The meditation of visualization.
Close your eyes,
And in your mind's eye,
Visualize a deep,
Dark blue sky all around you.
Deep,
Dark blue sky.
There are shimmering stars,
And there are celestial bodies that appear as spheres,
Spheres of radiant light everywhere around you.
Your awareness is radiating outward from you,
360 degrees through all of the time and space dimensions.
You're like an auric sphere.
Imagine yourself in a cocoon of light.
See yourself in a cocoon of light in whatever size feels right to you.
You are more than your physical body here.
You are the embodiment of light.
Now you notice a golden sun,
Like a solar flare,
That is very far above you.
You raise your consciousness,
You lift your attention far above your head by focusing on that sun that's so far above you.
It's the size of a pinpoint.
You rest in this space of heightened consciousness.
Just be here for one,
Maybe two minutes.
Your awareness is on your very gentle,
Rhythmic breath.
You may or may not experience some tingling in your crown chakra.
Now you visualize that pinpoint of the sun slowly descending down and approaching you.
It comes down and down and down.
It's getting closer to you.
And the sun is approximately,
Say,
21 feet above you.
And there are lightning-like rays of translucent pink,
Rays of translucent pink frequencies that descend from the center of that sun onto you.
And that soft pink light envelops all of you.
That soft pink light is in various hues of translucency and intensity.
It's enveloping all of you,
Softly.
Now the next color to descend from the center of that sun are lightning-like soft swirls of white.
That soft,
Swirling,
Translucent white light also begins to envelop you.
The pink intermingles with the white.
And then,
Next,
From the sun's center,
Lightning-like rays of dynamic,
Energetic gold.
The gold that's coming down and enveloping you is rich.
It's like saturated solar flares.
And some of those rays are translucent.
That moving,
Undulated gold light is also completely enveloping you.
You are immersed in the beauty and the range of these color frequencies.
Light pink,
Swirling white,
Energizing gold.
All the rays of the light and color are filled with fast-moving prana,
With natural intensity.
You're aware that this light is alive,
Awake,
And it's blazing through all of your energy bodies.
You can feel that prana saturating your very core,
Illuminating your cells,
And then extending outward into your auric field.
You are completely and entirely embraced by light.
You are radiant.
Now you see the Mother Mary at the center of your heart.
The idea here is that you are feeling and sensing the embodiment of the Divine Feminine.
So that Divine Feminine energy is pure,
And it is a dazzling,
Magnificent light.
That Feminine energy in the center of your heart is drenched in the luscious colors of the pinks,
And the whites,
And the golds.
And with that Feminine energy at the center of your heart,
Set an intention for yourself right now.
Set the intention for deepest healing through alignment with the Divine Feminine and Mother Earth.
Deepest healing,
Alignment with the Divine Feminine and Mother Earth.
You're gently breathing.
You are basking in these beautiful colors that are enveloping you.
Stay here as long as you like.
When you feel finished,
Give thanks.
You give thanks and then release all of these energies back to the sun that's above your head.
All upward.
And then if your energy and your time allows,
You can thank all of the beings from the invocation.
Or just let that gratitude radiate out from your entire being.
