This talk is a powerful reminder that the challenges you are facing right now are not here to break you — they are here to shape you. Every worry, every obstacle, every moment of overwhelm is part of the path you once asked for. When you prayed for a better life, more love, freedom, abundance, or success, the universe didn’t just hand it to you; it gave you opportunities to grow into the person who can truly hold and embody those gifts. And those opportunities often come disguised as difficulties. In this session, you’ll be invited to zoom out, see your challenges from a higher perspective, and realize that they are not mistakes or punishments but essential steps on your journey. Instead of resisting them, you’ll learn how to embrace them with gratitude, lightness, and even joy. Because the truth is: the obstacles you face are not blocking your path — they ARE the path.

Hey love,

I know you have so many challenges in front of you,

So many things on your to-do list,

So many worries about how you'll even manage them,

How to make them possible,

And it feels like a lot.

Sometimes you feel lost,

Overwhelmed,

Even alone,

Like you have to carry it all by yourself.

But let me tell you something,

These challenges are here for a reason.

So I want you to zoom out for a moment,

Take a pen and actually write them down,

Every single thing that's worrying you right now,

Every single challenge you're facing,

And then look at that list from a bird's eye perspective and ask yourself,

Why are these challenges here?

What are they teaching me?

And who am I becoming by moving through them?

Write the answers next to every single challenge.

Because here's the truth,

We're always asking for things.

We ask for a better life,

We ask for our own company,

We ask for our children,

We ask for the dream job or more money or a deep relationship.

But often we're not willing to go through the process that shapes us into the person who can actually hold all of that.

Once you ask the universe for something big,

A business,

A relationship,

The money,

The freedom,

The universe gives you the opportunity to become the version of yourself who can handle it.

And those opportunities,

They're disguised as the very challenges you just wrote down.

The worries,

The obstacles,

The hard moments,

They're not blocks on your path.

They are the path.

They're shaping you into exactly who you're asked to become.

So instead of fearing them,

Instead of wishing them away,

Start being grateful for them.

They're moving you closer to the life you've been asking for.

They are your opportunities.

And when you can embrace them with a little more fun,

A little more lightness,

Enjoying even the failures,

The learnings,

The tougher times,

You will feel the joy that comes from it.

We all go through challenges,

But in the end,

We've asked for them.

There are loud Parts within me that don't like this one bit. But my Self knows you're right.

When I look at my fears and challenges and zoom out, I see that every single one of them is improving me and is become less burdensome over time. I'm in a far better place in my life today than I was five and ten years ago. Far better.
