Hello and welcome to the Abundance Activation Meditation.
I'm Danielle Hayden and I'm going to be your host for today.
For this particular meditation you want to make sure that you're relaxed,
In a quiet place and undisturbed.
And you also want to ensure that you have a pen and a paper handy in order to write down any insights that emerge throughout this activation as this will be an incredibly insightful practice.
So when you're ready,
Take a breath,
Sit back,
Relax and let's begin.
Now before we get into the meat of this meditation,
I'm going to take a moment to explain how this works.
The purpose of this meditation is to download the codes and the frequencies of your most abundant self.
And as you experience the codes and the frequencies of your most abundant self,
Towards the end of this meditation,
I'm going to be giving you some tips on best practice for how to activate these codes and maintain them so that you may attract and experience greater levels of prosperity,
Greater levels of abundance and greater levels of fullness.
So I want you to start by taking a long inhale and an exhale.
And as you exhale,
I want you to allow your stomach to sink,
Feeling the weight of the chair or the bed or the sofa underneath you and just allowing your jaw to relax,
Your shoulders to be heavy,
Just setting the intention to receive a deeply powerful activation that's going to give you all of the insights you need in order to meet and activate your most abundant self.
Just choosing to get an amazing outcome from this practice.
As you take another inhale and release,
I want you to imagine walking through a beautiful forest.
Notice what it feels like to walk through this beautiful forest,
Noticing the sounds of the birds,
Noticing how it feels as you crunch the leaves with your feet,
Noticing how it feels as the sun beams down on you.
Notice how the air feels as you walk through this beautiful,
Enchanting forest.
In the distance,
You notice a sacred looking building of some kind and it catches your interest.
And so you begin walking towards this sacred building and as you get closer and closer,
You notice that this building is made from the highest vibration of diamond and crystals.
And as you find yourself getting closer and closer,
With each step you notice your vibration increasing and you realize that this is in fact not just any building,
But this is a deeply sacred temple,
A temple of which your higher self lives.
Your highest and most abundant self.
As you have this realization,
You begin walking swiftly towards this sacred temple,
Your temple of abundance,
And you find yourself standing outside of the big grand golden door,
Taken aback by its beauty.
When you're ready,
You enter through the golden door and as you enter this sacred temple,
You look around and notice all of the gold and the gems encrusted into the walls,
The beautiful colors and the art and you are just breathtaking by the sheer beauty of this place.
You take a breath and sigh with a level of excitement and expansion,
Knowing the possibilities that are open to you in this place.
You continue walking through the grand hallway and up ahead you notice an amazing mirror of some kind,
But actually you realize that this is not just a mirror,
It is in fact an interdimensional portal and you see a little button on the left.
This button on the left of this mirror represents the calling of your highest and most abundant self.
I want you to stay here and just take two breaths,
A long inhale and an exhale,
Long inhale and an exhale,
Just feeling the rush of possibility and expansion.
Now,
In your own time,
I want you to press that button on the left and as you do,
The portal starts to swirl,
The energy vortex comes alive and suddenly through this amazing mirror appears your highest and most abundant self.
Wow!
You stare in awe as your highest and most abundant self and prosperous self appears in front of you and I want you to take a moment to study what this being is like.
Notice how they look aesthetically and I want you to write it down.
You can pause this audio if needs be,
Answering the following questions.
Number one,
How does this being look aesthetically?
Number two,
What is the energy,
The vibration of this being and how does this being make you feel?
Number three,
How is this version of you different to the current version of you?
What differences do you notice between this version of you and the current version of you?
This is where we really need to get honest and write that down.
Once you've taken a couple of minutes to write down your insights,
I want you to just take a moment to reflect on the truths that have appeared during this activation,
Taking note specifically on how this version of you that appeared through the portal differs from the current version of you and asking,
What is it about my current life,
My current lifestyle,
My way of being that needs to evolve in order to match the version of myself that I saw through the portal?
Now this is such a powerful question because as we've seen,
This version of you that exists has been channeled from the highest vibration of prosperity and abundance.
So how do we use this?
Well,
One of the ways we can use this is through looking at what we need to evolve in ourselves,
Implementing those things into our everyday life that will then make us the vibrational match for abundance and prosperity.
Now how I've personally used this exercise and how this exercise has helped me radically transform my abundance and my finances is through implementing all of the necessary things that make me the energetic match to my abundant self.
Another good question that we can ask is how does my abundant self behave?
How does my abundant self behave with money,
With opportunity,
With work?
How does my abundant self show up to life versus how does my current self show up to life?
Now if you implement all of these action steps that have come up for you today throughout this activation,
What you're going to start to notice is a difference in how you carry yourself,
Thus a difference in how you're treated,
How you're perceived,
Thus a difference in the caliber of opportunity that you wish to attract.
Now to finish this activation,
We are thanking our guides for showing us this information,
For showing us these insights,
We are thanking our higher self for giving us this amazing wisdom and showing us the pathway to abundance and prosperity.
And finally I want you to envision your highest and most abundant self stepping out of the portal and into your arms for a hug.
And as you hug,
You become them and they become you,
Merging into one.
Feeling those codes of prosperity and abundance infuse into your cells,
Infuse into your DNA and feeling that surge of energy as you do so.
Notice how much more vibrant and energizing it feels to be in this place.
And as a personal tip for best practice,
I recommend using this activation once per day to see radical results.
