Hello,
This is David G and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Let's gently feather our nest.
Remember comfort is queen,
So find that space where you can fully surrender just for a few minutes here.
Once you're settled in together,
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go,
Release it.
Let's try that one more time.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and allow your eyelids to gently float closed.
And surrender the breath back out.
And now just watch your breath as it flows in and as it flows back out.
Just gently watching,
Gently witnessing.
As you watch your breath,
You will drift away to thoughts,
Sounds,
Physical sensations.
That's okay.
As soon as you realize you've drifted away,
Just come right back and watch the inhale,
Watch the flow,
Watch the exhale.
Watch it.
Witness it.
Observe it.
And get comfortable with the drift,
Drifting in,
Then drifting back out.
Allow your physical body to just relax.
Notice that your mind is calming and feel the whole world around you slow.
So what inspires you?
What is it that awakens your heart?
If you find yourself right now stuck or uninspired,
Or if passion is not just rippling through you,
Let's bring our attention to our passion center,
Which is the merging of our Manipura chakra,
Our solar plexus,
And our heart chakra,
The Anahata.
Those two chakras,
Those two energy centers are your passion center.
Your Manipura is your intention and desire center.
And when it's constricted,
It's your excuse center.
Your heart is your passion center.
It applies the velocity to your dreams,
Your desires,
Your visions.
That's why we need the two of these worlds to interweave inside of you.
Each has its own special vibration.
The Manipura's vibration is Ram.
And the Anahata's vibration is Yum,
Which can be pronounced Yum or Yum,
Whichever feels right to you.
The color of the Manipura,
Your solar plexus,
Is yellow like the sun,
Shining so brightly.
And the color of your heart chakra,
The Anahata,
Is green.
Yellow and green.
Yellow and green.
And so just watch them right now.
Bring your attention to your solar plexus,
Several inches below where your rib cage meets,
The center of your body.
And then allow your attention to drift to your heart chakra,
Seven fingers above wherever you've identified your solar plexus,
Right in the middle.
Your chakras are these five-dimensional orbs filled with light.
And so witness yellow and green light.
With each inhale,
They get stronger,
Brighter,
Bolder,
More empowered.
And with each exhale,
Your excuses and constrictions get released.
As you breathe in,
The light gets stronger.
As you breathe out,
The excuses fade away.
Feel it stay in the space right now and do that.
What inspires you?
What makes your heart sing?
What when you're doing it,
Does it feel like time is standing still?
What when you're doing it,
Does it feel like you're in the zone?
What lifts you?
What holds your stars apart and your universe together?
What cause awakens you?
Just breathe and drift your attention to that thing that inspires you,
That thing that's just caught your eye,
Your mind's eye.
Breathe into that and allow that vision to expand.
See where it takes you.
Is it something you're doing,
Traveling to,
Awakening,
Speaking about,
Writing about,
Physically dancing about?
What moves you?
What moves you off the couch,
Out of your chair,
Into your car,
Onto the street?
What is that thing?
Connect to it.
Breathe into it.
The ancient force of nature that held the stars apart and the universe together was known as Dri,
Dri,
D-H-R-I,
Dri.
So let's take it deeper right now.
Let's awaken that.
We'll use the vibration Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
And let's repeat that over and over and over,
Silently to ourselves.
Ram Yam Dri.
Meaning the vibrations of your intention center,
Your passion center,
And your purpose in life.
Ram Yam Dri.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may change.
It may get faster or slower,
Louder or fainter.
It may even become jumbled or distorted.
However it changes,
Don't resist.
But at a certain point you'll realize you've drifted away,
And so effortlessly drift back to Ram Yam Dri.
I'll watch the time,
And when you hear my voice,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Ram Yam Dri.
Sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence settle in.
And now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release.
And now let's seal the awakening of our passion,
Of our purpose.
By chanting Om one time,
The universal vibration,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Om.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
You can look around at those who've awakened their passion as well.
Place your palms together,
Raise them to your heart,
Bow your head just a little bit,
And say Namaste.
Namaste.
I honor the divine light in you that's also in me.
And when you're in that space and I'm in that space,
We are one.
Namaste.
As you move throughout the day,
When you find yourself unsure,
Unwilling,
Being held back from stepping into your power,
Silently repeat to yourself,
Ram Yam Dri.
And awaken your passion.
Open,
Own your impact,
And feel the power move through you into your next moment.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
This is David G.
Let's stay connected,
Keep meditating,
And I'll see you in the gap.
Namaste.
