Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation where we will set the intention of raising our own vibration,
Empowering us to enliven our own world and achieve universal peace by raising the vibrational essence of all beings which inhabit it.
Please come into a comfortable position seated or lying down,
Ensuring your spine is straight and you will not be interrupted or distracted.
When you're ready,
Let your eyes fall gently closed.
To start,
Let's take a few deep,
Relaxing breaths.
On your next inhale,
Take a deep breath to the count of four.
At the top,
Hold that breath for four seconds.
And release to a slowly escaping exhalation to the count of eight.
Take two more breaths like this into the count of four.
Hold for four and then release for eight.
One more breath like this now,
On your own.
Wonderful.
Now allow your breath to settle back into its normal rhythm.
Observe your breath,
But don't control it.
Keep it light and don't force anything.
Wherever you're meditating today,
Whether it be inside your own home or out in nature,
Whether it's filled with the sounds of life or silent and peaceful quiet,
Really soak in your surroundings.
Notice the light that you can see through your eyelids.
Hear any sounds that may be present in the distance.
Feel the space around you,
However large or small it is.
Feel the looseness or tightness of your clothes.
Feel the sensations of moving air upon your skin.
Feel the energy inside your body.
And soak it all in.
Become firmly grounded in this present moment.
If any thoughts come up or any feelings,
Honor them,
Acknowledge them,
Then gently readjust your focus to come back to your breath.
Without naming or judging,
Focus on the sensations of your in-breaths and your out-breaths.
Really get present with the sensations.
And just stay here,
Letting everything else float away.
Let go into the flow of life.
Allow yourself to be carried in its gentle currents.
Now come to see and feel that you are standing in a deep bed of warm sand.
You're looking down at your bare feet.
The midday sun is bright high above.
A gentle breeze sweeps layers of sand over the tops of your feet.
It's very warm,
But you're comfortable.
You look up from your feet to find yourself standing before a pyramid of enormous height and breadth.
It's as tall as a 30-story building and as wide as four square city blocks.
It's built of stone that's a composite of a variety of crystals.
Even now,
You can feel an energetic power radiating from the pyramid.
You begin walking forward and see that directly ahead in the center of the pyramid's lowest row of stone blocks,
There is a passageway.
You step forward,
Off of the sand,
And onto a platform of stone blocks made of the same crystal composite as the pyramid itself.
Then you continue forward,
Your bare feet warmed by the sun-heated stone blocks.
You step beyond the precipice and into the tunnel.
The cool air that greets you is revitalizing.
You pad your way deeper into the pyramid,
Realizing the tunnel is on a slight grade,
Taking you higher and higher as you go.
Sound has ceased.
You notice the still and the quiet.
You feel the energy of the structure and its crystal composite masonry vibrating through you.
Your skin feels enlivened.
The hair stands up on your arms and the back of your neck.
Something about this place is healing.
Something about it is powerful.
Heading deeper and deeper into the pyramid,
You finally look back to see the entrance is nothing more than a pinprick of light far below and behind you.
You turn back and keep going deeper,
Knowing there is nothing to fear.
You are safe here.
Finally,
Ahead of you,
You see the pathway opens up into a room as you near it.
You realize this space must be the central chamber.
Looking into the room,
It's very dimly lit.
Torches are spread sparsely amongst the room's outermost edges,
Leaving the center of the chamber shrouded in darkness.
There's absolutely no sound here and the air is completely still.
Standing here at the edge of the chamber,
You feel a presence growing close.
You feel beings of higher dimensionality surrounding you,
Encompassing you.
These spirits are guardians of life in the universe,
Cultivators of higher consciousness.
They're here now to empower you,
To elevate you,
Which in turn elevates all through our subtle energetic connections.
Since we are connected to the whole of the universe through these subtle energetic connections,
Raising and holding our own vibration will positively influence all things.
You feel the guidance of these spirits urging you forward and so you oblige them and continue towards the darkened center of the chamber.
At its very center,
Previously shrouded in the darkness,
You find an obsidian throne.
Its polished,
Glimmering surfaces are only just visible by the light from the torches on the outer edges of the chamber.
You feel the spirits urging you to sit upon this throne and you accommodate them.
You're immediately struck by a sense of connectedness.
You feel a stream of empowering energy surging through you and you instantly realize this entire pyramid was constructed for this very purpose.
Its highest peak,
The very tip of the pyramid,
Is directly overhead,
Creating a lens for vibration-raising,
Healing,
Powerful energies to stream from the universe's source of infinite intelligence down through the crown of your head.
At the same time,
The pyramid's wide,
Sturdy base is cultivating a connection with the earth and streaming forth its energies which flow up into your feet and the base of your spine.
It holds you stable.
You feel the earth's energy flowing up through your spine,
Where it passes through your chakra system,
Moving up through your stomach,
Through your chest,
Through your throat,
Up into your third eye and out of your crown.
This energy empowers and revitalizes you.
And at the same time,
Feel the energy of infinite intelligence passing down through your chakra system,
Starting at your crown and moving down all the way through your spine to pour out your root into the earth below.
The downpouring energies run in parallel to the upflowing energies.
You are a conduit for both.
Let yourself be open.
Let the energy flow freely through you.
Feel the higher dimensional beings surround you once again.
Feel their hands on your shoulders.
Feel their touch on your palms and your bare feet.
Feel them embracing your entire body and feel your own vibration increasing.
Feel the vortex spinning at your heart center,
Growing.
Feel the speed of its rotation increasing.
Feel your whole body vibrating stronger and stronger.
You are coming into your power as an eternal being of light.
You can feel your vibrational essence increasing in strength and you feel the truth which is your ultimate identity shining through you.
Here,
In this empowered state embraced by beings of higher dimensionality,
Held by the universe and the planet,
We set the strong intention of permanently increasing our own level of vibration.
Coming into our own power,
Strengthening our fortitude to endure the lower vibrational energies on earth and to fully embody the ultimate truth of the universe,
That we are all one.
Every physical structure,
Every living being,
All coming from the same source.
And now,
Let us meditate silently with the beings who have joined us here,
Holding this intention.
In our equal I have Feel yourself returning to your body.
Feel the room or location you're sitting in around you.
Notice any sounds you might hear.
Stretch your muscles,
Wiggling out any tensions.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
