Welcome love,

You've arrived,

You've done enough,

You've been enough,

You are enough.

There's nothing left to fix,

Nothing left to figure out.

This is your time,

Just for you.

All the noise,

The rules,

The rushing thoughts,

You can set them down now,

You don't need to carry anything into this night.

Not even your name,

Not even your plans,

Let them dissolve,

Let them wait.

The world will hold itself while you rest,

You don't have to.

Tonight is for stillness,

For softness,

For the kind of healing that happens in silence when we stop trying.

You're not here to push,

You're not here to be productive,

You're here to simply be that's more than enough.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly through the mouth,

Let your jaw relax,

Let your eyes soften,

Let your shoulders melt just a little more and again breathe in,

Feel the air fill your body gently,

Hold it and now release.

Feel the weight of your body being pulled into the surface beneath you,

Effortlessly,

Naturally,

As if the ground is saying let me carry you now,

There's nothing you have to finish,

The day is over and you're allowed to let go of all of it,

Let your breath be quiet now,

Easy,

Unforced,

As if you're being breathed by something greater,

Let go of control let go of trying to do it right.

You cannot fail at resting,

You cannot do sleep wrong.

Your body knows how to heal,

It remembers and tonight it will do exactly that,

Without pressure,

Without pushing,

Only through presence.

Take another breath now but slower than before,

Breathe in through the nose,

Pause and breathe out through your mouth like a sigh,

Let your face soften,

Unclench your jaw and wrinkle your forehead,

There's no one to perform for,

No mask to wear,

Not here,

This is your reset,

A chandelier returning to what's real,

To what's already whole inside of you.

Your mind doesn't need to solve anything now,

Your nervous system is safe to unwind,

Your spirit is safe to surrender,

You don't need to be strong right now,

You're allowed to fall apart,

To float,

To rest and as you begin to sink into the space,

You may feel parts of you whispering,

Can I really let go?

The answer is yes,

Yes love,

It is safe now,

Safe to rest,

Safe to heal and safe to sleep.

There's nothing you need to do from here,

No task,

No outcome,

Only the journey inward,

Only trust.

Let your breath find its own rhythm now,

No more counting,

No more guiding,

Just floating.

Let go of the surface,

Of everything external,

Let go of today,

Let go of time.

This is your sleep reset,

Where the body repairs itself,

Where the mind reprograms in peace,

Where the heart remembers it is whole.

You are exactly where you need to be and from here we go deeper together.

Let's go deeper now,

Let your body become heavier and heavier with every breath,

No rush,

No timeline,

Only a softening,

A deep gentle descent.

Let your awareness drift down to the crown of your head,

Feel the air around your scalp,

Feel the forehead soften,

The space between your eyebrows gently widen.

You don't have to think,

You don't have to hold a day anymore,

Soften the eyes,

Let them sing into their sockets,

Your eyes are allowed to rest too,

Relax your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your tongue resting in your mouth,

Soft and quiet,

Let your face melt like warm wax.

Now bring your attention to the back of your neck,

To your shoulders,

Let them drop even more,

Melt them toward the earth,

You don't need to carry the weight of the world anymore,

Let the truth land,

You don't need to carry anything tonight.

Feel the warmth spread across your collarbones,

Down your arms,

Past your elbows,

Into your wrists and all the way into the tips of your fingers.

Let them be soft,

Unclenched,

Relaxed.

Now feel your chest,

Not to control it,

Just to be with it.

Notice your breath,

No need to shape it,

No need to deepen it,

Let it be,

Let it breathe you,

Let your heart rest,

Let your ribs soften,

Let your lungs open gently like wings folding in.

Now bring awareness to your belly,

The center of emotion,

Of safety,

Of intuition.

Feel the gentle rise and fall,

Feel how this space doesn't need to hold tension anymore,

Allow your belly to expand like a soft balloon,

No tightening,

No raising,

Just soft like the ocean at night.

Let the softness spread down into your pelvis,

Into your hips,

Into your low back,

Let your hips become heavy,

Sinking,

Opening,

Supported,

You are supported.

Feel the warmth move through your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calls,

Your ankles and into your feet,

All the way to your toes.

And now imagine a wave of stillness from the top of your head to the soles of your feet,

Flowing through you,

Slow,

Steady,

Safe.

Then another,

Each breath taking you deeper,

Each breath softening the body even more.

You are not separate from the night,

You are a part of it,

Held by it,

Cradled inside the dark like the moon inside the sky.

Your whole body from head to toe is relaxed,

Resting,

Unwinding,

There is nothing left to tense,

Nothing left to resist.

You can let gravity hold you now,

You can let stillness rock you,

You can let the earth breathe for you,

You are safe to release,

You are safe to sleep,

You are safe to go deeper.

We are entering the space where the subconscious begins to open,

Where healing happens beneath the surface.

And from here we begin to reprogram.

You've arrived at the doorway between thought and sleep,

Between what was and what's becoming.

Right here your subconscious is open,

Receptive,

Curious,

Ready to rewire.

You don't have to try,

You don't have to believe every word,

Just let it in like sunlight through the curtains.

You are safe to soften now,

You are safe to receive.

Repeat silently within yourself or simply let these words drift through your mind like waves in the dark.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am exactly where I'm meant to be.

My body knows how to heal.

My nervous system knows how to rest.

It's okay to release what no longer belongs to me.

I trust the night.

I trust the process.

I trust myself.

I trust myself.

Rest is my right.

Rest is powerful.

Rest is healing me now.

Let those words echo in you without effort.

They are already planting themselves,

Taking root inside yourselves.

Every breath brings softness.

Every breath releases resistance.

Every breath opens a little more space for peace.

The mind drifts,

Let it.

If thoughts appear let them pass like clouds.

Let them drift.

Your awareness can ride the rhythm of your breath deeper and deeper into stillness.

You're not here to force change.

You're here to allow transformation.

And it's already happening.

Just by resting.

Just by listening.

Just by being here.

Even when I don't feel calm,

I am held.

Even when I don't feel clear,

I am loved.

Even when I don't feel strong,

I am safe.

My body is not the enemy.

It is the messenger.

And I am listening now.

It's okay to slow down.

It's okay to need rest.

It's okay to be soft.

I let go of pressure.

I let go of guilt.

I let go of perfection.

You are not here to force change.

Your mind may not even remember these words in the morning,

But your body will,

Your breath will,

Your soul will.

They will carry the codes of rest,

Of softness,

Of trust.

Let the words dissolve into silence now.

Let your body integrate.

Let your field receive.

You are floating between dimensions.

You are being rewired with light.

You are healing as you sleep.

We move now into deep space,

Into stillness,

Into surrender.

Let go now completely.

There is nothing more to hold.

Nothing more to do.

You've arrived.

And you can rest.

Let your mind float like a feather in the dark.

You don't need to follow my voice anymore.

You don't need to stay awake.

Sleep can take over now.

You are safe.

You are free.
