Have you ever felt stuck in your energy?

This is about science,

So in just a few minutes we're going to go through a three step process that will reset your nervous system so your body stops holding on to all that stress,
It's going to rewire your thoughts so you can break free from mental loops and we're going to activate your highest self so you step into the new energy today.

Before we begin,
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
You made it here,
Right here,
Right now and that means something.
It means that a part of you is ready for a shift,
Ready to release,
Ready to step into something new.
Whatever happened today,
Whatever thoughts have been circling in your mind,
Just let them be here.
No fighting,
No forcing.
Just allow yourself to arrive.
Close your eyes if you haven't already.
Feel the weight of your body in this space.
Feel the air moving in and out of your lungs.
Let your shoulders drop,
Let your trawl relax.
There's nowhere to be but here.
Before we dive deep,
We're going to activate your body's natural ability to shift energy.
Because real transformation,
It doesn't happen in your mind,
It happens in your body first.
So gently roll your shoulders back,
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
Now shake out your hands,
Just a little movement like you're releasing tension here.
Shake out your arms and feel the energy moving in your body.
Now take both hands and tap lightly onto your chest,
Right at the center of your heart.
This tapping stimulates the thymus gland,
The energy center of vitality and immunity.
It also signals to your body that it's safe to open,
To shift and to let go.
Breathe into that space and feel your own presence waking up.
Release your hands down onto your knees and bring your attention inward for a moment.
Just ask yourself,
What do I need from this session today?
What am I am ready to release and what am I ready to call in?
There's no right or wrong answer,
Just listen.
Maybe it's clarity,
Maybe it's energy,
Maybe it's trust.
And whatever comes up,
Just silently say to yourself,
I am ready to receive.
I am ready to shift.
I am ready to step into my highest energy.
Feel the energy in the space shifting already.
Feel yourself stepping into a new state just by setting this intention.
And now let's begin.
Before we do anything else,
We need to bring your body into a state where transformation can actually happen.
Because here's the truth,
If your nervous system is stuck in stress mode,
No matter how much you try to shift your mindset,
Your body will keep pulling you back into the old patterns.
So right now we're going to do something powerful.
Something that instantly flips the switch in your body from stress to safety,
From fight-or-flight to rest and receive.
And we're going to do it with something so simple but so transformative.
Your breath.
First let's activate your body's natural relaxation response.
We use box breathing.
This is a simple technique that Navy Seals use to stay calm under pressure and we're using it to bring your body into deep presence.
You're going to breathe in through the nose for four seconds,
Then hold for four.
You exhale through your mouth for four and hold again for four.
So let's do it together.
Inhale for 1,

3,
4.
Hold 1,
2,
3,
4.
Exhale 1,
2,
3,
4 and hold 1,
2,
3,
4.
Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4.
Hold 1,
2,
3,
4.
Exhale 1,
2,
3,

