See the belief you want to work on written on the whiteboard in your own words.
Feel the energy of the words on the whiteboard imprinted inside your body.
Breathe.
What physical sensations arise?
What images come to you of the past and future linked to this belief?
What emotions arise?
How do you treat yourself and others as a result of this belief?
Consider who you would be without this thought.
Stand up and approach the whiteboard with the cloth and marker pen in your hands.
Read the words of this belief once more and then wipe them away with the cloth,
Erasing the energy connected with this belief.
Feel the energy releasing from the body.
Feel your body relaxing and letting go.
Now,
Turn the belief around.
Take your marker pen and write a new,
Empowering belief on the whiteboard.
A belief rooted in the energy of abundance of how you want to feel.
Read this new belief.
Feel the truth,
The positive charge of this new belief,
Its healing energy.
Now,
Set down the cloth and pen in front of the whiteboard and exit the classroom the way you came in.
Push the exit door and step outside.
Feel yourself bathed in golden daylight.
Take a deep breath of clear,
Refreshing air and know that you'll begin to see the details of your reality change to reflect this new belief.
