Rainbows Of Light

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I am here today to talk and merge with rainbows of light.

You know,

It's amazing the energy that creates the cause and effect of a rainbow.

It's pretty miraculous really.

You have to have a special light that captures all the moments that go right through that drop of rain and shine in a special way to join the forces of that light to form a rainbow.

And you have to be present and able to receive the energy of that rainbow.

I'm going to do a talk today about using rainbows of light in your consciousness and also to balance your chakras,

To balance your energy field because we are all made up of energy of light,

Rainbows of light really.

We are all energy fields that are also capturing this particular moment in time and space.

It's a magical beautiful thing really.

And the more we can align with the energy and colors of that light which we radiate,

The more we can empower our own self and kind of join and merge with rainbows of light.

Now each of the chakras have a corresponding light and color that go with the energy and color of a rainbow.

That's not a mistake.

And each of the rays of light have a certain frequency and energy that works and radiates and resonates in a special way.

Now if you know what your color is it helps.

And if you don't you can find that out.

It's not really difficult to do.

You know if you think about the colors that you love that's probably the colors that radiate out.

I love purple.

Some people love green.

Some people love blue.

Some people like red.

I also like the peach color.

And yes you can have more than one color that you resonate with because we have different frequencies and rays just like in astrology actually.

You know in astrology you have your birth sign,

You have your rising sign,

You know you have the sign that you also are born under.

So it's the same with us and when we look at our light frequency.

So let's just imagine each of the chakras and let's go into a meditation state to see how we resonate with the colors of our rainbow chakras.

Now as we go in of course we always want to just relax and turn inwards if possible.

If you're not driving or anything you can close your eyes and sit with your energy,

Your spine as erect as possible and comfortable.

And just breathe through the energy of the spine.

Breathing in,

Breathing up.

All of the chakras to the crown chakra and just holding there,

Feeling that wonderful light there.

And then breathing out,

Out,

Out,

Out,

Out through the spine,

Down,

Down,

Down and out.

Breathing in and up,

Up,

Up and breathing out through all of the alignment of the chakras.

Now here's something that I'd like you to do.

We always use our energy field to protect us and our own travels within and that is to put around us an energy shield,

An auric shield that protects us from outside energies.

Breathing in,

Let's let that light from the base of the spine go up,

Up,

Up,

Up above the head and further up another 10,

15,

20,

30,

40,

50 feet.

And let it come down through the spine,

Through all of the parts of the chakras from the head to the neck to the throat there.

Yup.

And to the heart,

To the solar plexus,

To the second chakra and to the root chakra and out,

Out,

Out,

Out.

And a wonderful energy field of light going in front of you,

Protecting you in front,

Protecting you behind,

To the right and to the left of you until you are bathed in a beautiful protective energy field.

See this energy field with a beautiful white light.

White,

White,

White light.

And then around it the energy field that you feel most comfortable with.

That might be a violet light surrounding this white egg-like shell around you.

It might be green.

It might be that beautiful radiant blue.

And also it might be that wonderful peach and red color or gold color.

Whatever that is,

Let that also surround that white light.

And now just let yourself bathe in this wonderful field of light as we just breathe in a tune to find yourself open to receive the color of the rainbow that you are.

Let's breathe in.

And nothing to think about.

Just breathe,

Breathe out.

Breathing in,

Holding and breathing out.

Going deeper and deeper and deeper into that wonderful radiant light that you are.

And now take a look at your third eye and see if there's a color there that you are seeing right now.

I'm seeing a violet light,

A little bit of a gold light.

Are you seeing any colors?

It might be a combination of colors,

But just let yourself look like you're looking into a mirror at your energy field of light.

Just take some time to observe without any stress or without trying.

Just let yourself dwell in that light that you're seeing within.

You might see it surrounding you as well.

It might grow as you watch it.

You might see it expand.

It might go like clouds drifting through.

Just calmly allow yourself to observe that light.

Breathing in that light and letting that light come into all of who you are.

Expanding in your head,

Expanding around your head and just being comfortable there.

And now we're going to do a chakra rainbow energy healing.

We're going to start with our head chakra and the third eye color of a beautiful violet.

Now just as you were looking at your third eye,

Now allow yourself to imagine a beautiful,

Brilliant violet soul light right there on your third eye chakra.

And breathe in that violet and see how beautiful that violet color is,

Full of magic rays,

Beautiful rays of energy.

It's the seventh chakra color amethyst and it's beautiful and it can spread through you,

Bringing in the highest seventh ray of magic.

Just let yourself be in a violet ray right here and right now and let it fill you and make you feel beautiful.

Breathing violet in and expanding it and seeing the colors becoming ultra light and let it go all around your whole beingness.

Bathe in this beautiful violet light.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Purifying all the energy around your third eye chakra.

And now breathing in,

Allow yourself to go into your throat chakra,

Which is a beautiful blue,

An aquamarine blue.

Imagine this beautiful blue of aquamarine and a radiant energy of blue,

Like a deep pool just there in your throat chakra.

Also in the rainbow and allow that whole throat chakra to be energized with this wonderful power of creative energy there in your throat chakra.

And allow all of the energy around the throat chakra to radiate with this wonderful blue,

Blue,

Blue color that goes so beautiful that you just wish to dive into that pool of blue energy and let yourself just lay on your back in this pool of beautiful healing,

Creative energy from your rainbow of light and allow that light of that blue to expand out to be part of the rainbow.

