My name is Darius and today our practice is a short but powerful one.
It's one of my favorites to help me come back to this present moment,
To reset,
To let go of what was and to begin again.
Let's take a nice deep breath to start us off.
Breathing in,
Holding at the top and letting it go.
And if it's available to you,
I'd like to invite you to close your eyes now as we begin to go inwards together.
Nice and slow.
And our practice today is all about coming home.
Coming back to our center,
Back to our hearts.
And that invitation goes out to all of your parts.
All parts of you are welcome back home.
Parts that are stuck in the past,
Thinking about what was,
We welcome them back,
Back,
Back to our center,
To our hearts,
To our home.
Parts of you that might be in the future,
Thinking about what might be,
We lovingly welcome them back,
Back to center.
Back to your heart,
Back home.
Any part of you,
Any part of you,
Parts that are shy,
Parts that are unsure,
Parts that are excited and joyful,
All of you is welcome back to your heart.
And to amplify the experience,
There's an active component that I personally love and it's really simple.
We're going to use our bodies to invite our parts back in.
Now we're going to do it as you're going to extend your left hand out to your left side and imagining you're almost pulling in or hugging a loved one.
With our inhale,
We bring our left hand in,
In,
In,
In,
Landing on our heart,
Feeling our heart,
Feeling our forever home.
We're going to do that with our right hand,
Extending out,
Welcoming any part of you,
All parts of you,
Every part of you back home,
Back to your center,
Back to your heart,
Allowing both hands to land on your heart,
Just feeling this place,
Feeling your forever home,
Your big,
Beautiful,
Glorious heart.
