In this container,
We will be holding space to connect with each other and to connect with our higher dimensional friends and family members,
Bringing the power of our conscious connection to the intentions which we have set in this space here together,
With the greater intention of moving these energies not only within our own lives,
But within the lives of all we are connected to,
All beings in this beautiful,
Conscious universe.
And so please,
Find a comfortable position.
Ensure your spine is straight.
Allow your head to balance gently atop.
Your chin slightly tucked.
And ensure your chest is open,
Your shoulders down and back,
Your heart space lifted.
And if you haven't already,
Please close your eyes.
Let's scan through our bodies and release any tension or tightness we might find.
And so start at the top of your head and scan down through the muscles in your face,
Letting any tightness go.
Release your jaw.
Relax your tongue.
And feel a wave of relaxation sweeping down through your neck into your shoulders.
Feel it dive down your arms into your hands.
And allow this wave to drop into your chest and your upper back.
Feel everything relax.
While ensuring your chest remains open.
Feel this wave diving down into your abdomen,
Your belly,
And your lower back.
Let it all relax.
Feel it swim into your hips.
Feel it fall into your thighs and your knees.
Let this relaxation drop into your ankles and your feet.
And just feel yourself held by gravity here.
Allow yourself to release into the embrace of Mother Earth.
And now bring your attention onto your breath.
On your next inhalation,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling yourself all the way up and hold.
Release everything in around your spine.
And release.
Let's take one more deep breath like this.
And so breathe fully in.
All the way.
Hold.
Squeeze.
And release.
Perfect.
And so just release control of your breathing.
Allow yourself to become a witness to its rhythms.
Allow yourself to step back,
Becoming the observer.
Release all desire to control.
And if any thoughts or feelings arise,
Acknowledge them and allow them to pass like clouds in the clear blue sky,
Floating away.
And just gently return your focus onto the rhythms of your breath,
Seeing the sky above clear and blue.
And so let's just allow this to happen.
Allow yourself to clear out any thoughts or feelings you may have been holding onto by bringing your focus back onto your breathing and letting everything else go.
And so,
Returning to our greater intentions of holding space for each other and the issues we're facing in our own lives,
Let us now call in our ancestors.
Let us invite them in,
Feeling their energetic presence.
Notice that not only are your own ancestors here,
But also those of all others who have joined us here.
Feel their gratitude for us gathering in this space,
Bringing them all together on a higher level.
And let us ask this great group of ancestors,
Let us set the intention ourselves of inviting in ascended masters and angelic beings,
Extraterrestrials,
All other higher dimensional beings of light and love who would like to join us here and add to the positive intentions we're holding together,
Allowing us to increase the power of our own coherence,
Enabling us to push this healing out to the world and the universe.
And so feel this great group of higher dimensional beings joining us now.
Having come together with our families and friends of higher dimensions,
Having come together here in this physical realm,
Let us all place a hand upon our hearts,
Using these energetic centers to connect deeply with each other and empower the moment.
And so allow your breath to grow deep.
See white light entering on each inhalation and direct it into your heart space.
Feel yourself up with the abundant light of prana and on each exhalation,
Feel yourself releasing any limitation,
Any anxiety you might've been holding onto.
Breathe in light and love.
Breathe out stress and holding.
Breathe in abundance and breathe out any feelings of lack or limitation.
Know that we live in a universe of energetic abundance and know that there's enough for all of us.
And holding this attention on our heart space,
Breathing into that space,
Let us now think of something we're grateful for.
This might be a person in our lives.
It might be a memory.
It might be the group of people you're meditating with now.
Whatever it is,
Bring the gratitude into your heart as you continue breathing slowly and steadily into that space.
Exhale.
Having empowered our hearts with gratitude,
And having come to connect with so many others in this beautiful space we're holding together.
Let us now see the circle we're sitting in.
Let us see the beings who have joined us.
Let us open to hear or sense any messages of support or guidance that our higher dimensional friends might have for us.
Let us see what the rest of you face.
Holding this beautiful space with each other and our friends of higher dimensionality.
Knowing that we're all still here,
Holding these energetic connections.
I want you to see yourself alone on another plane of existence,
Surrounded by a room of seamless white light.
Feel the brightness and the healing energy of this encompassing light.
Feel the warmth and the love.
And I want you to see your inner child coming to join us in this space.
See yourself sitting in a meditative position and your inner child,
However you visualize them,
Coming to rest directly before you.
Feel your inner child's love for you as you connect energetically.
Allow yourself to see a tether of energy extending out from your heart and landing on the heart of your inner child.
Feel the connection as you're able to zero in on the feelings you're sharing with this younger version of yourself.
Feel their love.
Feel their goodness.
Feel how in tune they are with the truth.
And allow yourself to share these feelings.
And switch positions now with your inner child,
Seeing through their eyes,
Looking back at yourself now,
Feeling deeply the love they hold for you.
And so returning to your own perspective,
See your inner child standing and stepping aside,
Staying in this space with us,
But allowing another version of you to enter and sit directly before you.
See that this is your teenage self.
See their fire and their courageousness.
See them learning their own power and figuring out how to navigate this world.
Feel their awakening intelligence,
Their rebellious spirit.
Feel their angst and feel their need to be seen.
Realize the clarity with which they see the world around them.
Realize that they are honoring their own wisdom.
And offer them love,
Allowing a tether of energy to extend from your heart and connect with theirs.
Feel the love you share with them and allow yourself to see through their eyes,
Looking back at yourself.
And realize that they are proud of you,
That while this inner teenager may have healing that they need,
That might have angst they've been holding onto,
That they look forward to the you you have become and they are grateful for the future which is ahead of them.
And so returning to your own perspective,
Remaining in this seamless white room,
I want you to see this teenage self stepping aside and allowing space for your inner parent to come forward.
See this mature and nurturing version of yourself step forward.
See them come to rest directly before you and allow yourself to connect through a tether extending out from your heart and feel how much love they have for you.
Feel how much love they have for your inner child and your inner teenager.
Feel the nurturing support,
Feel them honoring what is needed and wanted within you.
And reverse your perspective,
Seeing through their eyes,
Looking back at yourself now.
See them come to rest directly before you and allow yourself to connect through a tether extending out from your heart and feel how much love they have for you.
And now returning to your perspective,
See that you are still connected with your inner child,
Your inner teenager and your inner parent.
And realize that all of these versions of yourself are still connected to this group here in the present moment as well as our friends and family of higher dimensionality.
And feel the power of the container we're holding together here with not only ourselves and our higher dimensional friends,
But our inner children,
Our inner teenagers and our inner parents.
Feel this great collective holding a container for not only the healing of each and every one of us here,
For not only the resolution of every intention we have brought into this space,
But the radiating out of that healing and those resolutions to the world and the universe at large.
And feel this energetic connection,
This energetic amplification shining out from this spot on earth.
Feel it reaching around the globe.
See our energy reaching every soul,
Every conscious being and illuminating them with the light of our love and our passion.
And see it shining out further still beyond the boundaries of our world,
Into the universe,
Into the infinite cosmos.
And know that these beings of light and love who have joined us here are helping to amplify these intentions and are so proud of us for being here now and doing this together.
And now finally,
Let us return to our bodies.
Let us return to this space in the here and now,
Knowing we are always connected to these higher dimensional friends,
Knowing that as we gather in this space,
As we share together,
We are healing each other.
And through the power of our connections,
We can radiate that healing out to all.
And so allow yourself to sense the space around you.
Allow your toes and your fingers to gently move.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And whenever you are ready,