Keep breathing in.
Hold.
Exhale.
Hold.
Inhale.
Stay in this rhythm.
Keep breathing for four seconds.
And as you breathe this way,
Feel your heart rate slowing down.
Feel your mind becoming clearer.
Notice the shift that is already happening.
Come back to your normal rhythm.
And now that we've created a foundation of calm,
We're going to take it a step further.
Because sometimes we don't just need to calm the nervous system,
We need to break out of old energy patterns.
This next breath work technique is called fire breath.
It's a rabid intentional breath that shapes up stuck energy,
Clears your mental fog and supercharges your body with oxygen.
And here's how it works.
You're going to take quick,
Powerful exhales through your nose,
Pulling your belly in with each exhale.
Your inhales will happen naturally,
So don't worry about them.
And it's going to sound like this.
And we're going to do it for 30 seconds.
Are you ready?
Then let's go.
Deep inhale.
And go.
Find your own rhythm here and then stay there.
Keep breathing.
Start to build that fire inside of your core.
Feel the heat rising.
Keep breathing.
Breath of fire for 10 more seconds.
Yes.
Amazing.
Keep going.
Keep going.
And now take a deep breath in.
And hold.
Feel the fire in your belly rising up to your throat,
Into your forehead.
Hold it for a little while longer.
Keep the energy,
Keep the heat in your body.
Let it expand through your whole body.
And now exhale slowly.
Can you feel that?
That's your body waking up.
That's your energy resetting.
And for the last part of this first reset of step number one,
I want you to take the deepest inhale you've taken all day.
So go and fill up your lungs completely.
And when you exhale,
I want you to let out a sigh,
A sound,
Anything that feels natural.
Again,
Deep breath in.
And exhale with a bigger sigh.
Release the tension,
The heaviness,
The old energy.
A couple more rounds.
Take a deep breath in.
And make the exhale a little bit longer.
Two more.
Deep breath in.
And let it go.
Fully out of your lungs.
Completely empty your lungs.
Last time.
Deep inhale.
And let go.
Let go anything that you're still holding on to.
And now pause.
Feel the difference in your body.
Notice how much lighter you feel already.
This is what happens when we reset the nervous system.
We create space for something new.
And now that your body's open and your nervous system is reset,
It's time to work on the next layer,
Your mind.
Because let's be real,
Most of the things that keep us stuck,
They stay right in your head.
The thoughts we repeat,
The beliefs we hold,
The stories we tell ourselves over and over again.
And here's the thing,
Your mind isn't your enemy.
It's just running an old program,
One that was created to keep you safe.
But instead,
It's keeping you small.
But today,
We are rewriting it.
So first,
I want you to bring to mind a thought or a feeling that's been keeping you stuck.
Maybe it's self-doubt.
Maybe it's a belief that no matter what you do,
Nothing really changes.
Maybe it's an energy of overwhelm,
Like you're carrying too much and can't seem to fix it.
What is keeping you stuck?
Whatever it is,
I want you to observe it.
No judgment.
No trying to fix it.
Just noticing.
And now I want you to ask yourself,
Where did this thought even come from?
Is it even yours?
Or is it something you picked up from others,
From all the experiences,
From a moment in time that no longer defines you?
You are not your thoughts.
You are the one observing them.
And anything you observe,
You have the power to change.
And now we're going to do something powerful.
We're going to break this thought loop right now in real time.
We're going to do the disruption exercise.
So gently take both of your hands and tap with your fingertips the center of your forehead,
Right between your eyebrows.
Just tap.
Here is your third eye,
Your center of awareness.
This tapping signals your brain to shift focus.
And now take your fingers and snap them near your ears.
Left side,
Then right.
Wherever it feels good,
Wherever you can feel some tension.
And then feel the vibration.
This wakes up your neural pathways,
Breaking automatic thought patterns.
Now take a deep breath in and hold.
And when we exhale in a second,
Make a strong huh sound.
Okay,
So exhale.
Let it all go.
Two more rounds.
Tap your forehead,
Open your third eye chakra.
Keep breathing gently in through the nose and out of your mouth.
And then snap your fingers near your ears.
Keep breathing.
And now take a deep breath in.
Hold.
And exhale.
Last round.
Tap your fingers to your forehead.
Imagine how your third eye is waking up.
It's becoming activated.
How your brain is starting to shift focus.
And now snap your fingers near your ears.
And feel the vibration you're making.
Feel how those vibrations,
These breath patterns,
These waves,
These frequencies are breaking your automatic thought patterns.
And then take a deep breath in.
Hold.
Keep holding.
And let go.
That thought and that energy,
It's already shifting.
You're no longer stuck in it.
You're creating new space for something else.
And now that we've cleared the old thought,
We need to replace it with something new.
Something that aligns with who you actually are,
Not who you were conditioned to be.
So close your eyes and imagine the version of you that is already free from this thought.
The version of you who has already stepped into clarity,
Confidence and ease.
How does they feel?
How does this version move?
And what does this version of you think about thyself?
Now let's lock in that energy with these affirmations.
Repeat after me.
I am no longer available for thoughts that keep me small.
I choose clarity.
I choose me.
You don't need to fight your mind.
You just need to teach it something new.
And every time you interrupt the negative loop,
You're taking back your power.
Now that your body is open,
Your mind is clear and you've broken through all patterns,
What's next?
Embodiment.
Because transformation isn't just about thinking differently.
It's about becoming the version of you that already exists in your highest vibration.
In our final step,
We're going to step fully into that energy.
We're going to activate it so deeply that your entire system remembers it.
Are you ready?

So now that we've cleared stress from your nervous system and now that we've rewired the old mental loops that kept you stuck,
It's time for the final step.
This is where you step fully into the energy of the person you are becoming.
Not just in your mind,
Not just in your thoughts,
But in your entire body,
In your energy,
In your presence.
Because transformation isn't about what you believe.
It's about what you embody.
It's about becoming the version of you who already exists in her highest vibration.
So let's activate that version and let's bring it to life.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exit completely.
Now imagine yourself six months from now,
But not just any version of you,
The most powerful,
Aligned,
Radiant version of you.
This version has let go of the doubt,
The fear,
The overthinking.
It walks with confidence,
With ease,
With certainty.
They trust thyself fully.
They know who they is and they move through life with magnetic energy.
This version of you is no longer chasing energy because this version is energy.
Now see the person in front of you.
Look at you.
How do you stand?
What's your posture like?
How do you breathe?
How do you carry yourself?
What do you radiate?
Now step forward and merge with yourself.
Step into that body.
Become that version right now.
You are not becoming that version.
You already are.
Right now this energy is yours to keep.
Now that you've stepped into that version,
We're going to lock this in because your body needs to feel this energy for it to last.
So straighten your spine,
Feel the confidence in your posture,
Then roll your shoulders back,
Lift your chest and own your energy.
Own your presence.
Now place your hand on your heart to anchor this shift in love and trust.
Take a deep breath in and exhale with a smile on your face.
You're already this version.
Repeat.
I am this energy.
I don't chase it.
I am it.
I move,
Breathe and live as my highest self now.
This shift is permanent.
This is who I am.
This isn't just a moment in meditation.
This is your new baseline.
This energy,
It belongs to you now.
Here's some final anchoring questions.
How does the version of me I just stepped into wake up in the morning?
What are the first thoughts?
What emotions arise when you wake up?
What's the first thing that you think about?
And how does this version handle stress?
How does this version speak to their self?
And what is one action I can take today to honor this energy?
Remember that you don't have to try to be that version.
You don't have to get there.
It's already you right now.
Every time you breathe,
Every time you choose presence,
Every time you trust yourself,
You are reinforcing this energy.
Hold on to it,
Move with it and watch what happens in your life.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold and exhale slowly.
Right now,
In this moment,
You are different than when we first started this session.
Can you feel that?
The shift has already happened,
Not in the future,
Not later,
Right now.
Your nervous system is reset,
Your mind is clear,
Your energy is activated.
Before we close,
I want you to ask yourself,
