Settle into your comfortable seated position and close down your eyes.
Let's get into that mood,
That vibration of it's time to meditate.
Going to your regular practice actions.
Relax your shoulders.
Down internally.
See if you can bring some stillness into your body.
Complete.
Stillness allows you to settle in more to that meditation frequency.
Because when you're moving around.

Your brain will track it and it won't relax.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath and focus in on the top of your head.
Just feel the top of your head.
See if you can.
Feel your scalp.
Imagine that you can sense your hair follicles.
Imagine that you're falling into that space just above your head.
Tap into that space at the top right there.
Make sure that you've got your long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
And just feel into the space around your scalp.
Imagine that you're feeling the space that space just maybe like a centimeter above your skin a centimeter above your body Stay in that space.
And imagine that you're slowly moving in that space.
Over the top and the back of your head.
So feel the connection.
The energy.
In that small space between your flesh and the space.
Like there's a bouncy kind of One.
Pillow that you can feel a softness.
Go down the back of your head,
Down slowly to the nape of your neck.
The back of your neck.
Feel your body as if it's being touched very gently from the outside as we move through the areas.
Going slowly down your neck.
Down into the center of your shoulders.
Starting to One by one move down your vertebra.
Very slowly and gently as if you're making the softest touch with each one of them.
Going down the top of your back.
There.
Into the center of your back.
All the way down to the base,
All the way down taking your time.
To the base of your spine.
And when you settle down there at the base of your spine at the back,
Of your body.
Imagine that you're moving into the space directly under.
Base of your spine so now you feel more central between the front of your body in the back of your body.
Your focus is right there.
In the middle.
Take a moment to take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath,
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your face.
Make sure that you're not tense so that you can focus on this part of your body.
Down there at the base of your spine.
And just breathe there for a few moments.
Get used to the sensation of focusing on this part of your body.
Inside of your mind,
Imagine that you're moving through that space,
That centimeter of softness,
And you're going into your body.
Now start to feel from a deeper perspective inside.
Not the outside.
Come up and in.
As if you're right there at the base of your coccyx,
Inside of your body.
Still relaxing your jaw,
Still relaxing your shoulders.
The tension can creep up on you sometimes,
So just keep checking in with those parts of your body.
Keeping your nice pace with your breath.
And here,
Right here,
Is where your root chakra lies.
And your root chakra is all about keeping you safe.
Keeping you grounded Its purpose is to keep you.
In solid human form.
This is about all of your basic needs.
So start to take a breath and think about your basic needs.
Your breath.
How?
Food.
Shelter,
Security Reproduction If you don't stay grounded,
If you don't allow this part of your body to connect to the earth,
Then we get disconnected and we end up being in our upper chakras more and we need a good balance.
So to make sure that you're down here connected to your root chakra,
Simple exercise is just to feel this part of your body.
Doing this alone is grounding.
But then also to add on a visual.
So in your mind,
Imagine that the seat that you're sat on,
The ground that you're sat on,
The sofa,
Wherever you're at,
Imagine that surface underneath the base of your spine is actually dirt Earth.
Something of nature.
Something organic.
Unreal.
Wood.
Sam.
Imagine your tush on something.
Of nature.
Feel a magnetic pull.
To the earth.
Imagine that you're being pulled.
Slightest suction.
So that you sit.
And the connection is solid.
Just breathe with this connection for a few breaths.
Very simple.
During this time of connection,
You're recharging,
You're refueling and reinforcing your solidity and connection to Earth.
Just by doing this for a few breaths.
Keeping you grounded.
Making you feel solid,
Which in turn makes you feel secure,
Which in turn makes you feel safe,
Which in turn makes you feel comfortable.
And then when you feel comfortable,
You have a sense of ease.
And with that sense of ease you feel.
Confident.
It's a trickling domino effect of all these conscious emotions that take place just by you taking a few moments to connect to nature.
You.
Go back.
To feeling like you belong.
And then if you move up in your body,
Visualize moving up into your lower abdomen.
Starting to reside in your sacral chakra area.
This part of your being is connected to the emotional expression of life through you.
It's everything that you feel.
Specifically pleasure.
Creativity,
Joy See if you can imagine that this part of your tummy feels a little bit swelled a little bit.
Open like Let your tummy completely relax as if you're making space for this awakening of your sacral.
What is something that you enjoy?
Something shame-free?
Guilt free.
Something that just purely brings you joy.
See if you can bring that to mind.
Just organic joy.
Organic pleasure.
And once you've got that feeling,
Once you've got that thought,
What does it feel like when you do this thing?
See if you can drum up that.
Feeling.
And put it right there.
In your sacral chakra area.
Throughout your whole body,
But mainly in your sacral chakra.
Reminding yourself of this feeling of just simple joy.
Take a few deep breaths.
Allow the tickle and tingle of joy in your body.
You should feel it in your heart space,
In your abdomen,
Maybe in your throat.
All of these other places.
Like a soft tingle sensation.
Happiness.
And let that flutter right there inside of your being while you pull your focus and attention up higher than your belly button.
Up into your upper abdomen.
About an inch or two above your belly button and start to feel that area of your body.
This is your solar plexus.
This is where all of your self-esteem,
Confidence,
Self-worth.
This is the mental expression.
Of who you are.
So all of those thoughts,
All of that thinking.
A lot of it affects this area of your being.
Most of us never stop thinking,
Constant.
And if you're very normal and very human,
A lot of those thoughts can be negative spirals,
Worrying,
Stressing.
About something in the past that isn't here anymore.
Something in the future that hasn't even happened.
What you need to do to kind of balance out this.
Area.
Of your body,
This area of your existence,
Is take a few breaths and just drop into that space first of all.
Relax into your upper abdomen.
And then start to think up.
Your worth.
Your value your individuality.
The reason and the perfectness for everything about you.
The good,
The bad,
The ugly.
The whole.
To have an appreciation for the experience of life.
Just see if you can start to adapt into that energy.
That you are this awesomeness.
You are this individual light no matter what's going on in your life.
No matter how many times you think you've failed.
Forget all that right now.
Just think about you.
This beautiful one of a kind.
You.
And the impact that you have the opportunity to make on your own life and everybody else's life every single day.
The impact that you have,
The opportunity to make on the planet.
On the consciousness,
The collective,
The universe,
Just by you being alive in this body,
In this vehicle.
This time around.
There is no mistake that you're supposed to be here.
Just have a little bit of gratitude an awakening on that kind of thought pattern for a second.
The amazingness of you And that is going to help you see your value.
It's going to help you see your worth.
And when you can see your value and your worth,
You feel more treasured.
You have value.
And when you have value,
You have self-respect.
You have to respect something of value.
And when you have self-respect,
You have boundaries and you have morals.
And you have standards.
And when you have morals and boundaries and standards.
You feel a sense of.
Importance.
I am.
And that trickles into allowing yourself.
Some sacral chakra energy of pleasure.
And that trickles into allowing yourself some root chakra energy of feeling safe.
Sakura.
All three bundled together,
Connected.
To form this aspect of your expression,
Your male energy.
Because when these three are kicking and shining and working There's no stopping you.
You can be in your flow.
Your male energy.
Getting shit.
Done.
Determination,
Drive.
Power.
Directness.
Protectiveness.
That animalistic ownership.
Conquer.
To build.
All of that is inside of you.
And today you just strengthened the three chakras that you need to be on the right path.
To get things done.
Take a few deep breaths just to solidify your practice.
You can breathe out with a nice.

Audible sigh if it feels good for you.
As if the job is done and complete.
And so it is.
And then you can gently open your eyes and come back into life.
