.
Feel that network forming a beautiful chalice of light,
Each energy of each light bearer supporting and extending out to each other.
And that wonderful field and network of light works together now to send the whole world a beautiful energy field of light and love.
And the planet is now feeling that energy field of light and love.
It's surrounding the planet and it's filling every single being in all the dark places being brought now into that light field.
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe in and allow that light to come back into you,
Into your heart of hearts,
Bringing that love light right back into your being.
Breathe it in,
Receive it,
Bless it,
Absorb that wonderful light from the cosmos into your very being.
And now give great thanks for that light that you are.
Allow it to be there with you.
Let yourself identify with that light.
And I'll close with the Aramaic version of the Lord's Prayer.
Father,
Mother of the cosmos,
Shimmering light of all,
Focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath.
Enter the sanctuary of our hearts uniting within us those sacred rays of your power and beauty.
Let your heart's desire unite heaven and earth through our sacred union.
Help us fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today.
Forgive our secret fears as we freely choose to forgive the secret fears of others.
Let us not enter into forgetfulness tempted by false appearances.
For from your astonishing fire comes the eternal song which sanctifies all renewed eternally in our lives and throughout creation.
We seal these words in our hearts committed in trust and faith.
