There can even be many thoughts or anxiety.
But you are already here.
So rest in this natural presence.
In a way,
We can be grateful when there's some discomfort,
A fear,
A sense of dissatisfaction.
Because this discomfort will urge you to look and look better and see you are already here.
It doesn't have to become better or different.
You can rest in this as this.
Not even expecting to feel better.
Whatever feelings are here,
Let them be here.
The feelings are not you.
They arise in you.
And they will change.
Still,

Before and after feelings.
Enduring feelings,
You are here.
For the mind,
This is unusual.
The mind is used to solving problems,
Getting ahead.
And see that such thoughts just arise in the awareness that you are in your presence.
But your presence is,
Is always.
You don't need to create it.
The present,
Like the space,
Is always here.
The space can even be jammed with stuff,
But it is still here.
Similarly,
Your presence or your awareness is.
It is without any demands.
Just is.
Your timeless being.
