Hello and welcome to The Artist's Morning.
My name is Darius,
And if you are up for it,
We're going to go on a little journey together.
Now,
If you've done my meditations in the past,
I want to tell you this one's going to be different.
That part of your brain that might be looking for a logical answer to the questions I'm going to pose is not going to be helpful.
So check in with yourself and see if there is an opening,
A curiosity to do something different,
To perhaps step into the impossible,
And to come out of this experience with no answers,
Only questions.
If you're up for the journey,
Here we go.
Just to set the tone,
I want to ask you a question that is perhaps impossible to answer,
But I want to invite you to try anyways.
What did your face look like before your parents were born?
There's something magical about stepping into the impossible.
It requires us to leave behind any notions of right or wrong.
Logic will not help you here.
Take a few deep breaths here,
Gently requesting our beautiful minds to stand down,
To be at ease,
To take a little nap perhaps,
As we journey deeper and deeper into uncharted territories,
Into the depths of our glorious hearts.
Take a nice deep breath here together,
Breathing in,
Big exhale out,
Feel the power of your voice,
Feel the frequency,
The vibration,
The fire,
The joy,
The rage,
The pleasure of your voice.
To step in to this portal,
There is a cost,
The universe requires the frequency and vibration of your voice.
If you'd like to step into this portal with me,
On our next exhale,
Make sure the universe can feel your voice.
Deep breath in,
Exhale out,
There you are,
There you are,
Dear artist,
If it's been a while since you felt your voice,
Take it in,
Soak it in those vibrations,
Open up portals and gateways to the infinite,
Our levels of creator consciousness.
There are four of them.
Don't overthink this part,
I'm going to share them with you and I want you to imagine stepping up and forward into the next one,
As I say it,
Up and forward into the next one,
So on and so forth.
Here we go.
Level one,
The creator consciousness that life is happening to you.
It's happening to me.
This is the lowest level happening to me.
Don't worry,
We're not staying here for long.
Are you ready for level two?
Are you ready to upgrade?
Here we go.
Level two,
Creator consciousness.
Life is happening for me.
Step up and through to level two.
Life is happening for me.
Are you ready for level three?
Here we go.
Deep breath in level three.
It's happening by me.
This is the level of action.
This is the level of creation.
This is the level where we take our pain and our wounds in our past and transmute into creation,
Art,
And inspiration.
Step up and forward into level three.
It's happening by me.
Feel the power in your body.
Feel the power in your hands.
This is the level of confidence and drive and tenacity.
Level three.
It's happening by me.
Deep breath into your belly.
If you are ready for level four,
It's here now.
Level four,
Creative consciousness.
It's happening through me.
It's happening through me.
This is a rare,
Rare level.
The reason this is a rare level is to move from it's happening by me to through me.
There is a cost.
There is a cost.
And the cost is letting it all go.
This is the level where we step into nothingness.
I am nothing.
I am nowhere.
And I am infinite.
I am nothing.
I am nowhere.
And I am infinite.
Your mind can't help you here.
Logic can't help you here.
Step into the paradox.
Step into the impossibility of being nothing,
Nowhere,
Yet also infinite.
What did your face look like before your parents were born?
Where is God's heart?
What does it mean to be nothing and nowhere?
Just for a moment,
Allow yourself to wander.
There's nothing that needs to happen here.
There's nowhere you need to go.
Let go of notions of getting it right.
Allow yourself to get it wrong.
As I get older,
I realize God lives loudly in the paradoxes of life.
Silly and sacred,
Nothing and infinite.
There are clues in the paradoxes.
There are clues just outside of practicality and logic.
But it takes something to step outside of the norm.
It takes something to step outside of the box.
This is our last song this morning.
Will you step outside and explore?
Bravo,
Dear artist.
Bravo,
Dear creator.
You made it to the end of this meditation.
And this was a different meditation.
So thank you.
Thank you for sticking with it.
Thank you for exploring and experimenting with me in these concepts of the impossible,
Of nothingness,
Of infiniteness.
For those that are joining us live at the artist morning,
I'm going to put 20 minutes on the clock and share a journaling prompt on the theme of today's practice to help us continue the exploration.
Of course,
If you're catching us on a replay,
You can do the same.
Put some time on your clock and see what's here and ready to be expressed through you.
Thank you once again for meditating with me.
My name is Darius,
And I will see you next time.
