Find a comfortable seat,
Roll your shoulders down your spine,
Rest your hands on your knees or your thighs and if you're comfortable close your eyes.
Take some long slow deep breaths in,
Long slow deep breaths out.
Stay focused only on your inhale and your exhale.
Now imagine that I have like cracked a big egg on your head and the relaxation starts to make its way down your body,
Relaxing your head and your cheeks and your jaw and your shoulders your arms and your back,
Your chest and your abdomen,
Your middle and low back,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves,
Your feet,
Your toes.
And imagine that right in front of you is a big ball of white light and it's like warm and healing.
And every time that you inhale,
You actually inhale some of this white light into your body.
So inhale white light and then exhale let go.
Inhale white light,
Imagine the white light moving throughout your entire body,
Every nook,
Every cranny and when you exhale,
Imagine that you're exhaling like dark gray smoke.
The white light that you inhale is cleansing,
Expanding and as you inhale the white light it starts to cleanse and detoxify and all of the dark smoke,
The exhale,
The letting go is anything that no longer serves you,
No more negative energy.
You can imagine anxiety leaving your body,
Any thoughts that you kind of like obsess about.
The white light comes in and heals,
Helps with forgiveness,
Helps with calm,
Patience,
Inner introspection.
And the dark smoke is releasing negativity and anger,
Doubt,
Self-destructive behaviors.
Just imagine that this white light is still,
It's all around you and it's now within you.
You are inhaling white light,
Healing many parts of your body and releasing the byproduct of healing,
All of the waste that you no longer need.
Scientifically in the body,
We detox in many ways,
So one of the ways is through our breath.
Feel yourself calmer,
Lighter,
More relaxed,
Settled.
Feel yourself letting go of stress and anxiety,
Worries,
Self-doubt,
Inner judgment and criticism.
Inhale white light,
Fill yourself up with healing,
With brightness,
Release and let go.
Imagine each inhale,
It's starting to like pump the white light through your veins,
Through your heart,
Through your cardiovascular system.
Maybe you can even feel that you're so filled with white light that is kind of like coming out of your pores.
Imagine if you remembered what was real and what was true to you.
Imagine that that dark smoke is letting go of the drama that we can easily get captured in,
Making it very real,
Very dramatic,
Very chaotic,
But also like stressful and high anxiety,
Like let that go.
Remember what's real.
What's real is you need to take care of yourself today.
You need to move,
You need to say some nice words.
Inhale white light,
Heal,
Say something nice about yourself.
I am a strong woman.
Exhale let go of any thoughts that aren't serving you right now.
Feel yourself as an energetic being of light,
Of health and healing and love.
And keep that because you are.
A couple more breaths.
Start to wiggle from side to side.
Maybe move your body a little bit,
Coming back to this moment.
