Good morning,
And welcome to The Artist's Morning.
My name's Darius,
And I am so grateful that you and I get this time together.
Let's begin our practice.
If your eyes are open,
I'd like to invite you to close them now as we begin to go inwards together,
Taking a few deep,
Slow breaths,
Giving yourself an opportunity to really land,
To really arrive here and now.
Today's practice is inspired by Dr.
Joe Dispenza.
He has a belief that one of the most important things we can do to transform our lives is to begin to feel in our bodies that in which we want to manifest in our lives.
And so today's meditation is going to be a little different.
It's going to involve an active component,
And you get to decide how active you want to be.
I'm going to share three affirmations,
And we're going to activate our senses so that it's not just someone saying an affirmation to you,
But we are taking it to the next level if it feels right and accessible for you,
If you want to bring that affirmation to fruition.
And we're going to allow that affirmation into our bodies,
Into our minds,
Into our cells,
Slowly,
Gently becoming magnets to that in which we desire.
Deep breath in,
And letting it go,
Softening your forehead,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Falling into the rhythm of the rising and falling of your chest as you breathe in and out and out.
I'm going to share the affirmations now.
They're very,
Very simple.
And the first level is to just hear them with your ears.
Take them in as deep as you'd like.
There's three of them.
I am healthy.
I am wealthy.
I am healthy.
I am wealthy.
I am free.
Now,
Those concepts will mean something different to each of us.
And that's okay.
What does it mean to you to be healthy?
To be strong in your body?
To be confident?
To be energized?
I am healthy.
Can you feel what that's like in your body?
I am wealthy.
What could that feel like for you?
I am prosperous.
I am a magnet to opportunities.
The flow of money loves me.
It finds me.
It trusts me.
Imagine all the wonderful things you could do for your family or your community when you are embodied in the affirmation,
I am wealthy.
Breathe that in.
And if you are not ready to breathe it in and you are not interested in that concept,
You can let it float away.
And our last affirmation here,
I am free.
I am free.
What does free feel like?
Is there a lightness?
Is there a flow,
An effortless flow to it?
Are you able to express yourself?
Is there joy in your free?
I am free.
Is there a smile?
I want you to imagine the words in front of you.
Can you see them in front of you?
I want you to imagine those words.
Fall into a beautiful cup in front of you.
Oh,
Those words become liquid and those liquid is nutritious and healthy.
And if you are interested,
You can grab that cup full of the energy and essence of I am free.
And you get to drink it.
You get to taste it.
You get to allow it to work its way through your body.
From the tips of your lips,
Down your throat,
Into your heart space,
Into your stomach,
Down your legs,
All the way down to your toes.
But first you need to decide if you'd like to take a sip.
I am free.
It becomes a liquid sitting in front of you,
In front of your heart.
Would you like to taste it?
If so,

I too believe when we feel,
We become magnets to that in which we are feeling.
And so great job today,
Even if you felt 1%.
It's a seed that will grow.
