Thank you for joining me today,

Dawn Jelly,

As we welcome our horse guides and listen to their messages.

Before we journey today,

First get comfortable.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes.

We'll start by taking three deep breaths in together.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

In.

And out.

And one last time.

In.

And out.

And as you breathe in,

You notice the invigorating smell of the ocean air around you.

And as you exhale,

You start to release tension from your body.

The ocean air acting as a catalyst,

Dissolving tension and allowing you to effortlessly release.

Take in another breath.

But this time,

Hold it for a moment at the peak.

And exhale slowly.

Feeling that wave of relaxation sweep over you.

Just like the waves rolling in over the beach before you.

You shift your attention to your feet and the grounding feeling of standing directly on the warm sand.

The millions of grains so small and yet together,

Firmly supporting you.

You hear the rhythmic crashing of the waves,

Rolling in and breaking against the shore.

Rolling in and breaking against the shore.

With each wave cresting and breaking and white foam churning against that deep blue background.

The white foam is mesmerising,

Pulling your gaze deeper into its depths.

And as you watch,

You begin to see the shape of a horse's mane emerging from the foam.

Its head lifting from the waves.

Next,

Its shoulder taking shape.

And then powerful forelegs,

Breaking free.

And majestically,

Its body rising from the ocean and then stepping towards you.

Its presence strong,

Yet so very gentle.

And as the horse reaches you,

You look into its eyes and feel an ancient connection.

A core wrapping round both of your hearts,

Finding you in recognition and mutual understanding.

Your horse sees your true self,

Your strength,

Your vulnerability,

Your authentic self.

Your true essence and limitless potential.

There is a strong bond of friendship,

Of kinship and trust.

Next,

As the horse steps close and lowering its head towards your outstretched hand,

You instinctively know it is safe to reach out and touch.

What sensations pass through your fingers?

What emotions stir in your heart?

Pause for a moment,

Drinking in this experience.

And in this moment of quiet connection,

What questions do you have?

Ask them now.

And open yourself to receive messages.

These messages may come as thoughts,

As words,

Perhaps a feeling,

Or even a colour,

Or a sound.

Be open to the message,

Even if it's just the beginning of understanding that will unfold in the days to come.

And don't worry if you don't receive a message.

Pay attention,

And in the days to come,

Your message will reveal itself.

Then your spirit horse gives its mane a gentle shake and begins to walk along the shore.

You follow,

Walking alongside,

And your footprints align with its hoofprints in the sand.

You feel the wonderful strength and support from your spirit horse as you both walk side by side.

What other emotions are bubbling up?

Is it playfulness?

Lightness?

Groundedness?

Strength?

As you walk beside your horse,

You feel the bond between you reinforce,

As its powerful sacred energy transforms into you.

Where do you feel it in your body?

Where does this energy settle?

Take a moment to feel this energy,

And to remember this place of strength.

As you walk,

You know the time is coming when you must say goodbye.

You feel a gratitude for the connection and the guidance provided.

Are there any last things you want to say as you watch your spirit horse turns back towards the ocean?

Then stepping into the waves,

Its form blending back with the ocean and eventually disappearing from sight.

And as your horse fades from sight,

You notice that the sounds of the ocean begin to diminish.

The smell of the salt air gently recedes,

And the sensation of sand beneath your feet fades away.

And slowly,

Slowly you return,

As the external world comes back into focus.

When you feel ready,

Take a stretch if you are able,

And gently open your eyes and look around.

And then turn inwards again,

Just for a moment,

To notice that place in your body where the energy of your horse spirit settled.

Now always part of you,

So you may draw on it whenever you may need.
