Start by taking a nice deep breath in all the way to the bottom of your lungs.
And let it out.
Continue to breathe deeply at your own pace,
Paying really close attention to your breath.
All your shoulders down your spine.
Just your hands and your knees or your thighs.
For this meditation,
I ask you to take the seat of the observer.
I ask you to become aware of your awareness.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the observer of your thoughts.
So I ask you to start by becoming aware of your thoughts.
Just notice where your thoughts are taking you.
What they are.
Take a look around inside this mind of yours inside this body of yours and see what you notice.
That's how the body accepts the breath.
Don't try to change it.
Let it website.
Continue to stay present to what your thoughts are,
Where your thoughts are taking you,
To how your body feels.
Stay present to all the things happening around you,
But not getting lost in them.
Just notice where your thoughts go,
Where your breath goes as your thoughts go somewhere.
Notice how your body feels in relation to all of those things.
Become aware of you being aware.
Stay present to all the things happening around you.
Stay present to all the things happening around you.
And if your mind is wandering,
Bring it back to the seat of the observer.
Back to your awareness.
Back to you watching your body breathe.
Back to you watching your thoughts passing on by.
And back to noticing all the things,
Physical sensations,
Thoughts,
Reactions.
And back to noticing all the things happening around you.
And keep looking around.
Keep noticing what is happening for you.
Notice if you're holding tension.
Notice if you're holding tension.
And just come back.
Back to the breath.
Back to the thoughts.
And feel free after the meditation is finished to take some time to journal.
Take some time to notice what has come up for you here.
Not to ignore and not to also go down a rabbit hole,
But to really explore what has come up so you can acknowledge it.
Move through it.
Here we come to the end.
Thank you so much for joining me.
Namaste.
