Welcome to this Simple Morning Abundance Anchor with Dani the yogi dog.

This quick reset calms the nervous system,

Signals safety to the body,

And opens space for abundance to flow.

Now in yoga,

Transformation comes through steady practice,

And I invite you to commit to this anchor for 21 days,

Much like planting a seed each morning.

Your consistent attention will grow roots of calm and branches of abundance in all areas of life.

Let's take a moment to settle into stillness.

Allow your body to rest in a comfortable position,

Either seated with a tall spine or lying down with palms open to the sky.

Allow the earth to support you fully.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Begin to invite your breath in through the nose,

And slowly release it through the mouth.

Inhale,

Feel the breath expand your belly,

And exhale,

Soften your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your fingers.

Just allowing each breath to bring you fully into this moment,

Into your body,

Into your inner space.

Feeling your body beginning to relax.

Let's take another deep inhale here,

And exhale.

Returning to your natural breath,

Returning to your natural breath,

Silently remind yourself,

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am open to receive.

Now placing one hand over your heart,

Ask yourself,

What would abundance look like for me today?

It could be patience,

Ease,

Creativity,

Or even receiving financial flow.

Just giving yourself a few moments here to receive that wisdom.
