Let's ground ourselves.
Take some deep breaths into our belly.
We warm our shoulders down and back.
Allow space for the air to come in.
We're at this moment of time.
And we look back to our journey of the last few weeks.
When we decide to take a pause.
And wonder and play and ask questions about our life,
About why we're here,
What we want to do,
How we want to play.
This game.
And the metaphor I have.
For us to imagine is that we are.
On a dance floor.
That were on the sidelines of a dance floor.
And then our favorite song starts playing.
And then.
.
.
A very attractive person winks and invites us to dance.
And the attractive person in this metaphor is life.
And we step into the dance floor.
And we're starting to dance.
And sometimes our dance partner is leading.
And we just need to relax our bodies in order to be able to follow.
If we're just trying to stay where we are,
Clinging or resisting the movements,
It just makes the dance more awkward and less fun.
It's kind of fun to be late sometimes.
And sometimes we get an idea.
A new dance move we want to try and we take the lead.
We take the lead in.
Our dance partner follows.
Sometimes we lead,
Sometimes life leads.
And with pumps.
And sometimes the music is slow and sometimes it's fast.
And the songs change,
And sometimes there is a sad song,
And sometimes there is a happy song.
And the gender has changed.
And we keep on dancing.
And which one experiencing fully.
The music and the movement.
Keep enjoying the expression and the experience.
Who here to dance?
And have fun while we do it.
And this dance is designed.
To shed.
Our illusions,
Worrying about what other people think about our dance moves.
Fear about maybe trying out a move and not getting it right.
The dance is designed to shatter all these illusions and conditioning and things that are not true.
Dance is not about a destination.
We're not trying to get to a specific slot on the dance floor.
It's not about the end.
We're not dancing about the final chords or the final move.
Dance is about the dance.
And we're grateful because we made a decision to dance to the beat of the music rather than sit on the sidelines.
Afraid of what will people say about the dance,
Afraid of dancing it wrong.
No,
We're not on the sidelines.
We're in the dance.
Playing and moving to the songs and to the beat.
Feeling the feelings of the music.
Expressing what wants to come through.
There's no urgency.
There's no luck.
When the music stops,
We want to be able to sing.
We dance our hearts off.
We dance full out.
We did not leave movements in our heart that were not expressed.
This is the whole point of the dance floor.
And sometimes initially,
It requires some courage.
But then,
Just let the music carry us.
We lend our inspiration.
Our energy,
Our emotions.
We dance.
With life.
Sometimes following and sometimes leading.
Totally in the moment,
Totally in the present.
Nothing is missing.
We're here.
Or we call visionaries.
We're going to dance with life,
With all our heart.
And take some deep breaths.
Are we ready?
Come back.
