Good morning.
I'm Diana and I want to welcome you to this meditation.
Yoga Nidra.
Start your day with calm and clarity.
As you begin this new day,
Take a few moments just for yourself.
Find a comfortable position lying down or if you prefer sit comfortably with your spine supported.
Allow your hands to rest gently.
If it feels comfortable,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in.
And Gently breathe out.
And again.
Breathing in.
And breathing out Allow your body to settle.
Allow your mind to arrive in this moment.
This is a new day.
Fresh beginning.
Bring to mind a simple intention for today.
Perhaps.
Today I choose calm.
Or I welcome this new day with an open heart.
Otherwise I meet a day with peace and confidence.
Repeat your intention silently three times.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Relax them completely.
Move your awareness to your lower legs.
Your knees.
Your thighs.
Your hips.
Relaxing and bring your awareness to your abdomen.
Your chest.
Your shoulders.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Relax your arms.
Your hands.
And your fingers.
And now bring your awareness to your neck.
Your tool.
Your cheeks.
Your eyes,
Your forehead.
And your scalp.
And now become aware of your whole body.
Resting.
Breathing.
Alive.
Notice your natural breath.
There's no need to change it.
Simply observe.
With each breath in,
Imagine breathing in fresh morning light.
With each breath out,
Release any heaviness from yesterday.
Breathing in possibility.
Breathing out yesterday.
Breathing in energy.
Breathing out tension.
Bye.
Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful meadow at sunrise.
The air is fresh.
The sky glows with soft shades of gold and pink.
The first rays of sunlight gently warm your face.
You notice the dew sparkling on the grass.
Birds begin to sing.
The world is quietly waking up.
You take a slow breath.
Feeling the freshness of the morning.
The promise of a new beginning.
With each breath,
You feel more awake.
More present.
More peaceful.
You realize that today is a gift.
A new opportunity.
A blank page waiting to be written.
You do not need to know everything that today will bring.
You only need to take the next step.
One breath.
One moment.
One choice at a time.
Bring your attention back to your body.
Feel the support beneath you.
Notice your breathing.
Notice the gentle rhythm of your heart.
Return once more to your intention.
Repeated silently three times.
Allow it to settle within you.
Begin to gently move your fingers and your toes.
Perhaps stretch your arms above your head.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And breathe out.
With a smile on your face.
When you're ready.
You can slowly and gently open your eyes.
Carry this sense of calm,
Clarity and purpose with you throughout your day.
Thank you for sharing this practice with me.
Namaste Thank you.
