Aloha.
I'm Reverend Cindy Palas and I want to share with you some moments of magic out in nature with the birds.
We'll take a walk through the forest up on the side of Haleakala about 3800 feet up to a place I love to go to among the trees.
And we'll go off the path and listen to the sound of the birds there.
And as we listen to the sound of the birds singing,
We breathe in the magic of this place.
Breathing in,
Holding our breath for a few seconds and breathing out.
And I'm going to walk further into the forest and we'll breathe in and feel the fresh air.
Hold the breath.
Breathe out,
Relaxing,
Letting all stress go.
Breathing in deeply and being still as we breathe out,
As we just listen to the beauty of the sound of nature.
And stand where the light comes through the trees and listen to the birds singing.
Let the mind be still.
Breathe in the light.
Breathe out the love.
Breathe in the light.
Breathe in gratitude.
Breathe out love.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out anything of stress.
Experience all of who you are.
Right now,
Right here,
Who are you?
Who is it that is here in this very moment?
Be here now.
Feel yourself very deeply relaxed in the perfect state of peace.
And as we go deeper and deeper within,
You let all thoughts,
All worries just go.
Just let it be.
No rights,
No wrongs,
Just pure beingness in the presence.
Breathe in that soul state of the presence right now.
Allow the soul's energy to bring you the energy you need to fill your entire body and mind and emotions with light and love.
And know that you are in a safe space,
Connected to your soul,
Surrounded with angels and winged ones that fly.
Is there anything that you're holding on to,
Any stress?
Let's do a body scan.
Is there any stress in your face,
In your jaws?
Relax your jaws,
Your mouth,
Your head.
Feel your shoulders.
Are your shoulders relaxed?
If there's any tension,
Just let that tension go.
Breathe in and release the tension in your shoulders and move on down into your heart,
Your heart of hearts.
And bring the love that is here right now from your soul into your heart.
Allow yourself to be open to receiving love.
Breathe that love deeply in and feel it grow with the light that is present there.
The song of your heart sings just like the birds.
Listen to your heart sing.
Do you know the song of your heart?
Allow your heart to be open to that song and allow that joy to come into your heart of hearts.
Allow that presence to come into your heart of hearts.
Let that presence be with you right now as you join with the creative force that is here right now in this forest.
Feel the creative force,
The energy,
The mana alive in you.
Let it connect you with creation.
All of creation is part of this energy field you're in.
And now let your inner voice speak to you from the highest self.
These are words I heard when I let my highest self and teacher speak.
If I were to speak to you,
I would have the voice of your heart to light the words and the company of a band of angels to carry the sound of light.
For their radiance can bring the awakening of joy to let the heart hear these words of truth.
In truth,
There is no sorrow.
There is no darkness.
In truth,
In the source is the love that is the love of all from the one source.
There is only that love and great beauty and the fulfillment of the union,
The ultimate joining of love with all.
There is only the joining of the source of all energy with the creation here on earth.
Oh,
To hold the light of the one who knows the power that can transform you.
Only the torch that holds that love that burns so bright can be the power that is alive eternally in your heart of love.
The self is born of such a light and love greater far than the mind can comprehend.
And when the soul is ready to connect with this ultimate source and experience enlightenment,
Then that light can open the door and allow the directions of the heart to believe,
To believe that this love is here with you always.
That there is a light beyond the lights.
There is a love beyond all loves and you are created from this light and love.
Feel the joy of your beingness right now.
Allow yourself to open up to this love that unites the entire world.
Let yourself be here and just be still and know that you are a part of God.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing it in and absorbing it and being it and allowing it to be in every single cell of your body and every organ throughout your entire energy field and beyond your energy field.
Let that energy go forth from your heart,
From your mind,
Around all of you,
Creating a harmony,
A light,
A power.
Breathe it in and become it.
Allow this light body to merge with all light beings and know that you are one with this light and love now and always.
And now slowly come out to meditation and breathe again in and feel the peace that is present here in your soul right now.
And say thank you God for this precious light,
This precious love,
This understanding,
The peace that path is all understanding.
Allow it to be and so it is.
And I'll close with the Aramaic Lord's Prayer which goes,
Father,
Mother of the Cosmos,
Shimmering light of all,
Focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath.
Enter the sanctuary of our hearts uniting within us the sacred rays of your power and beauty.
Let your heart's desire unite heaven and earth through our sacred union.
Help us to fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today.
Forgive our secret fears as we freely choose to forgive the secret fears of others.
Let us not enter forgetfulness tempted by false appearances.
For from your astonishing fire comes the eternal song which sanctifies all.
We knew it eternally in our lives and throughout creation.
We seal these words in our heart committed in love and faith.
