Welcome to this five-minute liberation meditation.

May this practice remind us to choose and be committed to liberation for ourselves and for others.

Start by settling in to a position that's comfortable for you.

Take a few deep breaths as you begin to drop inward.

Feel the length of your body and the width of your body.

Feel and notice the gentle force of gravity supporting you wherever you are right now.

Gently bring your attention into the heart space and into the core of your body.

And as you breathe in and out,

Say these phrases gently to yourself.

I am powerful.

I am honest.

I am courageous.

I am free.

I am powerful.

I am honest.