So now you have a violet ray around you like a half a rainbow around your whole circle and let it expand to the whole circle.

So you have a violet ray and then you have that beautiful blue ray of a rainbow that is a circular rainbow all around you.

Next we're going to go into our heart chakra and that color is a beautiful field of green,

Creative,

Loving,

Healing energy in your heart.

Go to your heart and just allow yourself to dwell in that lovely heavenly field of green right there in your heart of hearts.

Imagine yourself laying in a beautiful heavenly green field with tall grass,

Feeling that energy of that beautiful love in your heart and just let it fill you up with that heavenly radiant green there.

And as we dwell in our heart we feel that green enhancing into a radiant energy field expanding and expanding and expanding until it joins that rainbow of light all around our energy field.

So now in our radiant circle of light surrounding us we have that purple violet rainbow that's a circle followed by the blue now followed by that lovely green and now we're going to go down to that lovely energy field that is that wisdom light of your third chakra and just see that wonderful wisdom there enveloping and healing all of the organs of your body that dwell that are so valuable to you there.

Your liver,

Wisdom,

Yellow golden light,

Kidneys,

Stomach,

Spleen,

Pancreas all bathed in a purifying lovely light filled yellow that's alive with that wisdom ray there.

Let it fill and circle around all of your organs and spreading out out out out to join that lovely circular rainbow around you.

So now you have purple,

Blue,

Green,

And yellow and going back within your body see a lovely radiant color in your pelvic in your second chakra that orange becoming the beautiful higher radiant color of peach feeling all of your emotions and letting your whole energy field and your second chakra be purified with that lovely healing peach that lovely color feeling energy purified and whole feeling every single cellular part of your second chakra and your body and your pelvis with this lovely healing peach and expands outward outward outward outward until it becomes part of that circular rainbow which is now violet blue green yellow and peach that you are now dwelling in and breathing deeply now go to your first chakra that root chakra which is a ruby red radiant color at the base of your spine your kundalini there allow yourself to feel and heal the energy that is so powerful of that radiant red ruby and see that base chakra as a flower a radiant ruby flower lit with light and it opens up and it expands and expands till it's the part of the rainbow that completes the colors of the rainbow to you are now surrounded by you are surrounded by radiant rainbows of light you are a rainbow of light and each of these energy fields are combining now and know that you can be a part of any of these radiant colors in this rainbow of light that joined together as one energy field you can have that power of the sexual creative energy you can have the feeling of the peach you can have the wisdom of the yellow you can have the lovely green healing energy of love in your heart you can have the creativity of your throat chakra and you can have the violet in your head and now let's top it off with the crown chakra that lovely beautiful gold and violet beautiful lotus that also has pink and opens up at the crown chakra and it is the crowning glory of your crown chakra that is open to all of the light from the holy source see it on the top of your head as your crown expanding and allowing that petal of that lotus to open and open and move to the top of the rainbow and allow yourself to see your soul light pouring through that lovely crown chakra and crowning that whole rainbow with that connection to the divine source of all for a moment just dwell in this lovely rainbow of total light and love crowned with the crowning chakra that you have there breathe it in and allow all that radiant energy to come into every single cell of your body allow it to be a blessing to all of your mind and your body and your emotions and your spirit renewing you radiating through you rejuvenating you and restoring you in a rainbow of perfect energy that you are and now just be there as you slowly come back listen to a piece that I did called rainbows of light with the famous Tibetan flutist Nwankwo Shog.

Such a phenomena called rainbow.

Listen to that inner voice that speaks in rainbows of light.

Listen and allow yourself to be guided to that radiant beauty of heaven that you might find.

There are fields of gold and shades of green all shining in their own astral dream.

Fields of promise from the past.

Fields of love that always last.

Listen to the voice of the stillness and let your spirit be free to be at peace.

See the opening that now appears and what awaits on that journey there.

Let the angels be here with the guardians at the gate.

They await at the opening as that rainbow of light shines forth the way to a new and brighter place.

And with that grace of awakening there is such gratitude that we can feel.

Take some time to listen in the silence there in you and me.

Rainbows of light rivers that flow from the heart of the soul in colors from the source of heaven's rainbow.

We are that energy that flows from the soul.

We are the colors dressed by heaven's glow.

We are silken clouds that reflect the unspoken promise of life.

Yet we can't hold on to the unknown.

Try as hard as we might.

This river of life flows as time comes and goes.

Expressed in the depths of life's meaning with a love that lifts us to be the hymn of spirit song eternally.

This naked truth that we seek to reach tries to find a way to speak through you and me.

It's the water from the rains that come from heaven's clouds as the rainbow proclaims.

The flow of life is always claimed by the river song that helps us to evolve with no limitations and no judgment as it reaches the ocean and merges with all.

That spirit will remain through all the creation that's been made and always exists in rainbows of light beyond all time and space.

Waves of light are sculpted into this form we dwell in by time and how we live created in the image of the identity of what our parents DNA to give.

Yet we are more than this so much more than what is seen.

Rainbows of light the force of what we really are in this life force expressing in this being in waves of light radiating in many different frequencies.

As the soul transmits its energy reflecting our higher identity living in rainbows of light projecting auras of ethereal rays there's so much more than this form in this body with which we're born.

Don't be fooled by appearances it's just the cover of the book inside there are rainbows of light there for the eyes of the soul to see.

Such a phenomena called rainbow beautiful rainbow can be created because of it depends on its cause and condition.
