My name is Reverend Cindy Pollos,
And I wanted to talk about.

How the world is made up of opposites.
Night and day.
As it's beginning to be June.
The longest days here and the rest of this area.
And then the other side of the world,
It's the shortest.
And so there's this interesting balance that occurs.
In opposites.
And I think that also connects with the fact that we are spiraling.
Through space and time.
And that there's this spinning of the world that goes round.
In the opposites.
Night and day.
Dark and light,
Spinning through the universe.
Spending through time together.
It's really an interesting thing that occurs.
And we take it all for granted.
You know,
There are some times,
I think that when we saw our wonderful astronauts going into the area of the moon and got the vision of what it looked like from Earth.
The moon to here,
We got a little more of that interesting perspective.
Very interesting perspective.
Of how different.
It is when you leave this earth,
You know,
And how you look at it from the distance and how we look at the moon from a distance.
We are continuing to learn and to grow and to spiral and I think that as we continue to find the exploration of the universe continuing to grow in.
Fascinating and we learn more about as well the planets.
We're also learning more.
And understanding what's going on inside of us.
And again,
There's this interesting connection.
You know,
What's inside and what is outside,
And as we go deeper and deeper within.
We start to see the world.
Beginning to look further and further into the universe.
And I think it's very important,
The roles we all play in this.
Amazing.
Balance of what's going on in the world.
And it's so beautiful that we can take the time.
To go within in meditation.
And to always reach that point inside.
Where we can explore what's going on within us.
And it's not the same ever.
I mean,
I've been doing this all my life and I've always found something else reaches me,
Some insight,
Some words.
Some impressions.
Reach me from that journey within.
And I think it's so valuable for all of us as we go with it.
To be aware.
Of this spiral in this circle of life.
Let's go into a meditation together and we're going to Explore!
Explore the inner space.
We can.
Have right here and now.
And we do this by.
Is checking ourselves out,
You know,
As we.
.
.
Just take a deep breath.
Again,
That's breath in,
Breath out,
Just like everything in the world there's secrets.
Balance with breathing in.
And holding and then letting go and breathing out.
And that brings us to that awareness of the.
.
.
Cycle in the spiral.
Breathing deeply in,
And oh yeah feeling it cracking and breathing out putting a beautiful spiral circle of light around yourself from up above,
Down below,
And around,
Behind,
And front.
Let's spiral a beautiful,
Beautiful protective white light.
And we breathe in and breathe out.
Just simply allow ourselves to journey.
To take this inner journey,
This beautiful inner journey.
To the depths of our connection that we have with the deepest part of ourself.
And we breathe in and out And again,
The breath is.
In Hawaiian.
Aloha.
High is breath.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Like you'll find yourself starting to.
Slow down and you can look within.
And go within.
And you might notice some colors with your eyes closed.
You might see some colors changing inside as your eyes are closed.
The inner vision.
Breathing in,
Holding.
And releasing and letting go.
As I sit here and become more aware.
Listening to the birds outside.
Calling.
I'm just allowing it all to be here now.
Exploring this mystery of life.
We are inner explorers.
Breathing in and out.
And allowing yourself to be aware of the energy present.
Precious is this energy.
Of life.
Allowing the energy of your soul to be present.
And let it feed you.
Let it inspire you.
Allowing the energy of love to be present.
How does that love feel in your heart?
Moment to be grateful for this light and this love that's present right here and now inside.
Take a moment to.

Send some of that light and love out.
Someone you care about.
And now take a moment to send this light and love out to the world.
As if you were someone.
Looking from the moon down at Earth.
And sending the earth love.
How would you send this light and love that you have?
Right there inside you around the world.
Circling the world with light and love and appreciation.
Being grateful.
For being here now.
And receive that love back again.
And feel so blessed to be able to have this presence of light and love.
One of the greatest gifts and it's free right there inside you.
And it always can be shared with others in so many precious ways,
So many creative ways.
Take a moment to just be grateful,
Just be really grateful for everything there that's right inside you,
In your heart of your heart,
Breathing deeply in and allowing it to reset you and possibly bring back something very special from that inner journey and maybe write down a note or two of what you experienced as you traveled.
On your inner journey within.
