Make sure that you're lying down in a comfortable position.

Adjust your body if you need to.

Relax your shoulders away from your ears.

Allow your arms to rest down by your side.

Close your eyes if you haven't done so already and start to focus on your breath.

Feel your breath as you breathe in.

Notice the sensations that it causes in your body.

The movement,

The feeling,

The energy.

And when you breathe out,

Notice the difference,

The sensations,

The relaxation that you feel when you exhale.

Focus your mind solely on your breath and allow your breath to start to relax you naturally.

Change your breath and take in longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths now.

All the way down into the base of your abdomen.

With your inner sight,

Your mind's eye,

See if you can see the breath in your mind.

Watch it journey down through your nose,

Down into your lungs,

Down into the stomach.

And then watch the journey as you breathe out and exhale.

Imagine your breath has a magical property.

When you breathe in,

It allows your body to naturally start to relax.

As if you're breathing in relaxation.

And when you breathe out,

Mindfully breathe out any tension that you're holding in your body that no longer serves you.

See if you can take your breath down further into your body,

Down into your legs.

All the way down to the base of your feet.

Allow your feet to get heavy.

Keep your body still.

Go inside and see if you can feel any tingling sensations,

Any energy moving in your feet.

Relax your ankles,

Your calf muscles,

The knees.

Take a nice big long breath all the way down into the base of your spine.

Relax your hips.

It's time to completely let go of your day.

Relax your body.

Allow yourself this time.

To just focus on you and nothing else.

Using your imagination,

Instead of being where you are,

Imagine that you're actually laying on the beach.

The sand is soft and warm underneath your body.

And hear the waves in the background.

The beach is very quiet and silent,

Except for the waves and the occasional bird flying by.

It's the perfect day,

Perfect day for you to let go and relax.

Relax your abdomen,

Soften the muscles in your tummy.

Imagine that you can feel the sun and the rays of the sun shining down,

Warming your body,

Helping you to relax.

Your chest softens and relaxes.

Your shoulders get heavy.

Every time you breathe out,

You notice you seem to sink deeper and deeper into the sand.

It feels nice to just let your body start to melt into the sand,

To breathe out all of your tension.

Allow the sun to start to heal you,

To heal the different parts of you.

Allow the rays of the sun to shine down onto your heart center and onto your physical heart.

Allow it to fill your heart with anything that's missing.

Know that you are loved.

Know that many,

Many people love you.

Take a breath into the center of your chest and give yourself the reassurance that you have lots of love in your life.

Allow the sun to shine its rays down over your throat to relax your throat,

But also to soften your voice.

Allow you to speak with compassion and love.

Imagine the sun is opening up any blockages in the throat so you can speak your truth with confidence.

Being able to speak your truth gives you a sense of direction,

Of knowing,

Of purpose.

You feel like a confident being,

Like your words are heard,

Valued.

What you say is important.

Allow the sun to do this for you.

Allow the sun to heal your throat.

Listen to the waves even more in the background as they go back and forth and back and forth.

Every wave different,

Never the same.

Just like your days,

Every day is different.

See in your mind as the sun shines down on your face and heals your thoughts.

But every day from now on,

You have a purpose.

See in your mind that your days are happy.

You feel content.

Doing what you need to do to be happy and healthy and strong.

Allow the sun to shine down on your face and show you the freedom that you have.

The freedom in your choices,

The freedom in your actions,

In your words.

Every day know that you are free to be exactly who you want to be.

To do exactly what you want to do.

You have the confidence to do that.

You are a powerful individual.

Soak in the sun and allow it to give you a sense of rebirth.

Knowing that tomorrow is a new day.

Every day is a new day.

For you to create that day to look exactly how you want it to look.

Relax your face,

Your eyes,

The space across your forehead.

Soften.

Soften your entire body.

Allow yourself to be vulnerable.

But use your vulnerability as strength.

Like you have no defense to break down,

No wall that can be broken.

Use your vulnerability to keep you open in a place of honesty,

Integrity,

And most important,

Authenticity.

Relax,

Let your body fall into a place of deep,

Deep relaxation.

Allow yourself to start to drift off to sleep.

The sun shining down on your entire body.

Feeling everything it needs to heal.

Knowing that tomorrow is a new day as you drift off into sweet dreams.
