Thank you so much for joining me this morning.
Let's do some good yummy,
Light filled,
Heart filled meditation energy this morning.
I'm going to utilize this little group,
This powerhouse so that we can do some good for the world.
Maybe the world just like us needs it right now.
So if you can close down your eyes and start to slow down your breathing so that we can get into that beautiful,
Peaceful space.
Let go of everything around you.
So let go of your morning or your day so far depending on where you are in the world.
See if you can just let it go and come into this space behind your eyes that's dark and vast and wide open,
Full of potential.
I always think of once I close my eyes down in meditation it's like I'm going into my own beautiful,
Safe cave,
My own space inside of my mind.
So if that vision feels nice for you create a space within the darkness that feels safe.
Somewhere where you feel held and protected like your divine place to go.
And just sit in that space.
See if you can start to let your mind relax as well as your body.
So as you breathe slower,
Just flow with your breath,
Follow your breath as if you're surfing on your breath,
Like a little surfer on a wave.
Start to relax your mind by letting go of everything else and bringing your focus and attention into the wave of your breath.
Feel as you surf as your breath comes in through your nose,
Down through your body,
Down,
All the way down to your feet.
Big,
Beautiful wave.
And then as you breathe out,
Let yourself ride on your exhale.
Do that for a few breaths and start to bring yourself into more of a relaxed place.
Using your inner side,
See in your heart center,
The center of your chest,
Where your heart chakra lies.
See in your heart center,
Tiny little world about the size of a marble.
You know,
Those things that you roll on the ground,
Those toys.
Imagine you have a tiny little world in there about the size of your thumbnail.
Right there in the center of your chest.
And if you zoom in with your third eye,
And you get closer,
You can see all the details as if you were flying like Superman around Earth and you can look down and see the greens and the blues.
The images that we see when we Google Earth.
Imagine that in your mind,
But it's a tiny little marble in the center of your chest right there in your heart chakra.
And all around you,
On the outside of your body is golden light.
So you don't see anything.
Imagine that if you opened your eyes,
Like a very thick,
Heavy fog,
All you have around you is this golden bright light.
It's underneath you.
It's above you,
Behind you,
Everywhere,
Like sunlight.
But it's palpable.
Like if you reached out your hands into it,
You'd feel like the little tingles as if you could slightly feel it around you.
The slightest feeling as if you can feel the density of it.
So you're sat surrounded in this bright golden light,
Shimmering all around you.
And yet inside,
When you take your inner sight in your cave,
Inside is the world right there in the middle of your chest.
You have the ability to be the conduit between these two spaces,
The channel.
Your body can be the pathway between these two beautiful spaces.
And you can use your breath.
Remember,
Breath is boss.
Breath is life force.
Breath is all that you are.
Without it,
There would be no existence.
So you're going to use your breath to start to pull in this density of golden light.
Pull it in through your nose,
Breathe it down through your throat,
Down into the tops of your lungs,
Down into your heart center.
And every time you pull it in with your breath,
Imagine this golden rain falling on the earth and the earth starting to be fed,
Be watered by the light that you're bringing it.
And as you breathe out,
Relax your shoulders,
Open your center and allow the earth to get slightly fuller,
Slightly bigger.
Breathing in the golden light,
Take it all the way down into your chest.
Watch it rain and penetrate into the earth.
This is a very serious action that we're doing.
We're feeding the earth,
Our energy mixed with the golden purification of this higher frequency that we're bringing into our body.
We're being of service right now.
So take this seriously.
As you bring in the golden light,
Watch it in your mind's eye rain down onto earth,
Watch it penetrate,
Watch the earth expand as if it's being fed.
Opening in your chest and as you allow yourself when you exhale to be completely open,
Completely vulnerable to just be a space.
You're holding space for this energy transference to take place.
Feel as if your heart itself in the center of your chest is the world.
Every time you breathe in,
Breathe in the light,
You may start to feel a slight heaviness,
A fullness,
Your shoulders might naturally want to go back so that you have more space in the middle of your ribs so that you can expand and allow the earth to keep growing.
Let it grow out towards your ribs,
Up towards your throat,
Down towards your sacral,
Your solar plexus,
Your root chakra.
Let it go all the way.
Breathe in with intention,
Just sending this beautiful light that's necessary for earth,
Necessary for all of the beings on earth.
Also feeding yourself the light at the same time so that you can be a healthy conduit,
You can be a loving,
Compassionate,
Peaceful conduit.
Give yourself some of this light also because you're precious and you need to be in a good space so that you can share your light,
Share this light,
Channel it.
Just see this action,
This repetition of what you're doing with your breath,
Just like the wave inside of your body.
On the inhale,
You have an action.
On the exhale,
You have an action.
It's a circular motion.
The breath represents that circular motion of life.
A constant,
Never ending.
Relax your shoulders,
Check in with your body,
Make sure that your spine is straight,
That your face is nice and soft and relaxed.
Maybe there's a slight smile,
Either inner or outer,
That you can feel resonating in your body.
Nothing else matters right now,
Just you being of service.
We'll just do this for a few more minutes.
Breathe in the golden light,
Feed the planet,
Relax.
Feel that love and peace inside of your body.
No matter where we are in our lives,
We always have the ability to be a conduit like this.
We always have the ability to be of service.
And because being of service is something that's in our DNA,
It's something that we seek subconsciously.
You're actually renewing,
You're refueling your own being right now as you do this action.
You're filling your battery back up.
Let's do five final breaths together in union.
Breathing in a nice,
Big,
Deep breath,
See that golden light raining down on the earth that may have expanded so big inside of you right now.
Let it fall and rain and heal.
And then as you breathe out,
Relax,
Open and let the magic happen.
Breathe in a nice,
Big,
Deep breath.
Breathe out,
Relax and surrender.
Breathe in nice,
Big,
Calm and breathe out.
Two more.
Let this next breath rain really powerfully down into the planet.
Feed it as much light as you can feed it.
And then this final breath,
Make sure that you see yourself visually on that planet also being fed the light.
Nice,
Big,
Deep breath all the way in.
Breathe in and feed everyone you know,
Everyone you don't know,
All the beings on the planet with the golden light.
Breathe out.
What I'd like you to imagine in your mind is that you're now closing down this practice.
Imagine that you're kind of just releasing the earth from your body.
Let it slip out or let it disperse however you see it in your visual.
Close down like a little cave,
Close the cave of your heart chakra space.
Sealing off that ritual,
Bringing back and containing your energy.
Feeling full and powerful and renewed yourself.
Feeling accomplished and also useful and being of service.
Knowing that you can be a conduit that way,
You can be a channel and share the light.
And then if you would like to just open your eyes and come back into the space.
Coming back into your day.
We'll close off the meditation.
