
Awaken Your Light | Crown Meditation To Recharge And Renew
When the morning feels heavy, come home to the light that flows through you. In this meditation, you’ll open your crown to receive gentle waves of Source energy, refilling your system with clarity, vitality, and calm motivation. Let yourself be lifted, recharged, and filled with the brilliance of a brand-new day.

If you'd like to sit down in a comfortable seated position for your meditation.
Thank you for joining me.
My name is Cori.
Let's meditate together.
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.
Let's start to just relax the shoulders.
Relax the muscles in your face.
Let go of any tension you might be holding in your jaw.
See if you can soften your jaw.
Let your eyebrows get heavy so that you can relax the space around your eyes.
And let's start by just focusing on the top of your head.
Feel the top of your head.
Imagine that you can feel your hair on your scalp.
See if you can get the sensation of that,
The weight of it,
That space between your skin and your hair.
Imagine that you're starting from the very top in the middle and you're allowing the scalp to relax.
So allow the scalp to just soften.
Feel a softening sensation like a release as if the top of your head and all of your scalp just got a little bit heavier.
And then make your attention and your focus more acute and bring it into a smaller place of focus.
So imagine that right there at the top of your head.
If you were a whale,
You had like a quarter size blowhole right there at the top of your head in the middle.
So find that point of focus and just sit in the connection of that.
Try and allow yourself to connect to that small space at the top of your head.
See if you can feel it.
In the meantime,
Once again,
Make sure that the muscles in your face are nice and soft.
The space across your forehead is relaxed.
The space around your eyes is relaxed.
And then bring your attention back into that quarter size blowhole at the top of your head.
It's seen many times in psychic visions,
Many times with inner sight,
That we have a silver cord that runs from the top of our head that connects us to source.
So in your mind's eye,
Imagine that you have this silver,
Twinkly,
Bright,
Almost like white light,
But silver cord that comes from your blowhole and travels all the way up to the top,
As far as you can imagine in your mind,
Where source would reside.
And that source for you could be energy,
It could be God,
It could be Shiva,
Shakti,
Light.
Whatever your heart resonates with,
Your own soul,
Imagine that this silver cord is connecting to that higher place of wisdom and knowledge and divine healing and all the goodness.
You're connected to it.
And if you come down from the other end and travel all the way down back on the cord to the top of your head,
You would see yourself almost sat,
Just like you're right now.
With that cord connected to that higher place,
That energy.
And you have your eyes closed,
Your shoulders are nice and relaxed.
And it's almost like you're outside of your body,
Third person,
Looking at yourself in meditation.
And you can see that maybe the body is tired.
Maybe the body is low of energy.
Just like a battery,
It needs to be charged,
So that it can be motivated and achieve things today.
Knowing that your connection through the silver cord is both physical and intellectual,
Emotional.
It's connected to you in all the ways that you can sense,
Think,
Feel.
That place of energy,
That source that you're connected to already knows what you need.
So all you have to do for this meditation is just allow yourself to be as supple and open and completely surrender to the energy that's going to come down and feed and replenish you today.
So make sure that your body is completely relaxed and your mind is open to receive.
Take a nice big deep breath in through your nose and allow it to travel all the way through your body,
Seeing that all of the channels down your arms,
Down your legs,
Into your abdomen,
Everything is open and spacious.
Changing your point of focus,
Becoming more intent.
Really focus on that quarter sized place at the top of your crown now.
And start to imagine that you're pulling,
Almost like a sucking sensation,
Using your breath to allow this to happen.
Breathe in and imagine that you're breathing in through your crown.
Breathe in and pull energy down that silver cord.
In your mind's eye,
Maybe you see it flicker like electric traveling through it.
Allow the silver cord to just deliver energy.
And so that you can feel the energy coming into the top of your head,
I'd like you to just slightly roll your eyes up and back as if you're staring into your own whale blowhole.
Don't strain too much,
But allow your eyes to roll up and back into that place.
And you'll feel a slight strain,
A slight pull.
That's good.
And as you feel that slight pull,
Use that pull sensation as if it's like an expanding kind of feeling that's starting to happen slowly.
I'm going to be quiet for a moment so that you can focus and feel it.
So on the in-breath,
Pull in the light,
The source,
The energy,
Everything that you need to feel more motivated,
More alive today.
Pull it in with your breath.
Allow your eyes to create that sensation of filling up.
And as you exhale,
Just relax and receive.
So there's like a circular motion taking place.
Start to internally communicate with that power that's connected to you.
You know what I need.
You know what my body needs.
You know what my mind needs.
I am open and ready to receive this love,
This light.
Communicate with it.
Let it know that you're fully surrendered into accepting.
Let it pour into the top of your head,
Down into your face.
Let it pour down onto your shoulders.
Like a shower of energy coming down.
You're in complete control by using the breath.
Every time you breathe in,
You open to receive.
See if you can allow a tingling sensation to start to take place as you receive the energy.
If you pause the breath,
You'll start to feel your heartbeat.
Hold your breath.
You'll feel the beat of your heart that's pulsing this energy around your body.
Waking you up with light and source energy,
God's energy,
Creation.
Allow yourself to just pull it all in because you need it this morning.
And at the same time,
Enjoy that sweet,
Peaceful,
Floaty feeling that you'll have right now.
If you allow yourself to just pause on the breath,
It'll make you feel even more open,
More expansive.
Just a gentle breath hold.
Breathe whenever you feel you need to take in a breath or release a breath.
You'll notice when you hold the breath and you're completely silent,
You'll feel the tingles.
Imagine the rain of light coming down onto the top of your head.
Tickling down the back of your neck,
Down your back.
It's good also if you can create a visual that you can see your feet.
And as you see your feet in your mind's eye,
Your feet is filling with the silver light.
And the silver light is starting to move up through your legs,
Like as if your glass was empty.
And now you can see that the light is filling your entire body.
Recharging.
Energizing.
Fueling you.
And keep using that circular breath.
Allow yourself to just feel really peaceful and yummy.
This moment's not going to last.
Shortly you'll be in your day.
Being.
Doing.
So just be in this moment and allow yourself to enjoy the stillness and the quiet.
Everything else can wait.
See in your mind's eye,
Your fingers,
Your hands,
Your arms slowly fill in with this light.
See it going all the way to the top of your head.
And if you were to look down into your crown chakra,
There at the top of your head,
You'd see that all of your body on the inside is filled with a silver source energy.
Behind your eyes feel more awake,
More alive.
The space in your brain doesn't feel so foggy.
It feels more clear and open.
Your lungs feel nice and open.
Know that this silver light is always with you.
This cord that connects you to your higher self.
All of that wisdom and knowledge.
Know it's always there with you.
What I'm going to have you do is,
As slowly as you possibly can,
Just enjoy the sensation of opening your eyes.
Allowing in life around you.
World.
The objects that surround you.
Your body.
Coming back into your reality.
Feeling good.
Ready for your day.
Take a nice big deep breath.
Seal your practice.
Breathe in through your nose.
And then when you breathe out,
Breathe out through your mouth and release.
Let's do that again.
See if you can release with a sigh.
Let your shoulders completely relax.
Maybe you can let your spine just drop and relax.
Take a nice big deep breath in.
Breathe in all the way to full capacity.
And when you breathe out,
Sigh,
Relax.
And use that as closure to shift the energy in your body.
So you can say goodbye to me and then get up and do what you need to do.
