Take some deep breaths.
And see how we feel.
As travelers on this path.
Crossing.
Our steps for this moment.
To notice each other.
See each other in our journeys.
How do we feel holding space for others?
Sharing.
Being seen.
Sometimes it's hard being here in this planet.
And this body.
Sometimes we don't know which way to go.
Sometimes we want to run and sometimes we want to just sit on the sidelines on our own.
And breathe the air and look at the sky and just be.
We need to learn that Sitting on the rock is as viable.
A swolking uphill or downhill.
You can't have the one without the other.
You need the recovery.
You need the rest.
You need the being and not just the doing.
And sometimes what helps is waking up of the illusion of separation.
In our essence,
We're all the same.
In our essence,
We're all one part of this universe part.
Of this world.
So that it's not about taking care of others or taking care of us.
The more I love myself,
The more I love others.
And the more I genuinely love others.
.
.
Not because I want them to like me or accept me.
That's not love.
When I just love them,
When I see the unity,
The connection,
The collapse of relationship,
When I see.
.
.
Them as part of myself.
And the more I take care of others,
The more I take care of me.
And like the breath,
I breathe in,
And I receive,
And I breathe out,
And I offer with the universe.
When I breathe in,
The universe exhales.
And when I breathe out,
The universe inhales.
And I'm in this communion.
And this flow and this balance.
And I do this without guilt because it's natural and I do this because that's the way it works.
I cannot exhale if I don't inhale.
And our job is to know when it is breathing in or breathing out time.
Doing it in a rhythm.
Taking care of myself,
Taking care of others.
And knowing that we're here to play and learn and make mistakes and fall down and hurt ourselves and kiss it better and stand up again and fall down and stand up again.
And that's the game we signed up for.
And the more we grow,
We learn to hold it all.
And the more we grow,
We can make decisions.
From the quiet.
From the fullness.
Rather than from our lack,
Rather than I need to pursue something external to fill in the inner void.
I make the decisions because I'm full and I'm peaceful and I'm centered and I come out and play.
And if I take the wrong path?
I will correct it.
I'll come back.
I'll ask for help.
I can handle it.
I can hold it.
I will learn from it.
And we can collect data,
And we can do experiments,
And we can think,
And do pros and cons,
And meditate,
And sit in the silence,
And listen to the inner voice,
And listen to the wisdom.
And then take a step.
And if it's wrong,
We did the best we could with the information we had at the time.
And we will.
Re-route as a GPS.
Rewrote.
But send each other love in this journey.
Let's thank each other for witnessing each other today,
In our crossroads,
With our struggles,
With our decisions,
With our successes.
That send each other love.
And let's send it ourselves loud.
