The attitude of gratitude.
The gift of gratitude is one of the most amazing forces for good.
It's a tool you can use to overcome depression and many things.
Gratitude is so powerful that we really should practice it every single day,
Every morning,
Every night.
They've done so many studies on gratitude and they found that it actually is very,
Very helpful to reduce stress and to overcome depression.
Even just writing down five things you're grateful for can change the way you feel.
Whenever depression is starting to move in,
Immediately call upon the gift of gratitude to alleviate it.
There's always this gift of being grateful that can be used at the beginning of meditation.
It helps to breathe in gratitude for a few minutes as you begin to do your meditation.
There's so many proven benefits that happen when you feel gratitude.
It truly changes your focus from negative to positive.
If you can focus on all the blessings that you have,
You can actually feel the change in your energy field.
Let's do a couple of affirmations on gratitude.
Make sure you're comfortable and relaxed and feeling at ease.
And let's do some clearing breaths right now.
Now slowly just breathe in.
Hold your breath for a second and breathe out,
Relaxing,
Going deeper and deeper into your heart of hearts.
Come into the center of your being with every breath.
And now focus your intent to feel gratitude.
Think of the countless ways that you are so blessed.
Here's a few affirmations.
God blesses me in countless ways.
I recognize and appreciate the blessings I receive.
I am grateful for the blessings of each breath.
I'm grateful for the beauty of nature.
I'm grateful for the animals and the beautiful winged ones that fly.
I'm grateful for the oceans,
The rivers,
And all the beings that habitate the ocean.
I'm always grateful for the gifts that are brought to nourish my body,
Mind,
And soul.
Each day I see how lucky and blessed I truly am.
And I appreciate everything I've been given.
I am thankful for all of my friends and family members.
And now take a moment,
Think of your friends that you're grateful for,
Or a family member who's supported you.
Take a moment to appreciate and send them gratitude right now.
Going to the times you've counted on them to be there for you and they've come through.
Just feel that gratitude being sent out.
Feel that energy of gratitude changing your energy field.
Now be grateful for all of the protection you've received from your guardian angels throughout your life.
From those who you may not even be aware of who are watching over you.
Send those beautiful guardian angels your gratitude right now.
Just be grateful for the work they have done in protecting you and watching over you.
Know that miracles are happening in your life even when you are not aware of them.
When you have an attitude of gratitude in your life,
You can actually find that that Reiki principle can indeed be one of the most important principles in every day and every way in your life.
Take a moment to be grateful for having creativity and inspiration in your life.

For your willingness to learn.
Be grateful now for your body.
Thank your body,
Your feet,

Your reproductive area,

Send your entire arms,
Hands and being gratefulness for serving you in this life.
Be grateful for your spirit and that soul that you have that has been with you to guide you and will be with you for lifetime after lifetime.

Your light and love and gratitude now.
There's a grace that comes with gratitude.
You can feel that grace,

So take the time and be so thankful for the blessings you've been given.
And when you start to count your blessings every day in that way,
And when you have the attitude of gratitude,

Allow yourself to absorb this positive energy.
Feel that energy in your heart.
