Please get into a relaxed position,
Whatever feels most supportive for your body,
Sitting or laying down,
To prepare for meditation.
I want you to take a few deep inhales through the nose,
All the way down,
Allowing your belly to inflate,
And I want you to exhale gently through the mouth,
And taking a few more breaths like this as your energy settles and your body relaxes,
And I want you to bring your awareness to the parts of your body that are supported by the surface underneath you,
And to allow your body to feel its own weight,
To be heavy against the support you're receiving,
And to allow yourself to root,
Visualizing roots growing from every area that's touching a surface,
And extending those roots down through the floor,
Through the earth,
And through every layer of earth,
And I want you to inhale as you breathe those roots down into the ground,
Straight into the core of the earth,
Forming a bond with the energy center of the earth.
And on your next inhale,
I want you to breathe up that pure earthly energy,
Breathing up the nutrients,
The support,
And the relaxation that the earth provides into your physical body,
Absorbing this through your roots,
And allowing it to fill the lower half of your body,
And I want you to feel the nourishment that your body is receiving,
Knowing that you are always in connection with this support.
Now at the same time,
I want you to visualize the farthest star above you,
And to breathe its beautiful,
Brilliant,
Pure light down through the crown of your head,
And on a deep inhale,
I want you to allow this liquid light to drip down through the top half of your body,
Bathing all of your energy centers in this bright,
Brilliant light,
And I want you to bring the two energies,
The root grounded earth energy,
And the pure light cosmic divine energy,
Into your heart space,
Where they meet and intertwine,
Feeling the interaction of these energies,
And allowing them to circulate in your heart space,
Removing any blocks,
Removing any stagnant energy,
Anything that does not serve you,
As they circulate and swirl within your body,
And any old energy,
Any old stories,
Things that no longer serve,
Bits of old identities that are outdated and weighing you down,
I want you to allow them On a deep exhale,
To drain through your roots,
Allowing this old energy to sink in its own heaviness with no effort from you,
Down through your roots,
And back into the earth for recycling.
And as you breathe,
This energetic process takes care of itself,
You are supported,
You are safe,
And I want you to feel the cleansing effect of the bright light that you breathe through the top of your head,
Allowing it to renew and refresh and upgrade your energy effortlessly,
That all you need to do is relax and deepen,
And allow the energy to refresh you.
On another inhale,
I want you to breathe the roots up from the core of the earth,
Gently retracting them back into your body,
Where they are safe,
And to gently close off the connection that you formed through your crown,
And to contain all of this beautiful,
Brilliant,
Radiant white light within your body.
To allow its brightness to grow as it extends past your physical body,
Cleansing your aura and your magnetic field,
Circulating gently around your body,
And upgrading your energetic and protective systems.
Allowing this process to happen with ease and no effort,
As the intelligence of the energy activates your body's protective system,
Knowing that all of the energy contained within your system is yours,
That anything you've taken on,
Any worries,
Any stories that were not yours,
Have already been sent from your system for recycling within the earth,
And that you are left with the brilliant white light of cleansed,
Pure energy.
Now breathe in,
Feeling the relaxation and the peace of this upgraded energy,
Feeling the lightness in your body,
And allowing your system to come back into balance.
Please don't rush to awaken,
Allow the light to do its work,
And lay here for as long as you like,
Until you're ready to come back into your space,
Knowing that your energy has been cleansed,
And cleared,
And protected.
