Blessings and welcome to the Path to Freedom.
My name is Daniel Roqueo and as always I'm grateful that you're choosing to join me and I'm privileged that I get to be here and that I get to walk with you along the path of awakening along the path of freedom for this time being.
The theme for today is do something every day that moves you forward.
And this has something to do with the fact that on some days we perhaps don't feel like doing what we need to do,
On some days our best,
Our highest is quite low and on some days we may feel uninspired and uncompelled,
We may lack the strength to do what we perhaps were able to do yesterday.
But still we want to have as a practice of doing something every day that keeps moving us forward.
What does this mean?
Well,
It means that if I for instance have set the intention to meditate every day or if I'm working toward an intention,
If I'm moving toward an intention or a vision and I have identified and I have outlined and I have made a description as to what steps I need to take,
What actions I need to take in order to move myself ever closer and closer to this vision or intention.
And then I wake up one day and I don't feel at all like doing anything about it.
I don't feel at all like taking any action.
And I don't feel at all like engaging in any kind of activity that revolves around me moving forward to my vision or intention.
However it is my invitation that even if you don't feel like doing it,
I invite you to do something every day still,
Something that moves you toward your vision.
It doesn't have to be a large action,
You don't have to take large action every day.
Sometimes just contemplating your vision or intention or just sitting in meditation for two minutes or just spending 45 seconds in gratitude,
That is good enough.
The sacred laws,
They don't care about quantity at all.
It is not about how much you do or how much we do.
It is not about the extent of actions,
How many action steps that we can take during any given day.
That's not it at all.
It is not what we do but it is how we do what we do.
And so being in integrity for 10 seconds,
Being focused,
Being present,
Doing what we are doing,
Knowing and feeling that this,
Regardless of how minuscule or insignificant it may seem,
That this that we are doing right now is a step that we are taking,
Moving us closer to where we want to get to.
That is more important than sort of mindlessly just plowing through action step after action step after action step with no clear intention,
With no clear focus as we're doing it.
So it is not what we do but how we do what we do that really matters.
And we want to do something every single day that moves us closer to our vision,
To our intention and we want to do it with high quality.
We want to do it with high integrity.
We want to honor whatever it is that we're doing with our full attention so that we're fully present with what we're doing as we're doing it.
Even if it's just for 10 seconds that we're doing it.
Doing something every day and this sends the signal to the sacred laws and these sacred laws they are the co-creator of all of our lives and all of our experiences.
And us doing something every day sends the signal to them that we mean business.
We truly mean business.
We're not joking around as we're moving toward our vision.
We're not fooling around but we mean business.
We have set our intention and we are honoring that intention every single day so that there's no doubt within ourselves and subsequently the message,
The vibrational message that we're sending is loud and clear.
That this is where I intend to go.
This is what I intend to call forth.
Be it increase the awakening,
Be it some kind of achievement,
Be it allowing for some kind of manifestation or demonstration to happen in our lives.
Regardless we want to honor ourselves,
We want to honor our intentions,
We want to honor our visions,
We want to honor our dreams,
Our goals by doing something.
Something,
Something,
Something every single day.
Even on the days when we don't feel like doing anything or on days when we don't feel we have the time to do anything.
Hey,
There's 24 hours to every single day.
We can surely find five minutes or we can surely find one minute to move into gratitude or to move into brief prayer.
Aligning ourselves with the good that we desire.
It is all about us choosing,
Making choices,
Making high choices.
