My name is Corrie,
Let's meditate together.
We can go to connect with your higher self in either a seated position or a lying down position whichever is comfortable for you.
To reach the required depth of relaxation so that you can connect to your higher self and change your vibrational level,
We need to be able to relax.
Let go of the left brain and allow the right brain to open up and connect to your soul.
Close your eyes.
We'll use the breath and the body to start to deeply relax.
Use your breath as a gauge to feel where your body is at.
Just breathe normally.
You may notice that your breath is quite shallow and fast.
Start to slow your breath down.
Slow down the pace.
Take it longer.
Take the breath deeper down through your body,
Down into your chest,
Your lungs,
Lower abdomen.
When you exhale,
Make sure that you squeeze out all of the old air that was in your body so that you're completely empty.
The next breath will bring in fresh,
Clean oxygen.
Starting to cleanse your system with your breath.
Relax the muscles in your face.
Soften your jaw.
Let your tongue rest at the base of your mouth rather than the top of your mouth.
Relax your cheeks.
Open the space around your eyes and try and let go of tension that you might have across your forehead and the top of your scalp.
Set an intention that you're softening the tiny muscles in your face.
Every time you breathe out,
More of your face,
The front of your head,
The sides of your head,
The back of your head relaxes.
Let the shoulders drop or fall deeper into your bed.
Pull them away from your ears,
Lengthen the space between them.
And then with your breath,
Set the intention to breathe out any tension that you have in the back of your neck.
Relaxing the muscles.
And the tissues.
Seeing your mind that each of your vertebra from the base of your neck all the way down to the bottom of your spine is aligned and comfortable and relaxed.
Let the ribs soften.
Let your heart slow down.
Notice if you can feel any energy or unease in your tummy.
Breathe that out.
Release it.
Open your abdomen and allow it to relax.
Breathe deep down into your hips.
And at this point,
Also introduce your imagination.
Create your surroundings.
Imagine in your mind that instead of being where you are,
You're actually laying down on the grass in a very peaceful,
Quiet garden.
The grass feels solid but soft underneath your body.
It doesn't feel too prickly,
Actually feels quite cushioned and comfortable.
You can feel the grass underneath your fingertips and your hands.
Just gently move your hands over the tops of the grass,
Connecting your energy and your body to the earth beneath you.
You soften your hips and let them fall completely into the earth,
Relaxing your lower back at the same time.
The sky is clear and it's the perfect shade of blue.
Makes you feel calm and safe,
Very comfortable.
It's just a slight breeze in the air today and it tickles on your skin,
Cooling you down,
Making you feel completely alive and connected to all that's around you.
Your legs get heavy,
Your body seems to just surrender into the grass.
Completely let's go.
Your thighs,
Your lower legs,
All the way down to the base of your feet,
Everything feels very,
Very relaxed.
Your whole body is at peace.
You know that this is your time,
Precious time to just feed your mind and your body and your soul.
This relaxation that it requires.
It feels healing.
You can hear the movement of water in the background.
You sit up onto your elbows and take a look around the garden.
It's surreal,
Magical.
All the colors of the flowers are so bright and intense.
The grass is so green.
The sky is so blue.
Everything seems different from the garden that you would see on earth.
Everything here seems as if it's moving in its own vibration.
If you looked close enough,
You would see the particles that make up the trees.
The millions and millions of particles that make up the flowers.
They seem to be humming and vibrating all around you.
The sun is sending off reflections from the water in the water fountain and it looks like rainbows.
Tiny rainbows.
You stand up and walk towards the water fountain in the middle of the garden.
The earth feels good underneath your bare feet.
Soft,
Warm.
It feels almost like there's a surge of electricity moving into the base of your feet every time you take a step.
Like your whole body is magnetized to the grass underneath your feet.
Tingling vibrations of energy moving up through your legs.
Sending shock waves,
Pleasurable shock waves up through your spine all the way to the top of your head.
As if your whole body is made up of those millions and millions of particles.
And in this moment you can feel it.
I'm going to count to three as you walk forward.
Before you get to the water fountain,
I want to let you know that the reflection that you see in the water will be the reflection of your higher self.
It may look different or you may look the same.
Just prepare yourself to be open minded.
One.
Two.
Three.
Staring down into the water,
Looking into the reflection.
Becoming aware of your higher self staring back at you.
Just take a moment to take in all of the details.
Your face.
Your eyes.
The light.
The shape.
The feeling and the energy that you can feel off your higher self.
Notice the connection between the two of you.
Check into your heart and feel the connection between you and this aspect of yourself.
Your higher self knows all the wisdom and knowledge that's required from all of your lifetimes.
The past.
The present.
And the future.
There is no time and space in the knowing and knowledge that your soul has to offer to you right now.
This is the time in the meditation where you can ask your soul questions.
You may feel the answers inside of your own mind.
You may sense them or even hear them.
It might feel like your higher self is just telepathically speaking to you but you'll have a knowing that the answers are there.
Take your time and ask your questions.
If there's an answer that you don't understand,
Ask for more clarity.
Ask for an explanation.
Stay here in this place for as long as you need to and when you're ready to come back to your reality,
Simply open your eyes and give your thanks.
