We're meditating today with the intention of receiving some guidance.
Settle down into your body.
Let's take some deep breaths.
Breathing in through your nose.
Let's do a couple where you breathe out through your mouth.
Nice,
Big,
Deep breath all the way down,
Filled to capacity.
And then exhale.
If it feels right for you,
Exhale with a sigh.
Coming in with your breath,
Coming out with your breath.
And as you slowly exhale,
Literally feel your body soften and relax.
Find a nice pace with your breath and then start to stare into the space.
There in front of your mind.
Even though you have your eyes closed,
You may see shadows,
Colors,
Shapes.
Or it may be completely pitch black.
Start to just stare into that big,
Vast,
Open space.
And as you stare into the space conjuring up with your inner vision.
Imagine that you're taking a couple of steps forward until you stop and find yourself at the top of 10 steps.
Going down.
And you can literally peer down the staircase there in front of you.
Allow a staircase to appear in your mind.
Maybe it's the staircase that you have at home that you use all the time,
Or maybe it looks completely different.
If you're struggling with your vision,
Imagine a staircase that you know that's familiar to you.
Recall a memory and see yourself looking down at your feet.
See your feet standing at the top of those steps.
If you have anything on your feet,
Kick off your socks and your shoes.
So you're barefoot and you can ground into this experience.
Feel the sensation of whatever your top step is made of.
Is it rough?
Is it smooth?
Is it cool?
Soft,
Like a carpet.
Whittle your toes,
Whittle your feet.
Really connect.
And then know that there's a door down there at the bottom of the 10 steps waiting for us to go through and I'll explain about that door.
The door is going to take us into a beautiful Zen garden where our guide or guides will be waiting for us there.
But I'll explain more when we get down to the bottom.
We're coming here today just to ask the simple question.
Is there anything I need to know about my life right now?
So keep that in mind.
Looking down the steps,
We're going to come down the steps one at a time.
Notice that your body will relax more and more every step that you step down.
Starting with whichever feels comfy for you,
Your left foot,
Your right foot.
Going down.
Ten.

Feel the steps underneath your feet.
Five.

Take a couple of steps forward until you're standing right there in front of your door.
Take a moment to just settle in and observe your door.
What it looks like,
The size of it,
The color of it.
Does it have any features like windows or panels?
Reach out and feel your door.
Does it feel rough or smooth?
Look at the left and the right side of your door.
Do you have a doorknob or a door handle?
If there isn't a doorknob or a door handle,
You'll be able to sense if you push the door in or pull the door out towards you.
You'll feel it,
You can sense it.
We're going to go through this door and find ourselves.
In our Zen garden.
A sanctuary,
A space where guides only with the intention of sharing love and light.
Guidance and wisdom are there for you.
It's your safe place.
So know that you are protected at all times.
Going through the door now.

3 closing the door behind you,
Looking down at your feet,
Your bare feet on the ground.
Just feel the earth.
Whatever it is that you're standing on underneath your feet.
Connect to this space.
And then look up.
Look over to your left and notice.
What's in your garden over there?
Look over to your right and feel out what's there.
What do you sense?
What do you see?
What do you feel?
On the right side of your garden.
And now.
Looking forward,
Maybe there's a path or a route that's going to take you to your path.
But know,
Take you to your bench where your guidance will be.
But know that It's gonna be there.
Take your time.
Starting to move forward.
Through the garden.
To the bench on your fore end of the garden.
And then when you get there,
When you eventually get there in a few moments,
Sit down on your bench.
Notice what your bench feels like under your sit bones.
What it looks like.
And if your guide isn't here already?
With you waiting in this area.
Then mentally,
Telepathically,
Say inside of your mind,
Will a guide come forward?
That I can ask about my life right now.
And then just sit.
Notice animals.
Spheres.
People,
Beings,
Your guide can come in the form of an old friend,
A loved one,
They don't even have to have crossed over,
They can come in the form of someone that you know well here on earth.
Or they can be a loved one that's transitioned.
They could be your actual deity,
Your guide,
God,
Jesus,
Buddha,
Whoever it is,
Just allow the space.
For them to come in and be with you and sit with you on the bench.
Just relax,
Keep saying in your mind.
Will my guide come forward so I can ask a question?
Might be a cute little bunny,
Could be anybody.
Pay attention.
You may not see them,
You may just sense a presence.
First thing I'd like you to do is start to notice everything about your guy.
The clothing.
Their appearance,
Their face The energy that you sense off them,
Does it feel welcoming,
Loving,
Kind?
Do they feel familiar?
Your guide already has a knowing of your questions.
All of the many questions inside of your mind.
But for now,
We're going to ask one,
Maybe two simple questions and what I'd like you to do telepathically.
Is ask your guide.
Can you show me?
What?
I need to be doing with my life right now.
And just let them show you.
Tell you.
What do I need to be doing with my life right now?
Keep your breath nice and slow,
Focus on their appearance.
Keep your own mind out of the conversation and just allow them to You may hear the voice in your head like your own voice.
They may actually move their lips and talk to you.
They may not.
They may speak telepathically.
What am I supposed to be doing with my life right now?
This is a very general question and you may receive a very general reply.
You may receive a very general answer.
If that's the case,
Ask.
Can you be more specific?
Show me in more detail.
You can even help by breaking it down.
Break it down to Show me what I should be doing with my career right now.
Let them show you.
Show me what I see.
Need to be doing.
Could be doing.
In my intimate relationship.

These are just suggestions that you can ask your guidance.

Leaving your garden behind,
Knowing that you can come back at any time.
Whenever you need to for any guidance.

Looking at the steps there in front of your mind.
Starting with either foot coming back up the 10 steps.
Wand,
Two.
Three,
Four,
Five.
Stop here for a second and just take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath fully into your physical body,
Feeling your hands,
Your toes,
Your fingers.
Knowing that all of the information that you receive today is in your conscious mind.
Coming back up with the information.
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Nine.

You can open your eyes and come back into your life.
Moving on to do whatever you need to do with your day.

One thing to remember And I'll put this I'll put this meditation up.
Excuse me,
Up on so that you can return to it.
One thing to try and practice whenever you're communicating with your guides is to try and always keep a flat,
Open,
Neutral state of mind.
So even if they say something to you that is outlandish or doesn't make sense or sounds That's never gonna happen.
Try and just keep yourself neutral the whole time you're there,
And that way your left brain will stay out of the situation.
That's one of the main challenges when you're communicating with beings,
With guidance and spirit.
It's to stay neutral and keep your own mind and your own thoughts.
But one thing I will tell you is,
Which is very,
Very normal,
And that is a lot of the information that they'll give you seems like you already know it.
It's kind of like,
Well,
I knew that,
Or I saw that last night on TV,
Or,
You know,
I knew I needed to do that.
That's nothing new.
That's normal.
But they are just reinforcing the fact that.
This is what you need to do,
But you're not really doing it or you're not paying attention to it.
So it's there in your subconscious mind.
It's like you already know it,
But they're just saying,
Hey,
Do it.
Don't just know it,
Do it.
All right,
So that's normal too.
So if you didn't get anything that you didn't already know.
Don't worry.
Like when I first asked,
Like,
What am I supposed to be doing with my life?
They said,
Be happy.
No shit Sherlock,
I mean.
Yeah,
Thanks.
Right,
That's all I needed,
Bye!
You know,
They can sometimes be very,
Very vague,
But they know exactly what they mean by saying,
Be happy.
Because,
I mean,
Really that's what it's all about.
But then it's my responsibility to say,
