Today's meditation is designed to help you connect and reactivate your intuition.
Your intuition is an unlimited source for you to tap into,
A source of guidance and understanding on your life journey.
This meditation will gift you a few sacred moments to be with your intuitive nature and help you strengthen and reopen your connection with your intuitive senses.
Gently close your eyes and turn inward to explore the depths of you that exists inside your heart.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Taking your first few deep intentional breaths in and out the nose.
It may be helpful to push out any stale energy.
Take a long deep breath in and exhale slowly and release any tension,
Any staleness and any heaviness from the body.
Now as you drop in using the breath,
Begin to relax your muscles.
Start at the top of your head,
Relaxing the face and letting the jaw drop a bit.
Relaxing your neck and letting your shoulders fall.
Using the breath to guide you and with each exhale you relax even more.
Your arms may feel a little heavier and let your belly relax,
Working all the way down the body.
Just drop inward further and further with each breath.
Now as you are breathing in slowly and deeply and relaxing even more,
Notice your heart space.
With each beat of your heart,
Fill your body up with white light and allow it to expand.
Let it expand to the outer edges of your body,
Feeling your energy around you in your auric field.
Breathe into this and feel this expansion,
This calming soft energy expanding your awareness.
And when you are ready,
State within,
I am protected by divine white light.
In your life you have angels,
Guides and teachers present with you.
Summon them forward now into this moment.
Invite them to be a part of this journey with you.
Ask them to assist you in the clearing and activation process and ask them to help you connect to your inner voice,
To your intuition.
So taking a moment,
Just imagine what their energy would feel like.
You may know it because you feel it around your body or you have a knowing that you are surrounded by light.
Breathing in,
Open up to their energy and receive their resistance.
Trust the sensations.
Once you feel that connection,
State within,
I release any blocks,
Fears or disbeliefs I am holding around my intuition and connection to the divine.
I release any stories that I am holding.
I release any and all attachments to fear.
I release all that is no longer serving me to leave me now,
And so it is.
Taking a breath,
Feel the pressure releasing,
Taking away any heaviness,
Any blocks or energy that is not serving you.
See in your mind's eye your energy system being washed and cleansed and renewed with white light.
Now as you breathe,
Fill up your body with white light one more time.
You're going to send your energy down your body,
Down into the earth.
Imagine you have an anchor in the place of your heart and you let that anchor drop down into the very core of the earth.
Let it ground you.
Now pulling the earth's energy right back up,
Moving through your legs,
Up your body to the crown of your head.
Now imagine a door on the top of your head,
Opening that up and sending this energy right through your crown chakra all the way up.
Your body is a channel of pure light.
I want you to visualise plugging into the divine grid above you.
Trusting your ability to visualise,
Imagine and witness you connecting with this matrix of infinite knowledge.
Be there for a few moments.
And just stating within,
I ask to be protected and aligned with divine light energy.
I ask for a shift in my energetic frequency to help me remember my infinite self and ability to connect clearly.
Now see in your mind's eye,
Visualising this energy flowing down the channel from this divine grid all the way down through your crown chakra,
Moving through your entire body,
Activating your connection and your levels of intuition.
As your guides support this process,
You are going to visualise a healing light replacing and activating your ability to see,
Hear and feel through your intuitive centres.
And just stating within,
I invite in my innate gifts of intuition.
I connect to my intuition easily,
Intuiting my way through life with confidence and profound guidance from the divine.
Taking a breath,
Feeling this energy,
Knowing and trusting that this is done for you,
That there's nothing that you must do but relax and receive.
Now imagine your intuitive eye open and bright and clear and I want you to listen inside.
What is your soul showing you?
What is your inner voice telling you?
Make a moment to receive this now.
Often the messages are simple,
Concise and so make a mental note of how this message was received.
Was it visual?
Did they show you something in your mind's eye?
Or did you feel an emotion?
Or maybe you heard something.
Feel the strength of yourself inside.
Know your power,
Your gifts and know your enormous capacity to love and to honour your intuition.
That inner voice that has all the answers to all the questions that you ever wanted to know.
And taking a deep breath in,
Send gratitude for your connection and your commitment to yourself.
Thank your guides,
Angels and teachers here now.
Now ground yourself by sending your energy down through the earth.
You could imagine it moving through the bottom of your feet,
All the way down into the core of the earth and then pulling the earth's energy right back up,
Moving through the bottoms of your feet,
Up your body,
Your crown chakra to align you.
Taking a deep breath in and as you gently breathe out,
Feel the warmth of your breath filling in your chest.
Now slowly and gently open your eyes,
Feeling back into your body once again to the room around you,
This time with answers from your soul and your intuition inside.
You may want to write any messages you received from the experience you had and the way that you received the messages will most likely be what you begin to use the most with your intuition.
And the main thing with the intuition is just trusting yourself.
You can do this meditation as many times as you like,
Asking for specific questions or insights.
So taking your time,
Bring your awareness into your body.
